Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i sprawny. Mieszkanie na żywo okazało się znacznie większe niż wyglądało na zdjęciach. Duży salon wyposażony w kanapę, stół z krzesłami, telewizor, szafę oraz lodówkę. W sypialni znajdują się dwa łóżka (jedno podwójne i jedno pojedyncze) oraz klimatyzacja. W obu pokojach stoją wiatraki. Łazienka również wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, włącznie z mydłem oraz płynem do mycia ciała, co jest świetnym udogodnieniem dla osób podróżujących samolotem. Mieszkanie posiada również balkon.
Pojawił się problem z wejściem do mieszkania. Zamek w drzwiach wejściowych zacinał się, przez co trudno było je otworzyć. Za każdym razem po powrocie musieliśmy siłować się z kluczem. Właściciel powiedział, żeby nie otwierać drzwi na siłę, ponieważ wymaga to odpowiedniej techniki. Był to jedyny minus, jednak bardzo uciążliwy.

The room was bigger and brighter than expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was great with directions and recommendations.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Great apartment very clean and large. The owner met us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know and made getting around so easy. Bus stop was about a 3 minute walk and caught the 4L straight into Venice which runs every 10 minutes until 8.30 pm then every 30 mins, it took around 12 minutes to get into Venice on the 4L (tickets 1.50 euro single trip I believe up to 75 mins from validating on the bus).
Neighbourhood was a little tatty and diverse but we didn't encounter any issues except a little noise at night

Le camere sono un po' grezze. Un po' difficile la comunicazione prima di arrivare, con messaggi senza alcuna risposta o con risposte in un italiano poco comprensibile.

Nuestro baño estaba un poco anticuado y no había aire acondicionado en esa parte por lo que era un baño muy caluroso y sin ventilación al exterior.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Dylan was a great host! Very good at explaining the area, and gave a great recommendations. Very detailed about the ins and outs of the place too! Location was great we did Venice for a day and the bus stops are just a short walk from the venue. Restaurants around the area are nice too. The rooms were comfortable and clean upon arrival, and we had a very nice time there!

The location is affordable and practical to catch the 4L bus 10mins ride to Venice, but otherwise it didn’t feel like a particularly nice area to be in.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Perfect location - close to bus station and easy to reach old city; quite place; big apartments; very kind and helpful personal. Despite it’s located on the mainland this hotel provide free pass to Venice, so no need to pre-book and pay for it (this info is not mentioned during booking but likely I managed to cancel my pre-booked passes and saved some money). The guy at reception was very kind and advised what is nearby (cafes, shops etc.), how best to get to old city and was happy to answer any questions as well as was answering messages on WhatsApp at any time. It was very nice to find free cold water and soft drink in the fridge in the room. Also free coffee and tea were available at any time in the corridor. Also it has been allowed to leave luggage until almost midnight on the last day after checkout.
Marks are not excellent due to one thing that has significantly reduced positive impression - awful mattress. It’s extremely soft - probably just a piece of foam rubber. That is definitely not good for sleeping and the back pains after sleeping on it. Despite it’s mentioned during booking that all taxes are paid it’s still required to pay 4€ per person/per night on site as city tax. Further I found that after booking is completed in the app it’s mentioned that the hotel collect additional 4€ per person per night but this should be clearly mentioned before booking in order to avoid negotiations on site (not paying this tax may cause you problems/significant penalty in airport next time if flying through Italy).

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Very well located department accessible by express transfer bus from Marco Polo airport just two stops short of Venice maistre station. Same bus stop brings you into Venice on the four l and back included in the Venice pass or 1.50 Euro if not. Super helpful guy at check-in and give us all the local information for buses etc including to tap on and tap off with contactless. Very nice and comfortable apartment very spacious great air con and good bathroom and shower limited kitchen but good fridge and freezer and microwave coffee machine and coffee pods supplied it and complementary water/cola as well.

The location is great- we took the bus to Venice (10 min bus ride) for a day trip and it was beautiful. The room was great- air conditioning and very clean. Bathrooms were very nice and clean upon arrival! Would 100% stay here again!

Fue perfecto llegar a este lugar después de un viaje largo en tren o pasar todo el día caminando afuera. Tiene cerca un supermercado y restaurantes que hace que uno pueda elegir donde comprar y comer. La persona que nos recibió fue super amable, nos explicó todo, hasta un mapa nos pasó para que nos podamos guiar con los paraderos y las calles.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Просторная комната, есть всё что нужно для удобства, начиная от холодильника заканчивая штопором. Были бесплатные напитки в холодильнике, а так же кофеварка, чай и вода. Хост очень приветливый все объяснил и рассказал. В комнате было чисто и приятно пахло.
Если у вас большие чемоданы придется поднять их наверх по лестнице, так как лифт не предусмотрен. Но нам это неудобств не доставило.

Although Mestre itself is quite different from Venice and feels more like a residential and working area rather than a tourist destination, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities you would expect and even more small details that made our stay easier and more enjoyable. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, was always available when needed, and even arranged a taxi for us at a very reasonable price.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only downside was the location in Mestre, which lacks the charm and atmosphere of Venice itself. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Dillon was lovely and very helpful. Thank you. Bus to Venice only a few minutes walk. Area the accommodation is in is very rough, noisy at night.
Two things made us leave a day early. Beds were very hard and thin pillow only - we were very u comfortable overnight. There was such an extremely strong smell of a sickly sweet scent through the stairs and into the unit that despite putting two horrible smelly things outside the unit, I woke up with breathing challenges.

The first impression coming at night we got a bit lost and didn’t feel very safe walking the streets looking for the property. When we woke the next morning I’m not sure the first impression was particularly accurate, but still not wonderful.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Dylan was awesome, we asked if we could come sooner to leave our bags, although it wasn't needed after all, he was open to let us in the apartment sooner. There was coffee, soda and water in the apartment, also with refills for water and coffee in the hallway. The room was very spacious, and we got a briefing for good restaurants and ways to reach venice quickly.
The shower door, slight smoking smell, probably from other guests before us, although the place forbids smoking.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse vicina a zone strategiche quali Corso del Popolo dove è presente la fermata del bus 4L (che porta a Venezia) e la Stazione Metre. Inoltre è risultata accogliente e non ho avuto la necessità di accendere il clima troppo spesso, sebbene esternamente le temperature fossero basse. Viene resa disponibile gratuitamente l'acqua e anche qualche bibita se richiesta. La struttura era veramente ben organizzata e mi sono sentito come a casa.
Erano disponibili shampoo, sapone e asciugamani, ma non il dentifricio. Fortunatamente l'ho portato da casa. È comunque una piccolezza, dovuta più che altro dal fatto che non fosse riportato specificatamente tra le info. Inoltre il telecomando della tv non funzionava benissimo, non so se a causa delle batterie o per altri motivi.

It was like being on a tour, where get everything you explained and you can ask anything and will definitely get an answer :) The camera in the hall showing the city of Venice in live footage was pretty authentic! Big supermarket, McDonald, plenty of restaurants and bus / train station within walk distance.
Bathroom was older but clean. A small desk with 2 chairs would be better for the room. There could be something against mosquitos, like RAID or something.

Un dettaglio davvero molto apprezzato è trovare netflix e le altre piattaforme nelle tv dell’appartamento. La struttura si trova vicino la stazione e dispone di tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi in 2 minuti.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Goede ontvangst, ik was voor inchecktijd en mocht mijn auto op het terrein parkeren, goede informatie over busverbinding naar Venetië. Grote kamer en suite, zeer cmfortabel bed. Het was rond het vriespunt, de kamer was heerlijk warm. Kortom fijne plek, in een multicultiwijk, Venetië op 10 busminuten van de kamer. Een aanrader.
