We chose this place because it was advertised as being within walking distance of the airport, but the route involves a busy multi-lane road with luggage, limited sidewalks, and feels unsafe. We would not recommend walking. The room was very noisy, both from traffic outside and because the walls are extremely thin—we could hear everything from the neighboring room until 2 a.m. Check-in was also difficult, as there is no staff on site and access is managed only via WhatsApp. Overall, we don't think it offers good value for money. During our trip around Sicily, we stayed in much nicer, quieter places with friendlier hosts for the same price.

L'accès entre la Casa Giulia et l'aéroport doit se faire à pied (15 min environ), il n'y a pas de trottoirs en continu et ceux qui sont existants permettent difficilement de trainer une valise à roulettes

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Camera este fantastică. Mi-a plăcut. Te poți odihni după un sejur obositor cum am avut noi. Locația lângă aeroport. Am mers pe jos dimineața la prima ora. Gazda foarte amabila și atenta. Mulțumesc!
Raportul calitate preț prin comparație a fost peste media celor ce am avut în acel sejur. Având în vedere ca am avut cazare în centrul Cataniei cu mic dejun inclus la un preț puțin sub prețul camerei, m-a făcut sa scriu acest aspect. Dar camera merita și locația dacă ai un zbor în afara orelor normale. Faptul ca nu găsești un restaurant în zona decât o cofetărie cu produse locale și prăjituri și o pizzerie închisă la ora sosirii noastre, pe zi... efectiv nu ai ce face în zona decât sa te odihnești si sa mânaci ce găsești. Dar eu m-am odihnit și relaxat acolo la final de vacanta. Recomand.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Für eine Übernachtung in Laufdistanz zum Flughafen ist die Unterkunft ideal. Renoviertes Bad, zweckmäßiges, sauberes Zimmer, kleiner Balkon. Haben Vermieterin nie gesehen, aber Kontaktaufnahme mit Zugangsdaten war unproblematisch!
Zimmer lag im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, man muss Koffer hochschleppen. Nicht von unmittelbarer Umgebung abschrecken lassen! Etwas schwer zu finden.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Die Lage ist zwar sehr nahe zum Flughafen, aber es war auch wirklich laut die ganze Nacht. Das Auto muss auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe abgestellt werden.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026La habitación estaba limpia y es cómoda. El objetivo era pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto y para eso mas que suficiente. Se puede aparcar fuera sin problema, aunque no había mucho sitio cuando llegamos. Hay justo al lado una cafetería que solo cierra de 23:00 a 3:00 por lo que viene bien si el vuelo es muy temprano o llegas tarde por la noche
No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos con maletas, pero por lo demás todo correcto

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Se agradece el contacto y recibimiento por mensajería de Giulia. El hospedaje era cómodo, limpio. Pese a estar tan cerca del aeropuerto no se sentía mucho el ruido. Perfecto para los que están en Catania de paso. Un poco alejado para el centro histórico de la ciudad.
Nos quedamos en la última habitación y el wifi no nos conectaba correctamente. Lo demás todo bien.
