Very weak wifi, no kitchen sink plug, we had to clean the weber before we could braai, flimsy braai thongs, no wifi password given, front door lock was a challenge to unlock, no inventory an clear instructions as to leave the key on our departure, we figured it out by ourselves Other than that it was value for money

That it was private for us alone and had an alarm for safety. They brought cleaners daily to come refresh the house. The back of the house had a great view with the nature surrounding.

Firstly, their communication is very bad and made us drive all around just to get keys. Whenever you call or text for anything, they hang up the call and respond after hours on WhatsApp. The bathroom shower made us mop hence water flows outside the bathroom door every time we shower. WiFi is very bad for when one needed to push on work, thank God we had our own personal router. Furniture is old, couches weren’t comfortable.

When the host wanted us to pick up the key far from the house. They must be change they system , bad customer experience

The place looks neat and clean on the inside. Has Wifi as well as smart TV.

The location of the place is a big challenge especially for travelers outside from East London. It does give that sense of security. My family had to move out on the same day for another place in town.

Getting into the house took longer as the host was not at the premises. The delay made us panic about safety. Upon entering, we were impressed by the order and the welcoming environment. Very clean and homely home away from home! The cleanliness and daily touch-ups were awesome. I will come back here when I am in the area. Lindi kept us really comfortable by coming in to greet us when dropping the cleaning staff.

The property is exactly what is advertised on the net 💯. The area is quiet and peaceful even though it's some kilometers away from the city Centre and the beach, but I'd definitely go back again.

Having to arrive with no one to welcome us, give us the keys and show us around, we had to wait for a while.

We didn’t like checkin, having to go fetch the key from a different location after having travelled was a bit draining. The blanket at the main bedroom had an odour.

Liked self-check-in and out and that the house was cleaned every day. I was not expecting it but was happy that there was a daily cleaning service

Found the front door difficult to open and water from showers easily overflowed

Everything was easy to find and hospitality was exceptional

It was very easy to get the keys as the owner was there waiting for us upon our arrival. I liked how accommodating it was and the owner was excellent, the house was amazing and clean and I would like to go back soon.

There’s nothing I didn’t about the accommodation, every thing was great.

The cleanliness of the property in it's entirety. The beds were so comfortable and the aircon feature in the property stood out for us a a family.

Everything, it's secure and in a very quiet neighborhood, the property is super neat and tidy and very spacious

There was no one there to meet us at the property and we had to wait for a while granted the person was stuck in traffic.

The shower leaked into the passage from the one bathroom. The bathroom on suit's basin had no hot water.
