The cleanliness of the property. Some bedsheets were very dirty, we found a hair, we found a cockroach, and the breakfast wasn’t good. It was frozen food from the fridge

As it’s an old home some things need attention like a broken faucet and air conditioning in the main bedroom

La chambre en RdC est petite et mal insonorisée. On entend les bruits extérieurs.

Un magnifique Riad à la décoration soignée au cœur de la médina. Zakia est aux petits soins et prépare de délicieux et très copieux petits déjeuners (à partir de 9h mais peuvent être préparés la veille pour les plus matinaux) La communication avec les propriétaires est fluide. Nous recommandons chaleureusement!

Pour nous tout était parfait. À noter le Riad est à étage ce qui peut ne pas convenir aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Wir haben uns im Riad wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Zakia hat sich liebevoll um alles gekümmert, und da eine von unserer Gruppe französisch gesprochen hat, war die Kommunikation kein Problem. Das typisch marrokanische Frühstück wurde von Frau Zakia liebevoll hergerichtet und wir haben dieses Flair sehr genossen. Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Vom Parkplatz auch mit den Koffern einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben die Abkühlung im Wasserbecken sehr genossen

1 HaustürSchlüssel für alle ist ein bisschen wenig und macht die Abläufe etwas kompliziert, wurde aber mit den Eigentümern besprochen und sie möchten dies vielleicht ändern. Wir sind gerade dabei die Quittung über die Zahlung anzufordern, was sich als schwierig und komplizert gestaltet

De riad was zeer mooi ingericht en ruim, was op de perfecte plaats gelegen in de souks. Wij waren er met onze 3 volwassen kinderen en zij hebben er mee van genoten. De dame die elke ochtend het ontbijt komt maken en het huishouden doet (Zakia) maakt echt het verschil. Ze is een super lieve dame en maakt met veel liefde een zeer lekker marrokaans ontbijt. Elke dag had ze een ander lekkernij gemaakt. onze trip was alvast geslaagd. De eigenaar reageerd ook snel op vragen die je hebt.

The riad itself is beautifully decorated with a charming and authentic atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very modest and mainly consisted of bread. Coffee was not served, which was disappointing. On one morning, breakfast was not provided at all. Another concern was hygiene. There were birds flying inside the riad, entering through gaps in the roof. We noticed them even in the kitchen area, which raised some concerns about the hygiene. Communication with the owners was also quite exhausting. Before our arrival, we received numerous long messages filled with various rules and strict questions, which felt overwhelming and tiring even before the trip began. This continued during the visit. Communication is only in French. In summary, while the riad is aesthetically pleasing and tidy, improvements in breakfast quality, service consistency, hygiene, and guest communication would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Riad YANNIS is decorated beautifully. It’s located in the Medina (old town) - which was perfect for us. The Souk (market) and restaurants were easily accessible as were Bahia Palace and other historic sites. The caretaker was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made us breakfast in the traditional Berber style, including mint tea. The Riad was cleaned every morning. We could connect to the WiFi through out the property. The owners were easily accessible via WhatsApp and were prompt in replacing the remote control batteries for a wall mounted heating / cooling unit.

The property does not have central heating but the bedrooms, the upstairs shower room and the living room have individual heating units. By mid-March, the weather should be warm enough for the property to not need much heating. The dining area is an amazing centre piece of the Riad, but sadly too dimly lit in the evenings to allow guests to eat dinner around the table.

El apartamento tiene muchos puntos negativos: -Desayuno: se trata exclusivamente de hidratos y grasa, ninguna fruta, 0 proteínas (no huevos, ni leche, ni yogurt ni queso). El desayuno la ama de casa lo empieza a preparar a las 09.00h y sobre las 10.00h ya puedes empezar a desayunar, así que has perdido la media mañana. -Grifo del baño de arriba roto. -Baño de arriba con falta se shampoo y gel de manos. -Wifi inestable. -Habitaciones de arriba: la calefacción es defectuosa, no calientan las habitaciones. -El domingo la ama de casa no vino y la persona que gestiona el apartamento nos comentó que la ama de casa preparó el desayuno ( con creps, pan cortado, te en la tetera.....) el sábado para que lo tengamos el domingo porqué tenía día libre. Increible!! -Lo peor de este apartamento, según mi humilde opinión, es la persona/as que gestionan a este apartamento. Falta de comunicación, falta de empatía, falta de amabilidad. Realizo unos 12 viajes de placer al año y nunca me sentí con tan falta de respeto como en esta ocasión. No lo recomiendo!!!!

En general todo era bonito, acogedor y limpio

Dos o tres cosillas: mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, solo ventilador, en el aseo de abajo el grifo de agua fría estaba roto, solo tenía agua caliente y las puertas de entrada al aseo una estaba bloqueada Excepto esto, por lo demás todo muy bien

El Riad Yannis ha sido todo un acierto. Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, céntrico, decoración exquisita,muy limpio y confortable. Los dueños siempre dispuestos a ayudar, muy accesibles. Siempre solucionando cualquier duda. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato y los cuidados de Zakia, que nos ha preparado el desayuno casero más delicioso de Marrakech, con mucho cariño y dedicación. Gracias Zakia!! Volveremos.

Si se le puede buscar un punto en el que mejorar, sería el agua caliente. Parece que el calentador es pequeño y no se pueden duchar varias personas seguidas. Pero sin problema si lo hacen a diferentes horarios.

Ambiente esclusivo supercurato, tutto si sviluppa su 3 livelli in un accogliente stile coloniale . Il personale è stato accogliente ed efficiente, un ringraziamento alla governante che ci ha preparato delle colazioni genuine e gustose che tiene il Riad in modo impeccabile. La struttura è 8n 7na zona tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dai vicoli della Medina. Ottimo

Unico intoppo un guasto elettrico che non ci ha consentito di avere l'acqua calda , prontamente riparato dal personale il giorno dopo. Ringraziamo.

Très bonne gouvernante et bon petit déjeuner. Deux chambres en étage très bien décorées et spacieuses avec un bon chauffage

Pièce principale glacée, salle de douche du bas sans chauffage, eau chaude insuffisante ne permettant pas de se doucher au delà de trois personnes.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce magnifique Riad , décoré avec goût, calme, propre et confortable a l’intérieur. L’emplacement idéal en plein cœur de la médina pour explorer Marrakech, Zakia une perle disponible, agréable discrète une excellente cuisinière. Nous vous recommandons ce Riad

Tout était super, conforme à nos attentes ! Nous étions 6 amis, et avions le Riad pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !! Le personnel incroyable, aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse +++

Riad muy bonito y moderno, todo limpio y cuidado. Personal muy amable. Destacaría el desayuno, lo prepara la mujer y es casi todo casero, está muy rico!! La cena que tuvimos también estaba rica. La ubicación está bien porque no está en pleno meollo de la Medina, pero a su vez cerca de todo.

Quizás si tuviera que decir algo, falta artículos de aseo (gel ducha y champú).

Struttura davvero molto bella ed accogliente, nonchè pulita. Ampi spazi, tutti arredati con gusto. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie (noi ci abbiamo alloggiato in 5). Inoltre la donna di servizio della quale sfortunatamente non ricordo il nome, è stata estremamente professionale e gentile. Colazione buona. Posizione molto comoda per spostarsi a piedi. A pochi minuti vi è una piazza in cui è facile trovare dei taxi.

Il Riad è esattamente come nelle foto, è veramente bello, curato e pulito. È in centro a Marrakech ma è in una zona silenziosa. Zakia, la governante, ha cucinato un'ottima colazione ed è stata molto gentile con noi. Ottimo anche il servizio di transfer dall'aeroporto a qualsiasi orario.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, consiglierei solamente di appendere un'insegna all'esterno per rendere la porta di entrata del Riad più riconoscibile

The location was perfect, the decor was calming, stylish and welcoming. Everything was perfect !

Steps up to roof terrace were a little dangerous esp at night. Could do with a little light.

La localisation est super, la gouvernante est très gentille et arrangeante (encore merci à elle). Le Riad est grand et très propre. Les lits sont super confortables.

Il n’y a pas de Clim dans la chambre du bas seulement un ventilateur qui ne fait pas beaucoup d’effet et elle est petite et sombre. La propriétaire ne nous a pas trouvé de solution. Et les tarifs des suppléments (repas et transport aéroport) sont très chers pour Marrakech.

The pool wasn’t really a pool and was good for a quick cooling dip, and one at a time. Would have been an amazing place with a bigger pool and poss some sunbeds.

It place is very beautiful and welcoming place. My kids love everything about the place, the pool is although small, but excellent for relaxing. And is very quiet and clean area. The breakfast lady, she’s so adorable my kids love her to bits. We will be back to this property soon for the beautiful experience and for our lovely lady.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully decorated riad, which exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfectly located in a charming part of the old town, it offered excellent facilities for our family of five. Sana and Marc kept us well informed throughout our trip, providing helpful updates and support that made our stay even more enjoyable. Zakia was incredibly kind and attentive, offering exceptional housekeeping and delicious home-cooked breakfasts each morning. We would absolutely love to return in the future—hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Tout était très bien. Zakia (je sais pas si c’est bien ce prénom) a été formidable durant ce séjour.

Point négatif, de mettre « piscine extérieur » c’est bien faux, c’est plus une baignoire qu’une piscine sachant que l’eau en plus était verte, pas propre …

They didn’t provide any soap or shampoo. Also it was a little difficult to find as google maps was not accurate and there is no sign outside.

Excellent breakfast delivered by the private gouvernante who's a specialist in local cuisine. Wonderful rooms on the first floor that can have 4 people; smaller bedroom on the ground floor if needed. The owner is very helpful upon arrival and helps with finding solutions on travel and local transportation.

Everything!!!! Beautiful Riad in the middle of Marrakech medina. Very cozy, clean and modern design. The owner was very friendly and she gave everything to make us happy and even brought us some wine 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We loved the whole property. It was very spacious, had an incredible view, and our boys especially loved the plunge pool!

The Riad itself is beautiful. The property has potential to be a great experience if the management is improved. Unfortunately, most of our negative experience came from our communication with the management as they were unwilling to be accommodating or provide basic amenities.

• Both sinks were clogged on our first day, which was very inconvenient. • The Riad was extremely cold throughout our stay. The heating worked on the first day, but the remotes went missing, and it wasn’t until the next day when they were returned by the housekeeper that we were able to use the heating again. • There was no soap provided in the bathrooms, which is a basic necessity that should be available. • The long and difficult walk to the Riad with luggage was not communicated beforehand, which made arrival challenging—especially with heavy bags. • The smell from the upstairs bathroom was overwhelming. When we brought it up, your response was dismissive, stating that this hadn’t been an issue in years. However, a recent review cites the same issue. Very dismissive attitude. • We were expected to pay in euros instead of Moroccan dirhams, which was confusing and frustrating given that we are in Morocco and are not European. When I asked why this was the case, I was met with attitude and told, “Your reservation was also paid in euros.” However, our Booking.com payment was automatically converted, which is very different from being required to pay in euros for a cash payment. • There were miscommunications regarding our hotel transfer. Instead of helping us locate the vehicle or addressing the misunderstanding, you repeatedly told us that we were late and that we couldn’t leave our bags at the Riad. This was just 20 minutes past the 11 a.m. checkout time, and our bags were placed by the door while we tried to figure out 1) how to locate the transfer and 2) how we could manage walking through the alleys with heavy luggage without assistance. • Charging an extra €6 per day for eggs is unreasonable, especially when the breakfast provided is otherwise just carbs and the same every day.

The riad is absolutely beautiful - the photos don’t do it justice - the layout and interior design are a joy. With lots of levels and different seating areas us 5 adults had lots of space to hang around in - and having the entire property to ourselves was fantastic. The housekeeper Zakia was superb keeping everything spotless and tidy and her wonderful breakfasts set us up for each day! Excellent location.

super style, we didn’t want to leave the space and wanted to enjoy it more. one evenening I even skipped the dinner with friends to enjoy home just for myself the location is great, near the parking, quite place of medina. the house had everything we needed note thay they don’t have shower facilities (shampoo etc) the host was friendly and quick in the responses the place has the coffemachine, but you should bring your own capsules thanks

Recently reformed, it is perfect for a small group escape. It has lovely distribution, decoration with great taste, and is perfectly located. The breakfast was local and delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

Everything! I stayed here with my four children. The Riad is beautifully done inside and out. It is honestly better than the pictures and having stayed in quite a few Riads, it is normally the other way around. Sana met us with a warm welcome and is extremely friendly and helpful. Zakia you were wonderful. What a delicious breakfast, even made special chocolate pancakes for my youngest son. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you, Merci Beaucoup 🙏🏼
