Habitación amplia. Camas comodas. Los chicos de recepcion intentaron ayudarnos siempre.

La limpieza general. El estado del baño( sucio y con muchos elementos destruidos). El hotel solo tenía 2 pisos en buen estado, el resto estaban abandonos. La comida la traían de algún restaurante cercano. El dia del check in llegamos a las 23:00 y aún así tuvimos q esperar media hora porque la habitación no estaba preparada.la televisión no tenía canales sintonizados. El Netflix anunciado no aparecía por ningún parte

Positive: The beds were comfortable, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked well. The bathroom included shampoo and soap. The towels were folded into the shape of a snake, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen staff were especially kind, they noticed we were very hungry while waiting for our meal, prepared some complimentary French fries as a snack, and even brought them to our room. We really appreciated that gesture.

Negative: The Wi-Fi didn’t work well, although this seemed to be a common issue in Egypt. The hotel’s name is confusing because there are two hotels with very similar names, and when ordering an Uber, the app often shows the other one. It’s something guests should be aware of. I also found a cockroach coming out from behind the bathroom door frame. I couldn’t catch it, and it disappeared back into the wall. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, so you’ll need to use Uber to buy anything. Meals are made fresh to order, which is nice, but they take quite a while to prepare. There were also frequent power outages, and the hotel doesn’t have a generator. I understand this is a local issue, but one day we were left without electricity for almost two hours during extremely hot weather.

اعجبني بالمكان جميع العاملين منتهي التعاون وكانوا حريصين علي راحتنا ومساعدتنا كمان عجبني الكافيه في الروف الفيو منه حلو اوي والفطار علي فيو الهرم حلو جدا

المكان بعيد شويه عن المتحف المصري وعن الهرم وبعيد يعني الوصول للاماكن دي مش مشي لازم سياره او اوبر او مواصلات عاديه وكلهم متاحين بسهوله اوبر بيوصل للفندق خلال خمس دقايق ووصلنا الهرم خلال عشر دقايق تقريبا

الموظفين خدومين جدا جدا من اول ما دخلت يعني من البوابه الصراحة ولغاية مغادرتي ما في شي عندهم مش موجود ما في شي بنسأل عنه إلا ويحضر فورا بحب بصراحة اشخاص رائعين جدا جدا وما توقعت الخدمة هاي ... موجودين في اي وقت بطلبهم ومديريهم ما قصر بتاتا الصراحة كل التيم رووووعه على الاخر وفي المرات القادمة اكيد مش رح اكون الا معهم وبس

L'hôtel est propre et proche aux pyramids par rapport au prix c'est pas cher et raisonnable, je remercie Walid et toute l'équipe qui travaille à l'hôtel franchement rien à rien le service est top même quand j'étais un peu malade ils m'ont ramené même les médicaments de la pharmacie

مكان بسم الله ما شاء الله، ويُعتبر من أفضل أماكن الإقامة في المنطقة. يتميز الفندق بمستوى عالٍ من النظافة والراحة، إلى جانب حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام الكبير بالنزلاء. أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير للأستاذ عمرو والأستاذ مصطفى على قمة الاحترام والذوق في التعامل، وحرصهما الدائم على تلبية احتياجات الضيوف. كنت مقيم في الفندق خلال رحلة عمل، وكان موعد خروجي يوميًا في الساعة السابعة صباحًا، بينما يبدأ الإفطار رسميًا في الساعة الثامنة. بمجرد إبلاغ إدارة الفندق بهذا الأمر في أول يوم، تم تجهيز الإفطار يوميًا في وقت مبكر دون أي تأخير، وهو ما يعكس الاحترافية والاهتمام براحة النزلاء.والشي المميز جراش السيارات الخاص بالمكان ❤️❤️❤️ تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس، وأوصي بالإقامة فيه بكل ثقة. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ يستهل 10 نجوم

I would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mr. Walid for the warm reception — he was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting during the Zamna period. Mr. Walid can also arrange a car to take you to the party and bring you back, which was very convenient. I would also like to thank Mr. Youssef, the hotel’s driver. He is very kind, and we had a great journey together in Fayoum. Overall, it was a great stay, and I truly recommend this hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel a quelques minutes en voiture des pyramides. Nous avions la chambre familiale deluxe qui était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner de grande qualité, à volonté et varié chaque jour sur la terrasse face aux pyramides. Possibilité de dîner le soir sur la terrasse car l'hôtel fait restauration. L'amabilité du personnel que ce soit à l'accueil où bien au niveau de la restauration. Un grand merci à Mustapha au niveau restaurant qui est aux petits soins pour les clients.

Proximité avec les pyramides. Aussi nous avons eu un excellent tour organisé avec Youssef Elkomy, visite aux pyramides, visite du nouveau musée, bazaar et une bonne sélection d’adresses pour déjeuner basées sur nos souhaits. Très disponible, très amical et super gentil avec nos enfants. Un grand merci !

للامانه المكان فوق الممتاز والطاقم كله محترم ومتعاون جدا تلقيهم معاك في اي وقت علي مدار 24ساعه بخبره مجالي في السياحه واني نزلت في كذا اوتيل في الهرم بس دي كانت أفضل تجربه شكر خاص ل مستر وليد اللي مجرد موصلت استلمت الغرفه في ثواني وبجد بشكره علي انو سوي Free Upgrade ورفض أي فلوس تستلهو 100/100 وبرضو مش هنسي Belmen احمد شاب محترم جدا اتشرفت فيكم ي شباب وليا رجعه ♥️👌

L’adresse de booking n’était pas le bon, il n’y pas de service de chambre, le frigo et la télé ne fonctionne pas et la moitié des prises électrique ne fonctionne pas ! Si non le petit dej est bon et les personnels de rooftop sont très gentils et très professionnels et en plus la belle vue ! C’était un bon qualité prix !

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mustafa. Good view of the pyramids and really nice breakfast.

The WiFi doesn’t work so we had to buy more data for our eSims. There was a sewage smell sometimes in the rooms and corridors. The shower water was cold, even after turning on the boiler 30 mins in advance.

This apartment is located not too far from the pyramids, yet offers a good view of them. The advantage is that you'll be in a quieter area than the surroundings of the pyramids. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had slight variations, which is rare in Egypt. Comfortable room with a balcony that offered a view of the pyramids, internet worked well.

Our toilet seat was broken, which gave us a bad impression when we arrived, and when we mentioned it to them, it seemed like it was normal. The Egyptian way of looking at things is truly different. The cleanliness wasn't good on the first day either; we requested a cleaning, and that was resolved. We used ride-hailing apps to get from our accommodation to the attractions, and I must confess it wasn't easy; many drivers wouldn't accept our ride requests. I recommend you persist with the app and avoid paying extra fees.

الاداره سيئه لايوجد اي اهتمام لايوجد افطار ولا يوجد طاقم بالبوفيه اصلا لايوجد نظافه تركت الغرفه الساعه 12 ظ رجعت 11 مساءا وجدت الغرفه كما هي لا يوجد نظافه

كانت الغرفه مريحة ونظيفه وتطل على الاهرامات

كان في مشكله بسيطه مع تسرب الماء على الأرض ولكنه لم يكن شيئ كبير

والله انا عايز اقول من ساعه ماوصلت الفندق وانا شوفت استقبال مفيش احسن من كده وكان فى الاستقبال الاستاذ سامى ونعم الخلق وكان الحجز افى منتهى السرعه فانا حابب اشكره فى اليدايه على الاستجابه السريعه وبالنسبه للغرف فكانت فى منتهى النظافه وبشكر فريق الغرف على سرعه الاستجابه زبالنسبه للفطار فكان هناك تنوع فى الفطار وكان احسن مايكون وبالنسبالى مش حتكون اخر مره فانا بىشح اى حد حابب يزور القاهره ويحجز فانا برشحله الفندق 100 مره

Bardzo polecamy, piękny widok na piramidy z pokoju i z tarasy na którym znajduje się restauracja. Podróżujemy z 2 dzieci i jesteśmy zadowoleni.. Dobre jedzenie. Miłe zaskoczenie, gdyż już na początku zakwaterowania dostaliśmy dodatkowe świeże soki do picia prosto do pokoju:)

景色靓丽，可以看到金字塔，早餐很有埃及特色，酒店老板及员工都很热情，价格合理，推荐大家入住

屋上からのピラミッドビュー、スタッフの親切な接客、綺麗な設備、値段の安さ。 特に接客に関してはとても丁寧で英語が不出来な私でも十分理解できるほどゆっくり話してくれました。 ご飯もおいしかったし、量も多く満足でした。

良くない点ではないですが、名前については注意が必要です。 このホテルの名前はpyramids sunshine inn です。 このサイトに書いてるPyramids sunshine viewではないし、似たような名前のホテルがたくさんあります。 外観をしっかり確認してください。
