Chez Mimosa - Free Laundry

I stayed in Chez Mimoza Patel. The newest hotel. It was modern and clean, art work on the wall was tasteful. Comfortable bed. TV had all the apps and I could cast to it

They should drill holes in the fridge cabinet to let the heat escape.

The room had everything we needed and was in a good location so we could walk to all the key places. Quite road with good restaurants and an excellent bar two buildings a way. The free laundry was a real incentive and breakfast was superb. Fresh fruit yogurt cooked eggs and pancake. Kept us going all day

Nothing all good

Everything was great. The location is good. We appreciated a lot the very friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. The room and breakfast room are beautiful.

nice staff

unfortunately, smells from the sewage system

Staff, thanks to Enzo and Nhu at the breakfast!

Very cosy, in a small and quiet alley. Breakfast on the rooftop is a plus

.

Breakfast was so fun on the balcony & really friend staff.

Just the location was hard to find for our driver. But maybe that’s the drivers problem not chez.

The property is very well located close to everything but still quite. Great service the staff Mark and Fiona are amazing very kind , helpful and professional. They offered free laundry service which made such a difference and breakfast was excellent. I’ll definitely recommend Chez Mimosa.

Nothing was great.

Perfect location, clean

Breakfast options very limited for vegetarians and vegans.

Good location in District 1 - very easy to explore the city from here. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, and provided a very quick (and free!) laundry service. Nice roof terrace for breakfast.

The breakfast offering here is a bit more limited than we’ve experienced in other places, but still enough to get us going for the day!

I like the staff, Fiona and her minion voice! Along with everyone else! So kind and so helpful! The free laundry was really a life saver and it really helped as we are light packers.

There is literally nothing to dislike

Le personnel et la localisation est top!

Cisza i pyszne śniadania oraz obsługa.

Lovely clean & spacious rooms in a very central location. The staff were very friendly and efficient, especially Fleur, and the breakfast included was delicious. Highly recommend this accommodation for a visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Nothing

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were great- Kim especially!

Centrale ligging, geweldig personeel.

Too small a room. Even the family room is smaller for a 3 member stay

Small bathroom, Small Room

The room was clean, unique in decor, very comfortable. It was quite a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still in the city . Great location. Amazingly helpful staff.

The property and staff were 10/10! Affordable and very homey stay while I was in Ho Ch Minh. It’s in an area where you can walk and have tons of things to do, night life was sweet, and the staff were so accommodating! When I first arrived I was a bit confused on where the hotel was located and one of the staff members personally came out and guided me to the hotel which was way beyond good customer service. The staff also are very communicative and they reply fast if you contact them on WhatsApp.The room itself is very clean and very homey, bed was super comfortable and the AC was really refreshing after being out in the humidity all day. They even had a complimentary Vietnamese feet relaxer that they left on by your doorstep that was really nice to come back to after walking throughout the city. When I come back to Ho Chi Minh, I definitely want to come back and stay here!

Everything was superb :)

The staff here went out of their way to assist wherever possible. The room was very cute and nice. Room had very good Aircon. Also finally I got a room with excellent lighting.

Breakfast was good. Vegetarian breakfast with egg. I am vegetarian so no issues. However a little more variety such as hot foods like Hash brown, pan cakes and baked beans wood have been nice.

A very nice hotel, very well run.

Super emplacement

Clean, extremely comfortable bed and bedding! The room was also very pretty, the staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was also amazing!

If you have mobility issues be aware that breakfast is on the 4th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 3rd, so there are some steps (although not too much and not too steep).

The apartments are very new. Very clean. It offered everything I needed. The breakfast was very good. Staff was more than nice. They were kind and very helpful.

The street is a bit chaotic. But nothing that really bothered me

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Breakfast opened early to ensure we got fed before a tour. One night came home and they herbal foot bath ingredients prepared for us to use before bed. Laundry also done within the day and very clean.

In a great location.

Accueil très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Rue calme. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Rien

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and always ready to help. The breakfast is decent and the services offered are satisfactory. A few minor details could be improved, but overall the experience was very positive. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Booked for Petite, but was changed to Pastel a few weeks before we came. Pastel appeared more new. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom was very modern and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were very responsive to our requests.

Toilet got blocked on our first night but they fixed it the next day. Breakfast was at Petite, so had a 50m walk which we didn't mind. The downside was that it was served on the rooftop which didn't have any fans. This was uncomfortable due to the heatwave conditions we had during our stay. We didn't feel like we could stay long and enjoy the breakfast. We understand that aircon cannot be installed on the rooftop, but please install some fans in the area for the comfort of everyone.

Excellent value and fantastic stay! Friendly staff, clean cozy room, central location near restaurants, food stalls, coffee shops, and Ben Thanh Market. Delicious breakfast (loved the homemade yogurt) and complimentary foot bath—a nice touch after walking.

The wifi was weak sometimes

Petit déjeuner délicieux. Accueil très chaleureux. Personnel attentif et professionnel. La chambre très propre et confortable. L'attention Kit de repas de départ. La facilité de transport. Les conseils à l'arrivée. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

N/A.

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The shower temperature was a bit tricky to regulate.

Very good location. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. The free laundry service is definitely a plus.

Personale cordiale e davvero disponibile.

The breakfast was amazing. We had crepes with honey and banana, fruit juice tea and seasonal fruit all cooked and served by the owner. She was lovely .

Location and the staff was amazing, will definitely stay here again

super Lage

Free Laundry Service in less than a day Very friendly employees

Comfortable clean room with balcony overlooking the local small road and 100m from the cathedral. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The free laundry, for a stay over one night, was a great bonus after being on the road for a while.

Nothing, it was as described.

The staff is so accommodating, breakfast Great, comfy clean rooms. Very quiet, close to many shops and restaurants! We actually stayed at Chez Mimosa Pastel, breakfast was at Chez Mimosa!

Niente

We originally booked another Mimosa hotel and the hotel notified us that they overbooked. We were offered a room in their new hotel Mimosa Pastel. We were able to have breakfast in the original hotel. Lovely, who could not do enough for us….

Nothing

I was looking for a nice, clean and affordable stay in a very central location and everything was spot on. The location is absolutely amazing. Walking distance to nearly all relevant sights. I did not need a taxi for 90% of the spots I visited while I stayed in HCMC. They stayed up late for me because I arrived at night and arranged airport pick up. Everyone was always available for help and very friendly. The rooms were impeccable and clean. If you‘re looking for a central place that has you covered in any case, this is a perfect choice.

Posizione eccezionale.

rien

The hotel was quite new and room very nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Very clean. The staff are very very nice, professional and always with a smile. Will definitely come back

Maybe the location is a little bit far from central but getting a grab is so easy that it wasn’t a big problem.

Free laundry

No ham or bacon in breakfast

We have stayed at Chez Mimosa hotels before and this place was as superb as the other was. Very nice rooms with excellent beds. Super nice staff. Very good breakfast at the roof top breakfast room. Quiet and nice location in a small alley with very little traffic.

Nothing really

The management went out of their way to provide us with the best set up after realizing that the hotel was overbooked. They opened up a new location only steps from where we originally booked and moved us for 2 of the 5 nights to a wonderful room there. We loved the beds, very comfortable mattresses and the bedding feels luxurious. Very clean!! The bucket with the ingredients for the nightly foot bath waiting in front of our room was a wonderful surprise.

There is nothing we didn’t like
