Have been going to this place since 2019 I will go again

One thing they need to think about is the housekeeping personal. They're too old.the bathroom is not properly cleaned .The shower is .not well cleaned. The should do better.

Stole 746cny from my card before arrival. It’s a common situation when the hotel try to check if the card works. But this hotel hasn’t returned me my money. The total cost in the booking was 5222, but they asked me to pay 5378.66 during check in. If you want to gift this hotel 902cny for 7 days - choose them.

The preferred hotel for business trips in Guangzhou. The overall environment is atmospheric, and the stay experience is good. The internet speed in the room is stable, suitable for work and online meetings. You can use the rooftop pool on the 33rd floor and the gym on the 31st floor during your free time, so you can stay fit even when you are on a business trip. The check-in and check-out are quick, the facilities are complete, the location is unique, it is suitable for both business and short rest, and it is worth recommending to business people. Leon Chen, the hotel manager, provided excellent service.

The location is nice and lot of options to eat within the property. The mall is directly connected to the property which makes everything very convinient.

The wifi was broke and we were told to wait for 24 hrs for someone to fix it. The water in the shower was not hot and we were told this is the max we can do. The staff was kind but had a lot of trouble understanding english at the reception.

It's really good, didn't try the food, but the rest is very good.

The room was terribly laid out. I booked a business double room but was placed in a 'delux double room' (that was cheaper on booking com) despite showing them my booking and asking 3 times if it was the business room. When I enquired on the second day the desk staff could not understand. When I checked out I reported it and expected a refund. The manager said that the Delux double room was more expensive. Unbelievable

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. ALL WERE VERY COOPERATIVE. EXCELLENT FOOD & STAFF WERE ALSO VERY GOOD. I WILL PREFER TO COME WITH MY FAMILY ON MY NEXT VISIT.

The facilities are good, and the room is well equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic, the bed is comfortable, and overall, everything was clean.the staff is very friendly and helpfull

Nothing to add here. Definitely will stay here again if I ever return to Guangzhou

The hotel has really gone down in standard.It used to be the best 4 years ago.almost all the rooms smell of cigarettes even if they say their none smoking. Aircon smellls of dump.We had to check out same day and look for alternative accommodation
