Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wenn immer meine Familie etwas wollte, man hat es versucht, zu arrangieren. Erwähnen möchte ich Vivi & Widi vom Frontoffice. Der Jalan Neyalan ist eher ruhig. Wenn man aber ein wenig ins Leben von Canggu kommen möchte, sind viele Dinge auch fußläufig erreichbar (Bspw. Batu Bolong). Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz.

The location was pefect. It was short walk to the beach and all the cafes/eatery places. It was located on very quiet lane way and main street. Easy to walk around day and night. The taff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Definately will stay there again my next trip.

Momentan ist leider eine sehr laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster die oft schon um 8 am. beginnen zu arbeiten ( meistens lautes hämmern) Zusätzlich ist das Frühstück für veganer komplett ungeeignet, bzw. Auch oft einfach sehr schlecht gewürzt.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au My Villa and Resort. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la plage, et l’endroit est très agréable et propre. 🌴🌊 Le personnel est vraiment très serviable, gentil et disponible. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés pour organiser notre bateau pour Gili, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. 🙏 La propreté est également au rendez-vous et le service est excellent. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! ❤️

Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working in my room when I arrived for like 2 hours which was hell in 29 degree heat the lift was also out of order so had to climb up the stairs the staff kindly carried most of my baggage but not ideal

It's not a villa at all !! It's a hotel room with minimal facilities. I'd I'd taken photos of the mice and cockroaches running around I would have shared them on this review.

Хорошее расположение, очень классный район, тихо вечером, отличный бассейн, все удобно. Персонал вежливый, приветливые все, молодцы.

В номере душ без какой либо перегородки, это ужас был, только это испортило впечатление и оценку 10/10, вода заливала всю ванную, в итоге вода естественно потом остывала, и когда тебе нужно что-то сделать (туалет и т.д.) тебе приходится наступать в холодную воду, а это просто отвратительные ощущения, ноги постоянно мокрые, на выходе из ванны полотенце стилил, чтобы вытирать ноги и ходить в номере хоть сухим. В общем, исправьте душ и будет 10/10!!!

Alles top, locatie, personeel, huisje zwembad ga morgen weer. Dicht bij restaurants, uitgaan, supermarkt, strand alles op loopafstand

Wifi moeten ze echt verbeteren, ontbijt a la carte echt super luxe, maar wel betalen voor goede koffie, anders krijg je oplos koffie. Dat kan eigenlijk niet en doet ook geen recht aan het super ontbijt.

The staffs are so hospitable especially the lady named Vivi. We felt so welcomed.

The hot water is not hot enough. The hair dryer is not strong enough

The rooms and beds are fantastic. The staff is so kind and welcoming. And they just started offering breakfast which was well worth it.

The rooftop pool was out of order.

Lovely property with great staff. Close to restaurants and not far from the beach.

Location is good. Room is clean. Aircon works.

Poor wifi despite multiple advance requests and reminders before arriving or even before entering room. It was only fixed after I lost two clients, and the staff gave a reluctant apology only after I had to explain basic customer service. No gym either. The discounts are misleading. Rooms are clean with all expected ammenities, but not modern or resort like.

- Locatie was dichtbij het strand. Dat was prima en ook als ophaal punt voor tours was het prima. - zeer aardige medewerkers, maken je kamer schoon ook al hang je niet aan de deur dat je wilt dat je kamer schoongemaakt word. - Massage opties zijn ruim en degene die ik had was goed. - Zwembaden zijn prima, maar niet al te groot.

- douche ruimte, erg smal/klein. Stond constant het douche gordijn te kussen. - door de kleine ruimte in de badkamer was het ook niet bepaald droog te houden en leek de badkamer wel op een zwembad. - douche straal bizar hard, waardoor dus ook het zwembad ontstond. - Airco kan pas aan wanneer je de kamer binnenkomt, dus na een hele dag in 30+ graden kom je in een nog warmere kamer. - Ontbijt van 8 tot 10, opzich prima als je niks gepland heb, maar als je een tour of iets geboekt heb kan je er geen gebruik van maken. - 0.0 geluidsisolatie, als je buurman/vrouw een scheet liet dan kon je hem bijna proeven zo goed was het hoorbaar. - Vanmorgen met uitchecken niemand bij de balie, 15min gewacht toen maar gewoon me kamer kaart achtergelaten, waarna ik een appje kreeg met verontschuldigingen maar er nog een rekening open stond (logisch dat ik die krijg, maar dat had wel anders gekund). - Koelkast gaat ook alleen aan als je in de kamer bent, waardoor je ook 30+ graden water naar binnen zit te klokken. (Het foppen met een andere kaart lukte helaas niet). - Booking.com geeft aan dat het nog een 4 accommodatie is, volgens google is het een 3 sterren accommodatie.

Hotel was clean, location was great, staff was super friendly.

Only one thing- no soap bar in the bathroom and yhe bathroom need more light.

Wir hatten ein Premium und ein Deluxe Zimmer (unterschied ist nur die Aussicht), das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und mit Abstand der sauberste Pool (vor der Rezeption) dem wir bis jetzt auf Bali hatten. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und die Lage top (zum Strand und zur Stadt) :)

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und gut, aber in Canggu kann man besseres und vor allem schöner angerichtetes Frühstück genießen.

Staff gave me an extra room to shower in even after I checked out since I had a surf lesson in the morning. The rooftop pool is amazing.

I had an amazing 2 week stay at My Villa Canggu. Firstly its in a fantastic location, really close to great eateries and a short walk to the beach. I stayed in a premium room on the 4th floor which had a nice balcony and a fantastic view of the ocean to wake up to every day. Lastly, the staff ... they really made the place! So smiley and helpful. I had an accident body surfing and needed some help with a few things while i was recovering during my stay and they were so helpful! The staff are what make the place. I'm a VERY experienced traveller and have pretty high expectations and this place met it for me. The room is modern, location is great (In Canggu but down a cul de sac road leading to the beach) which means it doens't have as much traffic as other roads and lovely staff on hand. I will definitely return when back in Canggu. Do yourselve a favour and book the place.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité d’une artère principale, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l’accès aux commerces et restaurants. Un vrai plus pour le séjour !

Je n’ai pas apprécié le bruit : on entend clairement les voisins du dessus ainsi que dans le couloir, ce qui nuit au confort et au repos. De plus, l’hôtel est assez vieillot.
