L'alloggio era ampio, spazioso e perfettamente pulito. La cucina era ben rifornita e il bagno era molto ampio e comodo. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare proprio sotto l'ingresso.

La casa affaccia proprio sull'acciaieria ed è distante dal centro cittadino.

I was asked for my personal photo and id through an app without which check in was denied.I was also asked by the owner for a deposit of 4000 NOK which was later waived.All this was not mentioned prior to booking and felt like a hoax.The location is also a little bit hard to find.

Great location. Host was really responsive and understanding. Her Place is very spacious, has all the essentials, three rooms, kitchen. It was easy to find. Had really great experience here.

Ubicación: hay que llegar subiendo bastantes escaleras y está justo enfrente de una inmensa factoria (fundición de zinc) quevocupa toda la visión del fiordo. Nos pareció caro teniendo todo en cuenta

Very nice and newly refurbished apartment with central location.

We extended the stay in the apartment one day earlier, and told the host that we did neither need (nor get) the cleaning after the first night. I had hoped that this would give us a little discount, and the host contact said he would contact the owner about it, but we did not get any discount. We missed curtains in the living room for those who slept on the "sleeping sofa", but we did ok using sleeping masks.

Het appartement was wel netjes ingericht en van alles voorzien. Enige nadeel is het uitzicht op de fabriek die dag en nacht aan staat. Verder is het buiten gedeelte ook niet goed onderhouden. Er was geen zitje buiten or iets. Buiten gedeelte was verwaarloosd. Verder zou er 15min voor aankomt de code doorgegeven worden. Dat ontbrak en moesten we vragen.

Het buiten gedeelte is verwaarloosd en er zou beter gecommuniceerd moeten worden dat je naar een fabriek kijkt en daar dag en nacht het geluid van hoort.

Para recibir los códigos para abrir tuve que rellenar formularios por internet y bloquearon de mi tarjeta un dinero que tardó en liberarse una semana por lo que estuve en tensión todo ese tiempo pensando si pude dejar algo mal y que no me lo devolvieran en su totalidad, tuve que sacar un video antes de dejar el alojamiento para que se viera cómo estaba todo. Fue complicado llegar a la casa por las calles tan pequeñas y cuesta arriba, había poco aparcamiento en una calle estrecha. Cuando logramos encontrar la casa había muchas escaleras que subir. Los techos son abuhardillados por lo que no es tan espacioso como parece y no se puede andar por los laterales. El piso es muy caro para lo que ofrece!

Le logement est moderne et parfaitement équipé (cuisine, salle de bain). L'accès est facile avec guide explicatif très clair. La localisation à 40min de Trolltunga.

La terrasse est très spacieuse, dommage que la vue soit directement sur l'usine. Des nuisances sonores (musique assez forte) en pleine nuit provenant de la maison derrière l'appartement.

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con este alojamiento. Fuimos a pasar en familia la noche de navidad, no encontramos el departamento muy limpio y cuando entramos a las habitaciones encontramos pertenencias de otros huéspedes. intentamos ponernos en contacto con el anfitrión que nos contestó tarde, tuvimos nuestra cena y vimos la respuesta del anfitrión pasada la medianoche. Nos dijo que nos fuéramos de ahí que el departamento estaba alquilado de forma permanente a otras personas, que dejáramos todo como estaba para que nadie note que habíamos pasado el día ahí. Lo llamamos para pedir explicaciones y despues de maltratarnos a los gritos por teléfono nos pasó los datos del departamento de la segunda planta, mucho más chico y sin terraza. Dejamos una nota en el departamento a los dueños de la casa y a los dos días recibimos la llamada de otros que llegaron a la casa después de reservar por booking también. Ellos nos confirmaron que el departamento seguía tal y como nosotros lo habíamos dejado, con pertenencias de otros huéspedes, las toallas usadas en el baño. Estamos seguros de que al menos entre nuestra estadía y la suya nadie fue a limpiar o a chequear el estado del departamento, a pesar de que el dueño tenía conocimiento de que habíamos estado allí. Sinceramente una de las peores experiencias que tuvimos en booking alguna vez.

Entree (trap) naar appartement kan wat beter afgewerkt worden maar eenmaal in het appartement zie je die niet meer 😁

La casa interna era molto bella e nuova. I servizi erano ottimi

Il piano ad induzione non ha funzionato e dopo ripetute e-mail non abbiamo avuto aiuto tant’è vero che non abbiamo potuto cucinare nell’appartamento. Inoltre l’ambiente esterno non è curato e l’appartamento si affaccia su una fabbrica (peccato perché la vista sarebbe stupenda)

The view is directly onto a refinery, so we felt a bit like factory supervisors whilst sitting on the balcony! Parking is a bit tricky on the narrow streets, but we always found some.

About 30+ Stairs to Apartment, no EV charger on premises, No Microwave in the Kitchen, Renters have to clean up and Dumpster to throw away trash was not on premises or nearby. Zinc / Lead processing plant partially obstructing the view of the Fjord

When we first arrived, we were facing a view of a factory, which was disappointing. The access to the apartment was also difficult, as we had to drive up a narrow road. The apartment itself had been renovated, but it was located on a higher level above a staircase, and we had to climb up to the third floor. For a family with a lot of luggage like ours, it was really exhausting. While the apartment was clean, there was no kitchen knife available, so we had to struggle to cut onions using a butter knife from the cutlery set, which was very inconvenient.

Some dust and hairs here and there, there were only towells for 2 persons but we booked for 4 so had to find way to contact owners, it took some time but things were solved

Worst experience ever. When we made the reservation, it was stated that we would receive the self check-in details on the morning of the check-in day. Since we hadn’t received them by then, we started requesting the information during the afternoon, but received no response — not via Booking, SMS, or WhatsApp. We arrived at the accommodation around 6:00 PM, and there was no one on site, nor did we have any information to enter the apartment. We called the property owner, who either ignored or declined our calls, only answering on the fifth or sixth attempt. When we explained the situation, Mr. Peter, in a rude and unprofessional manner, said the details had already been sent and told us to check our inbox — then hung up on us. Doubting ourselves, we rechecked Booking, email, SMS, WhatsApp — and nothing. So we tried to contact him again, but once more our calls were ignored or declined. We then decided to contact Booking customer support, who also tried reaching out to the property owner, but with no success. They proceeded with their protocol and asked us to wait 30 minutes for a response; otherwise, we would need to be relocated to another hotel/accommodation. Right at the 30-minute limit, we received a message from the property owner again telling us to check our accounts, to which we replied the same as before. Shortly after that, Mr. Peter called us — again rudely — asking how he could help. By that point, we were out of patience and repeated what we had already said multiple times. Only then, around 7:30 PM, did he finally provide us with the entry details for the apartment. In the end, we stayed at the accommodation due to the inconvenience of finding a new place at 7:30 PM. At no point did Mr. Peter apologize or explain the discomfort and inconvenience he caused us. Or maybe he intended to do so when he tried to contact us at around 2:00 AM — a call we did not answer.

First getting in the apartment was an easy procedure made by the owner and while staying in the apartment I was delighted by how squeaky clean the apartment was, the bedrooms, bathroom, living room and everything were organized and made available by the owner who was available when needed to ask for stuff regarding the apartment.
