The room was suitable for our needs, we needed somewhere for overnight because our flight had been cancelled.

10-15 minut chůze s kufrem na letiště. Na přespání stačí.

komunikace s hostitelem byla taková složitější, na dotaz že potřebujeme odejít z ubytování dřív než je čas na bookingu, odpověď vlastně ani nepřišla, poprvé jsem dotaz psal přes booking 4 měsíce dopředu, žádná odpověď, poté na mail, také nic. Ke kontaktu s hostitelem došlo až v den pobytu, kdy hostitel popisoval jak se dostat dovnitř. Jinak ubytování bych čekal čistější na posteli bylo několik vlasů, ze sprchy tekla voda, a prkénko od záchodu bylo rozbité. Postel byla hodně tvrdá, ale to je asi osobní názor.

Гарний варіант переночувати поряд з аеропортом, є все необхідне. Гарне ліжко. Швидке заселення. Надзвичайно гарна кав'ярня поряд з цією локацією, це було великим бонусом.

В деяких моментах квартира потребує ремонту, та якіснішого прибирання.

שילמתי עבור שלוש חדרים והשתמשתי בחדר אחד, כי היו הפסקות חשמל כל חמש דקות בגלל עומס, הצטרכתי אני והאישה והילדים לישון בחדר אחד בגלל המזגן, ארבעת ילדי ישנו הל הרצפה.

C'est neuf

Je n'ai pas apprécié que le propriétaire ait voulu m'arnaquer en me disant qu'il fallait laissé dans les chambres 3€ par personne pour la taxe de séjour alors qu'elle était déjà payé via booking. Les fenêtres des chambres n'ont aucune isolation sonore donc côté route c'est infernal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wir durften früher kommen.

Die ganze Umgebung rund herum ist eine Katastrophe, besonders wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Am Flughafen wird gebaut aber man denkt nur an Autofahrer. 6th

Rien d’exceptionnel. En revanche les chambres étaient très propres, nous avons même rencontré les femmes de ménage très sympathique qui venaient de finir le nettoyage. La literie était propre rien à redire à là-dessus. Vous pouvez rejoindre l’aéroport à pied en 10 à 15 minutes. Vous avez des commerces a une minute juste à côté. Sinon surface commerciale à cinq minutes à pied avec cafétéria italienne et McDonald’s ..

Juste un petit souci de fermeture de fenêtre qui a généré un peu de bruit la nuit à cause des passages des voitures, rien de très grave car ce problème sera résolu dans les prochains jours..

Vicinanza all' aeroporto, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa un quarto d'ora. Efficiente condizionatore d'aria in una serata di fine Luglio davvero bollente. Silenzio notturno. Stanza, ristrutturata probabilmente non molto tempo fa, tutto sommato decorosa, comoda e accogliente.

Zona periferica e degradata in cui si trova la struttura, ricavata in una piccola palazzina dall' aspetto e condizioni vetusti sino alla soglia delle camere. Il wc aveva la tavoletta rotta e instabile. Assenza di asciugamani in bagno sino a circa le 22:30, a causa di un problema di fornitura da parte della lavanderia esterna. Pulizia generale, da migliorare. Insoddisfacente rapporto qualità-prezzo, la cifra che ho pagato mi è parsa esagerata rispetto al servizio complessivo che ho ricevuto. Mi spiace dire che difficilmente tornerò in questo posto.

Arrivare a piedi all'albergo è un pò complesso per via della viabilità dall'aereoporto. Non è segnalato in modo chiaro il percorso pedonale. ci si trova a camminare in mezzo alla strada delle macchine. Anche se molto vicino all'aereoporto (5 minuti a piedi) risulta faticoso arrivarci.

Struttura vicina all’aeroporto di Catania, stanza grande con letto abbastanza comodo. Facile e agevole il self check-in. Proprietario gentile e disponile

Essendo una struttura dedicata a chi arriva e va via dall’aeroporto purtroppo c’è un via vai di persone a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Alcuni ospiti entrati in piena notte hanno fatto davvero tanto rumore. La tavoletta del wc andrebbe cambiata. Nonostante la vicinanza all’aeroporto c’è da considerare che non esiste un percorso pedonale e quindi se si ha intenzione di muoversi a piedi, il tragitto deve essere fatto pressoché in mezzo alla strada.

Sobe se nahajajo na zelo prometni cesti, ni možnosti parkiranja.

Super close to the airport, which means this place is perfect when you have an early flight the next day.

- Quite loud (the hotel's street is exceptionally loud with motorbikes, cars honking, buses, etc). - I dropped my wife at the airport at like 7am, and went back to the hotel to sleep until check-out time (in Booking, it said check out was at 11am). However, at 10 am, the maid beats on the door. I yell in Italian that I'm sleeping, but she keeps pounding at the door. I crack it open and the angry maid pointed at her watch, saying "check out check out; time to clear." I told her I had another hour and she sternly said, "no, no. 10am." I show her the Booking.com reservation and show her that it says 11am; she shows me a text message that said 10am. I said it was fine, quickly showered, and left. I was just upset that I paid for the room until 11am, but this maid was told it was 10am. No fault of her own, and she probably had many other things to do. But still, I really needed that hour until my check out time.

4 km in auto da aeroporto di Catania, quindi vicinissimo, aria condizionata ottima per far fronte al calore di questo periodo.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere aeroporto a piedi. Avevamo l’aereo la mattina all’alba ed è stato super comodo dormire lì.

Non abbiamo trovato né acqua che penso sia il minimo né acqua calda avevo una bambina di tre mesi che non ho potuto nemmeno lavare…dovevo riscaldare l acqua e c era un bollitore si ma pieno di ruggine e nessuna presenza di un microonde cmq la stanza non aveva un prezzo così modico da non trovare nulla

That it's very far away from center. We needed to take uber or take scooter to arrive to the centre. Which was pretty much expensive.

Közel volt a reptérhez. Ez esti vagy késő esti érkezésnél nagyon jó, mert kb. 800 m-t kellet csak gyalogolni; nem kell taxizni és van idő esetleg másnap azon gondolkodni, hogy hogyan béreljen az ember autót. A szállásadó tud angolul, ez előnyös volt. A problémákra viszonylag gyorsan reagált és igyekezett megoldani! Szinte a szállás mellett egy kisbolt volt, szemben vele pedig a Simpson's pizzéria, a sarkon pedig a Paris Café péksüteményekkel és finomságokkal! Este utaztunk el és a házigazda megengedte, hogy a konyhában lepakoljunk, sőt később egy másik szobát is a rendelkezésünkre bocsátott, hogy oda elzárhatjuk a csomagjainkat!

Pont a reptér közelsége miatt számolni lehet a felszálló gépeket. Elég zajos. Nekünk, akik több napig voltunk ott, jó lett volna esetleg egy mikrohullámú sütő. Szerintem az 1 vagy 1-2 éjszakás vendégek is örülnének neki. 2 napon keresztül elutazásunkig volt valami probléma a wc körül, mert állandóan vizesedett és folyott ki valahonnan a víz. Ez azért zavaró volt és amikor elutaztunk, még nem sikerült megoldani azt!

Il n y avait pas de café dans la cuisine commune. Beaucoup de bruit du a la circulation. Pas évident de se frayer un chemin pour les piétons.

Posizione comodissima rispetto all'aeroporto. Struttura pulita, personale gentilissimo, possibilità di fare il check in a notte fonda secondo l'orario di atterraggio dell'aereo.

Un po' rumorose le stanze che affacciano sulla strada. Per me chi come me ha il sonno leggerissimo può essere un problema. In questi casi io risolvo coi tappi per le orecchie che mi porto sempre dietro in viaggio, infatti ho dormito benissimo

v první řadě komunikace s pronajímatelem, navigace atd.., velká společná terasa a kuchyň, čisto a voňavo. Pokoj Barocco otočný na jih, přímo vstup na velkou terasu 👌.

Nefunkční WC prkno v pokoji De Luxe, nešlo vymontovat ani opravit, pronajímatel naštěstí nabídl pokoj Barocco, kde prkno drželo, jen nesedělo na míse 🙏a strop vypadal v jednom rohu děsivě asi po vytopeni a měl nefunkční okno na socialce = problém večer kvůli komárům a muškam..chybí opravář..

Absolutely excellent value for money. This place has everything you could need for a short stay before an early morning flight: a modern and spotless room, a comfortable bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and AC. There is also a shared lounge with a fridge, kettle, and a lovely terrace. The host was fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, and they offered the earliest check-in time I have ever seen. They were even kind enough to let us check in a little before the official time, which we really appreciated. The location is extremely convenient for the airport, just a short 10–15 minute walk away. As for some of the negative reviews mentioning the lack of a sidewalk, I honestly don't think this is a fair criticism of the accommodation itself. The property should not lose points for local infrastructure, and there actually are alternative pedestrian routes available.

The room we stayed in faced the street, so there was some traffic noise, and because there is a shared common area, you may occasionally hear inconsiderate guests talking loudly or slamming doors. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had an excellent stay and would happily book again. Highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport stay.

La stanza non sembrava ancora terminata (fresca di ristrutturazione), il bidet ha allagato il bagno durante la notte. Nonostante l'arrivo alle 18 come programmato la stanza non era ancora pronta perché mancavano le federe ai cuscini e il sapone nel bagno, inoltre ci è stato fornito un solo asciugamano per la doccia nonostante fossimo due e non era presente un asciugamano per le mani

The closeness to the airport.

The toilet seat was broken, I had try to repair it myself so my wife could use it. The vanity cabinet in the bathroom leaks into the bottom drawer. There were wet towels in the drawer which smelled. Must be repaired. The were riped curtains in the bed room areas. The instructions to enter the premises were not provided in the email. I had to contact the owner/ manger a few times. Lastly, the property was advertised with parking, this is stretching the truth, parking was at your own risk on the street. The street was narrow and a high traffic area. This made it very hard to unload and reload suitcases into your vehicle.

C'erano zanzare, ne abbiamo ucise durante la notte almeno 6, in piú si sentiva molto caos sia dalle stanza adiacenti e dalla strada, purtroppo non siamo riuscite a dormire.

Proche aéroport, 10 minutes de marche environ, donc très bon emplacement pour un vol à 7h du matin. Très facile de se garer à 2 minutes à pied, sur la place en face du café patisserie (parking gratuit). Excellente pizzeria ouverte tard juste en face. Ultra pratique pour une arrivée tardive. Check-in ultra facile.

Chambre donnait sur une rue ultra bruyante. Prévoir des boules quies.

Bella camera, pulita, arredata con gusto. Accesso dalla strada ma camera sul retro dell' edificio, ben insonorizzata. Fornitura di biancheria letto e bagno di buona qualità. Zona molto comoda a voli in partenza o arrivo.

Difficoltà a parcheggiare l' auto e traffico , ma tutto passa in secondo piano rispetto alla comodità della vicinanza al Terminal.

Schwierige Situation zum Parken des Fahrzeugs, da öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe knapp sind. Feuchtigkeitsschäden an der Außenwand des Zimmers.

Easy check-in, friendly host. Rooms have modern furniture and are comfortable. Localization very close to the airport terminals.

Walk to the airport terminal is terrible as there is no sidewalk on the main road.

Easy to find and close to airport. I walked with back packs. Very clean! Simple, shared hot water pot, comfy couch in shared room while husband slept. Pretty and light colors. The people are very kind and accommodating.

Our side had traffic out the window.

Comfortable setting and the Proximity to the airport to catch a very early morning flight.

Owner/manager never showed up and he sent an unsigned message asking for passport details, which I refused to do until he either showed up in person or emailed me his full name along with an ID card confirming his identity. It took multiple back and forth messages and I even had to call booking.com in the UK to get this resolved.

Once inside, the room was clean and had the basics, like towels and a bathroom covered. The shared, by four rooms, kitchen area was well supplied with fridge, utensils, and microwave.

The access to the property in a poorly marked door off a busy street with no parking was a real challenge. There is no reception area for guests on site. I found the key, by chance in a slot in one of the front doors. The manager didn’t answer my call until some minutes later. Once inside I found all the room keys hanging outside the upstairs door and let myself into the different rooms. The manager called back and we sorted it out, but it could be really bad for others—a single woman, out of town guests, etc. The ad says free parking. This is not true. There is no parking. I found a paid lot up the street. Really hard to find a place to park and the street crazy busy.

Aménagement des chambres, de l’espace commun et de la terrasse sont très bien. Proximité de l’aéroport à pied pratique, même si absence de trottoir sur certains secteurs.

Le bruit du trafic de la rue était pénible pendant la nuit, malgré les fenêtres fermées. Des boules Quies auraient été bienvenues. Certaines chambres à l’arrière du logement sont surement plus calmes.

O anfitrião esteve sempre disponível quando precisei de esclarecimentos. Foi muito flexível na forma de pagamento da taxa turística. Boa localização para quem precisa estar próximo do aeroporto.
