Every thing was amazing

Property was amazing, modern, good space and the staff were so friendly and attentive.

Loved everything, only thing that would have made it better would have been if the actual bathroom wasn’t so open to the bedroom. There was a small sliding door but could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing rooms. Other than that everything was great! 😊

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent, and the calming interior design created a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a busy day.

There wasn't anything major that stood out. A few small improvements could be made, but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Room comfort, cleaness, location

Canggu in general. Lot’s of traffic, impossible to walk on the streets because of motorbikes

The room was very nice, location was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Konum, personellerin kibarlığı, kahvaltı, oda büyüklüğü ve temizlik.

herşey harikaydı.

Minden gördülékenyen zajlott. Minden alkalmazott kedves és segítőkész volt. Finom reggelit készítettek. Viszonylag mindenhez közel volt. Bolt, bazár, tengerpart…

Ilyen nem volt. Minden tetszett.

The staff were friendly, Ketut and another young gentleman were so lovely our entire stay. We were travelling with our almost 1 year old and they were so accommodating. Perfect location in Canggu, close to Cafes (we loved milk and madu for our LO) and the Love Anchor Bazaar. Was very quiet at night even though we were in a central location. The spa bath was prepared for our arrival and it was our LOs favourite along with the swimming pool!

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bagus Suites. The butler service was outstanding and the apartment beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely come back! ❤️

Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff

My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room itself was big and okay, but the water had a very bad smell. The staff were bothering me every day and kept coming into my room, so I didn’t feel like I had any privacy. Also, they were cooking breakfast in the rooms, and when they cooked in the next room, the smell came straight into mine. Because of all this, I’m not happy with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this booking

Great hospitality from everyone and particularly Dhana. They’re all attentive to assist, always offering to carry out luggages up/down the place. The room is so spacious for my family of 3. Their service to help fill in the bathtub while we’re out is a great touch!

This is minor but could help approve experience — consider more towel rails at the sink/vanity area (for hygiene purpose). I had to put my used hand towel on the side.

Geweldig verblijf, toplocatie en meest vriendelijke personeel. Aanrader. Neem zeker ontbijt erbij.

Niets

Rien

Fantastic fitted out apartment, walking distance to wherever you want to go in Canggu . Fabulous friendly efficient staff who couldn’t do enough for you.

Nothing

Our suite was big, beautifully decorated and clean. The communication from the staff was great! They were responsive and were easy to connect with via watsapp before and during our stay. We loved the breakfast and the fact that they come to your room and cook it for you. That was a nice experience.

Nothing

Everything was wonderful, spacious rooms, perfect cleanliness. It felt just like home, thank you

Hele fijne accommodatie, perfecte ligging.

Helemaal niets!

Struttura molto pulita, ordinata e nuova

Direi nulla, era tutto perfetto

Clean property, rooms were comfortable and modern

Stylish accommodations Good area It wasn’t much noisy

I didn’t like that there was no place to set outdoors, and even to dry the wet swimsuits , but it wasn’t big issue as we were coming back in the evening just to sleep

Service was top-notch, 10/10. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they gave us a room tour while attending to our needs.

Huge apartment , ideal for family not solo travelers

Not ideal for solo travelers

It was so clean, exactly like advertised and the butlers and staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here :)

Clean, kind

None. Everything was perfect

After a short drive from the airport through the busy Canggu traffic I arrived to a beautiful, new apartment. A small side road takes you just far away enough from the city noise but still close enough to have all you want at walking distance. The apartment itself, spacious, new and squeaky clean with all the facilities you may need during your stay. Comfortable bed, large bathtub, kitchen and plenty comfortable sitting area. All that aside, it is the staff that makes this place most special. From the first arrival they will great you with that welcoming Bali smile and from the very start all staff know you by name. Any requests are handled with care and efficiency. It is the Canggu Bagus team that makes it a 5+ star stay!

I love the location and the apartment’s design—it’s spacious and perfect for families. I love the big bathtub it keeps my son busy :p

i hope they keep improving their breakfast..

Literally the best place we could have gotten, so spacious, clean, the staff were the sweetest ever and there were no bugs. Best part was the location and how comfy and cosy it was

Love it will come back

Relatively new apartment, exceptional service from the arrival, clean anthe apartment is so nice, exactly as on the photos. Beach clubs located just 20 mins walking, coffees and restaurants just around the corner I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here

Everything ewas great

The apartments are finished to a very high modern standard and have a very impressive decor. inside with a luxury vibe. The breakfast is made on-site by the staff from a menu.

A bigger garden area would've been nice, but there is a very small nature area at the back on the ground floor apartments.

Very clean and spacious. Well maintained and just a 2 min walk to the main road.

I ordered the nasi goreng and it was salty and did not come with the satay, as pictured in the menu.

Everything was perfect, 10/10! Ill come back:)

Had to leave :/

Great location, clean apartment, and very helpful and attentive staff who ensured my stay was comfortable.

The accommodation is great, super clean, great service and perfect location. Honestly the most luxurious place we've ever stayed at. Would highly recommend.

Great location Great Value Great Service staff

location is SUPERB! very easy to get to restaurants, bars and shops from the apartment. the room itself was awesome. beautiful big jacuzzi/bathtub, comfy bed, big kitchen/dining area and most importantly, CLEAN! no mozzies/insects at all too! love love! Their STAFF (both morning and evening shifts) were A M A Z I N G! My husband and I genuinely loved every single one of them, they were so accomodating and caring! TOP NOTCH customer service right there❤️🫵🏼 we will definitely come back AGAIN AND AGAIN!! Terimakasih banyak!!!

NONE!!!

Great

A wall full of mold

Excellent location. Spacious and well appointed accommodations. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Clean, but could have been cleaner

The property was very central, great location! Very modern and new! Nice & quiet on a street back from the main hustle & bustle!

The pillows were really hard

New and modern, location ideal eventhough a bit of a walk in to the apartment itself.

Nothing

Cute little spot & very spacious rooms!

Nothing

Such a wonderful apartment, really clean and modern. Was in an excellent location, a short walk from anywhere you might want to go. Amazing friendly staff.

Excellent value for money. Excellent staff. Excellent location. Please dont raise your prices. It is 5 star because of the "value" for money. Special thanks to Asti at the reception who always ensured that i am taken care of.

All good.

Amazing location. All staff is very helpful and doing a wonderful job to help you with any possible need. Rooms were cleaned on daily basis. It is really large room with huge kitchen area. Internet was stable for working.

Just look at breakfast options around and try to modify and improve it with adding some avocado or other veggies.

Staff are friendly, location was nice, the hotel is super comfortable!! Highly recommended

Perfect Location! Staff were amazing! The room was quiet, but just 2 minutes away is the main street with all the cafes and shops so it's really easy to get around. You'll be staying in the heart of Canggu without all the noise. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. We were very well looked after and I'd highly recommend this place.
