Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The only thing i liked was the fact that my car was safely parked in a secure environment.
Firstly,on the booking app,the exact location of the place is not specified because I wouldn't have taken it had I known it's in Amalinda. Secondly,the room was toooo small for two people and was not tidy at all. Worst of all,there was no hot water 😭 I just couldn't wait to leave the place.

There was no Label showing the name of the accommodation. The place did not seem very prepared for accommodating as we had to phone twice when we arrived and we spoke to 2 different people. The room was not cleaned and not prepared well. The fridge had food that seemed to belong to someone that is currently occupying the room. There was a pillow that was dirty in the top cupboard. The cutlery and kitchen items were not cleaned nicely. We had to buy other plates and cups to use instead. There were insects in the room like roaches that were hiding in the drawers. The mats were dirty. Many of the utilities such as the toilet lever, the taps and shower head were either broken or we had to struggle to use it. We were not told that there is renovation going on at the accommodation so there were workers that were up and down and making noise in the background.

The towels were torn All three irons that were available were not working properly There is no aircon and it's way hot and stuffy even when the windows are opened.
