Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Tutto sommato è un posto comodo per fermarsi una notte. Arrivato a tarda sera e fatto check in senza grandi problemi nonostante il fatto che sia tutto self (si entra tramite codice e si fa check in tramite tablet). Non è difficile da trovare. Letto comodo.
La camera è un cubicolo strettissimo occupato per 3 quarti dal letto, comodo ma fin troppo largo. Al posto della porta una tenda: poca privacy, si sentono i rumori. Un grosso punto a sfavore è che la struttura non permette di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out: chiederei al gestore di riconsiderare questo, perchè può creare problemi.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Place is very clean, guests usually keep to themselves. It was very quiet when I was there as the other guests were very considerate. Staff were very kind. If you’re looking for a last minute stay for like 1-2 nights, can consider this place for the price.
(Only speaking about first floor as that was where my room was) Lesson learnt - I will read reviews the next time I book any accommodation. I thought, wow this place is so affordable!!!! But yeah, you get what you pay… Hostel Hideaway is what you type into your GPS. It’s located about 5-7mins away from Minowa station and you’d have to walk out to the main roads to find something to eat. Otherwise, there’s a vending machine for drinks right next to the entrance of the hostel. You have to take your shoes off at the hallway to put in the shelves so prepare a pair of indoor slippers to change into when you arrive. First of all, the rooms are NOT actual rooms but just partitions. Only one shower on the first floor. Two toilets separated by gender. There’s a washing machine too but has curfew (can only use it from 10am-8pm). Washing machine only takes 100 yen coins but there’s a wash + dry option, split into heavy or light load options. Of course there’s also a wash only option but there’s no space to dry your clothes. Hostel is VERY small, with very limited space to move about within your “room”. One wrong move and you’d be rattling the partition door and waking your neighbor up. Basically no way to soundproof your room as every single sound can be heard. If you want to pack your suitcase, forget it as there’s literally no space to lay your suitcase down on the floor. I had to grab my shopping bags and head to the airport to repack there instead. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I really had no choice. The saving grace was how everything was very clean.

It's cramped. It's noisy, as the only thing separating me from other guests is a curtain. Several times, guests turned on the hair dryer during the night, waking me up in the room next to mine. Laundry is only available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., the best time for sightseeing. So, I wasn't able to do any laundry.

No hay habitaciones, son colchones malos, una sola ducha para todos los huéspedes de la primera planta. Se intentó mediar porque no utilizados las instalaciones y no hubo manera, consideramos que es una estafa este lugar

Supermercato nelle vicinanze per non dover sempre dipendere dai kombini (che ovviamente sono molto vicini nonostante l'ostello sia umin un quartiere residenziale). Consigliato!

部屋にドアが無くカーテンが床までないので廊下を歩く人の足が見える事。カーテンだから鍵がないので、女性と男性の区分があった方が良い。歯ブラシ、タオルは有料でもあった方が良い。

カーテンが短い。階段付近の部屋は階段から部屋の中何見えてしまう、また、洗面台付近の部屋はうるさいと思う。

入住前已經依照電郵指示填完入住資料，不知為何當天還要再填一次，而且還要當場拍照…浪費時間，還有種被耍了的感覺，很不開心。

簡易でも良いので、施錠できる下駄箱が あれば、靴の保管に安心できるかとは 思う。 共用の廊下を通る時などは、静かに歩く 意識付けを各国語にて啓発すると 更にみんなが快適に過ごせると思う。

Premier et pire logement de mon séjour. J’ai du check out la nuit même et j’ai du me trouver un autre établissement dans la foulée. Le personnel n'est pas réactif et il ne s'agit pas de vraies chambres, mais plutôt de boxes séparés par des parois et des rideaux. À éviter.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Me and my partner booked the twin room, thinking it was a great bargain as its own room in a hostel (as we have booked many other times) but it turned out to be a sliding door which only covered 3/4s of the room, with the rest covered by a curtain which didn't properly cover the entire gap. The bedding smelt terrible of BO so hadn't been washed properly (if at all), one of the beds had a spring poking out making it impossible to sleep on and the shower had loads of hair when we first checked in. The location is great but the facilities aren't kept up to scratch. I can understand being directly opposite the showers, toilets, sinks and washer/dryer which creates a lot of noise but the lack of cleanliness and terrible bedding. I tried complaining to the property itself but they gave a blunt reply that notning was wrong with the property. I would advise avoiding completely as there is other cheap accommodation with good locations.

Reviewed May 4, 2026都心にほど近いロケーションで、移動するのに非常に便利だった。厳密にはワンルームというよりも、仕切りのついているドミトリーと表現した方が正確だとは思うが、ともかく格安で個室に泊まれるのは非常に良かったと思う。
上記の通り、ワンルームではあるものの厳密には部屋を仕切りで分けただけの部屋なので、生活音等はがっつり入ってしまう点はやはり気になった。ネカフェの個室に泊まれない、というタイプの人は、もう少し宿代を出して、他のビジホを取った方が良いと思う。

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026駅からまあまあ近くて、すぐそばに24時まで営業の銭湯がある。 2度目の利用なので足元隠しの寝障子も小机利用もバッチリでした。
掃除はしてあるけれど行き届いてはいない。 マットレスの裏が埃だらけだったり、敷布団カバーが化繊のためか毛玉だらけで一瞬寝るのがためらわれました。 臭くはなかったので一応洗濯はしてあるのかなと思いますが、あそこまで汚いとちょっと引いてしまいました。 完全個室では無いので、今回は大イビキの男性が泊まっていてちょっと大変でした。

夜1時に寝ていて煩いので誰かと思ったらまさかのスタッフ。煩いと言うと。文句あるんなら他の高いホテル泊まれと一言。なんじゃそれ。と思いました。こっちはボランティアなんだからうだうだ言うなと言わんばかりの態度。横柄。これg無ければもっと違った感想だったと思います。あのハゲ要らないです。まあまた泊まるかも知れない。本当にあのスタッフは辞めて欲しいです。正直何回起こされたことやら。。それ以外はロケーションも良いし部屋も広めだし自炊出来るしで。あのスタッフさえ居なければとつくづく思います。残念ハゲスタッフ乙

Instead of a capsule, you get a small room, separated by a wooden wall and a curtain for the entrance to your unit. the futon was comfortable and it was refreshing being able to stand up in my little area. As always, Hostel Lodging Tokyo is incredibly clean. Every location I’ve stayed at was clean. At check out time you see the workers begin carefully cleaning the facilities. The shower is spacious with nice shampoo and body wash. The kitchenette is small but it is there if you need a stovetop or fridge. There is also laundry, and the machine automatically dispenses soap so you don’t need to buy detergent. The location is 2 minutes walk to a sento, 3 minutes walk to 711, and 6 minutes walk to a train station. I’ll stay here again and again! Thank you.

隔间的门帘太短，没有及地，需要自己搬屏风来遮挡。另外混宿很容易遇到打呼噜的人，入睡体验差。打呼噜的人就不能有点自知之明入住酒店吗？而且睡得早起得晚，真的很影响其他人啊！！
