Lo que más me gustó es la amabilidad del chico que nos atendió. Enseguida nos contactó, no sabíamos como llegar y nos explicaba por wassap. Teníamos el avión esa misma tarde al salir y nos dejó dejar el equipaje para no irnos cargados a Venecia.

Que los baños son compartidos

Wszystko było bardzo czyste – pokój, pościel, wspólne toalety i prysznice. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – w pobliżu znajduje się duży supermarket Spar, a naprzeciwko obiektu jest przystanek autobusu 4L, którym można bezpośrednio dojechać na wyspę Wenecję. Bilet można kupić w autobusie, płacąc kartą bankową. Bardzo miły administrator. Przy zameldowaniu sam znalazł nas na parkingu, podpowiedział, gdzie najlepiej przestawić samochód, i pomógł nam się zameldować. Przy obiekcie znajduje się płatny parking miejski, ale w pobliskich dzielnicach mieszkalnych udało nam się znaleźć całkowicie bezpłatne miejsce, gdzie zostawiliśmy samochód na kilka dni. Telewizor z funkcją Smart był dodatkowym plusem – mogliśmy korzystać z YouTube. W mieszkaniu były dwie wspólne toalety i prysznice. Łóżka były wygodne.

Wysoka szafa była bardzo niestabilna i trochę obawialiśmy się, że w każdej chwili może się przewrócić. Okna były pojedyncze, dlatego rano było trochę głośno z powodu ruchu ulicznego, ale nie było to szczególnie uciążliwe.

Il n'y a pas de parking et le volet ne se fermant pas

Relativamente vicino la stazione (1km). Unica nota "positiva" è il mc donald's e il despar molto vicini e zona abbastanza illuminata.

Tutto! La camera non è ASSOLUTAMENTE come in foto, tutti mobili rotti (apri un anta, quasi si stacca e dentro tutto sporco), molto sporca e puzzava di fumo, non era possibile avere balcone chiuso (fortunatamente la temperatura consentiva). Ma parliamo del balcone..in comune con altra stanza (e non era specificato) in condizioni indecenti e avevamo anche un vetro rotto!! Bagno in comune ma non era chiaro nella descrizione. Scrivi "camera tripla con balcone" e "camera tripla con bagno in comune" stesse descrizione nei servizi "bagno" "bagno in comune" come faccio a capire che il bagno è in comune nella camera con balcone?? Tralascio le condizioni del bagno......

No estaba adaptado para estar cómodo, pasamos mucha calor sofocante no había aire acondicionado los ventiladores no echaban aire de sucio y polvo que tenían muy mal

There was 2 bathrooms, quite spacey area for what we was told.

Mucha calor por la noche, no dormimos bien a pesar que dispone de ventiladores.

Good room size and good value for your money. The bathroom was clean; despite being shared there was never a long wait (if any) to use it. The air con was great in the 40 degree heat we experienced whilst we were there.

We had some trouble actually entering the property, I had to call the hosts multiple times. My friend and I were lucky enough that someone let us in the building as we would have been stuck in the heat otherwise (keys to the main entrance are given alongside the room key).

The room and common areas are very clean and the communication with Rahat was very easy.

The location was exceptional. The staff was very kind, ready to help you with anything. The room was very clean and well-maintained; the AC did its job very well and could be set to any temperature you wanted. Also, the gentleman provided us with information about public transport. We will definitely come back.

Vam tenir una experiència fantàstica durant la nostra estada a Venice Stay! L’amfitrió va ser excepcionalment amable, molt comunicatiu i es va assegurar que tinguéssim tot el que necessitàvem durant tota la nostra visita. Les habitacions eren molt còmodes i agradablement fresques, oferint l’espai perfecte per relaxar-nos després d’un llarg dia explorant. Tot estava impecable i molt ben cuidat. No hauríem pogut demanar una experiència millor i hi tornaríem encantats. Molt recomanable!

A limpeza do quarto estava impecável e o espaço encontrava-se bem cuidado e organizado.

O principal problema foi o calor durante a noite. Não havia condições adequadas para conseguir dormir confortavelmente e, apesar de o quarto estar limpo e sem outros problemas, só consegui dormir cerca de 3 horas durante toda a noite devido ao calor.

Nice place, good location, good attention, clean and comfortable.

My host contacted me via an alternative number, he was good and polite but insisted on the qualification. The place was great though but I felt a bit pressured. I arrived late because I could not catch a train on time, and I was charged 20 euros extra, which made the stay much more expensive than I initially thought.

Muy buena atención, el lugar es muy cómodo, tiene buenas instalaciones y en una buena locación.

Luego de llegar, el anfitrión me contactó de un teléfono distinto al que se muestra en booking y la comunicación fue por esa vía. Todo estuvo bien, pero fue un poco intenso al pedirme buena calificación por el alojamiento. El check in tiene un costo de 20euros extra por llegar después de cierta hora, lo cual me parece extremadamente caro y no me parece bien.

Primero la ubicación segundo el ingreso el ascensor demasiado peligroso en ningún lado decía que era baño compartido adicional a esto cobran siempre impuestos adicionales y como si fuera poco pedí ayuda para entrega después de la hora y me cobraron más dinero por persona es un apartamento en el que se comparte con varias habitaciones el ruido toda la noche imposible hasta golpearon la puerta por qué no podían abrir el cuarto del lado muy inseguro y para terminar solo reciben efectivo en realidad no lo recomiendo y deben de poner toda la información

The rooms are really near to the center, there's a bus stop in front of the hotel where you can take a bus for 1,50 € that in 10 min leaves you at the city center of Venice. The service was really good, the owner is really kind with his hosts, he wrote us the day before we were arriving and figured with us to do the check-in earlier and he also let us letting our luggage until we took our flight. The rooms are really big, clean and comfortable, when we visited the city it was really hot and two of the rooms had air conditioners and the other one had 3 fans. The bathroom were also really clean, they gave us towels and bottles of water in the fridge. It was a really good stance.

Nous, étions à proximité de la gare et la chambre était propre, il y avais de l’air climatisé et l’hôte était très réactif :))

L’établissement, manquais de propreté dans les espaces partager. Les mur était mal isoler et la salle de bain n’étais pas propre il y avais de la moisissure dans la douche et sur certaines moulure .

Good location close to the main station. Quite a nice room and facilities for this type of accommodation and in this price range. The person running it was very polite.

They should really put something on the front door of the building to make it clear that you are in the right place.

There is a cattle in the room but not even one mug in entire property. Night was quite cold and we couldn't work out the heater even though we used same ones all over the world.

Am avut o camera de doua persoane intr-un apartament cu mai multe camere si cu baie comuna, pentru noi a fost bine. Camera e mare, luminoasa, are si un mic frigider, totul a fost curat, personalul foarte prietenos si usor de comunicat. Locatia e foarte buna, la cateva minute e statie de autobuz care te duce in centrul Venetiei in 15 minute, si gara. E usor de ajuns de la aeroport. In apropiere e Interspar, un supermarchet mare si mai multe localuri cu pizza, kebap, etc. Nu e o locatie de lux, dar are valoare foarte buna pentru pret.

Puzza di fumo nella stanza. Chiavi consegnate con più di mezz'ora di ritardo facendoci attendere all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Bagno con mobili in po' fatiscenti.

Struttura con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per il soggiorno di una notte era perfetta. Camera tutto sommato abbastanza pulita e silenziosa (tranne quando c’eravamo noi). Unica pecca è che il ragazzo che ci ha fatto fare il check-in non parlava né italiano né inglese il che ha messo a dura prova il mio B2 di inglese ma per il resto soggiorno indimenticabile (tranne per i lunghi periodi di ubriacatura che lo hanno contraddistinto causando gravi vuoti di memoria). In conclusione top permanenza per il prossimo Bacaro tour torneremo sicuramente

This is a perfect location for a budget trip. Cheap busses both to Venice nd airport, train station and supermarket are just in 2 min. Room and bathroom were super clean. Stuff ws very helpful and nice. I really liked everything.

Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Camas cómodas y buenas instalaciones. La ubicación es muy buena porque está bien conectada con el centro y los alrededores del alojamiento tiene buen ambiente, supermercados y locales. El personal muy amable y atentos.

La ubicación esta a 2 min de la parada de autobús que te lleva al Venecia centro, personal muy atento y nos dejaron dejar las maletas cuando hicimos check out, habitaciones amplias y todo limpio

La atención es excelente, también las instalaciones y la ubicación. Calidad precio es una alternativa muy buena. Las 4 noches que hicimos allí, realmente bien.

La persiana no funcionaba. Aunque la cortina impedía la entrada de la luz del día, algo sí que se colaba.

Our host Rahat was very kind and attentive. The place was super clean and beds were comfortable. It was in a good location right outside there was bus stop for Venice and Airport and nearby a supermarket.

Rahat a été très disponible, répondant rapidement au téléphone dès que nous avions besoin et soucieux de notre satisfaction. L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien : il permet un accès rapide et facile à Venise grâce aux bus qui passent au pied de la résidence et avec un supermarché juste à côté. Le prix est très avantageux pour les petits budgets.

Attention l’isolation phonique est vraiment insuffisante : lorsqu’on a des voisins de chambre bruyants, cela devient vite compliqué et nuit au confort du séjour. Aussi Il serait également judicieux de séparer les balcons communicants entre deux chambres avec une petite barrière, afin d’éviter que les voisins viennent fumer juste devant les fenêtres des autres. Par ailleurs, les portes sont assez bruyantes et mériteraient d’être améliorées. Concernant les parties communes, notamment les douches, il serait préférable que le nettoyage soit mieux coordonné ou plus fréquent, surtout lorsque certains occupants manquent de civisme. Cela dit, lorsque le ménage est fait, c’est propre. Nous suggérons aussi de mettre à disposition un tapis de bain par chambre pour plus de confort. Enfin, attention : certains équipements mentionnés dans l’annonce (bouilloire, fer à repasser, etc.) ne sont pas disponibles en libre-service et doivent être demandés, ce qui pourrait être précisé plus clairement. En résumé, un logement bien situé et économique, avec un hôte très accueillant, mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires pour un confort optimal.

Paredes de cartón, las cuales oyes absolutamente todo y te despiertas cada dos por tres con pakistanís gritando, el olor del cuarto el literalmente como si llevases fumando tabaco desde los 12 años, la calefacción la ponen unos 5 min al día para que parezca que está activa pero la quitan, por lo general 0 recomendable ir a otro sitio a ser posible y bastante caro para lo que es.
