The property is located in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by nature. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

If anything you want to buy you have to travel for 1-2km. There is now a nearby provision store.

The villa was good to accomodate 10+ members. The view is good from this place, the staff was dedicated and assisted in arranging munnar tour drive as well.

Would have been better to have bathroom showers Could have been better to have a proper terrace to sit and enjoy the view.

The location was nice. And Staff was so friendly and everything felt so comfortable. With a bunch of friends it was worth the stay.

Staff was very friendly and supported us with all the requirement We stayed there to celebrate our baby's first birthday, space was available to decorate the area and we all enjoyed the stay very much We cooked food by ourselves and the staff helped us to arrange all the items

It was the best stay in munnar specially the hospitality . The property is located in a beautiful area with best view for sunset. Also the property is providing with all the facilities campfire, fridge, kitchen, Aquagaurd, barbeque etc. The best part was the host who was so helpful and friendly will surely recommend everyone to have a stay at Mountain Cheers

Extremely helpful and responsive host. Manish made sure our stay was comfortable and also provided local sightseeing recommendations. Located 8-9 miles from Munnar town and comes with great views of the surrounding mountains. Most of the basic amenities were provided upon request and the beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay. Home cooked meals were available at additional cost which was good. They also arrange campfire and BBQ for an additional charge if requested in advance.

Not the fault of the property or the host, but the surrounding locality does not have good food options via restaurants, quality and taste will be sub-par. Plan and communicate in advance if you are looking for homestay style food as it typically requires a 12 hour advance notice. It would have been nice if amenities such as soaps, hand-wash and towels were arranged/provided by default prior to arrival and not on a request basis.

Nice location, close to Munnar town and Kollukumalai. Beautiful views of the mountains and tea estates in an isolated area, without many tourists. Host and staff was very hospitable and pleasant to deal with. They did their best to meet all of our requests. They also helped to arrange tea and dinner for us, as well as drive to the town to purchase small items for us. Filtered water available on premises which was quite useful.

The interiors need more maintenance such as repainting. The parking is a bit difficult at first, but once you get a hang of it, it is not too bad. It would be better if the host could keep some more amenities (e.g. tea, coffee, towels, soap, etc. inside the residence for visitors to use). Currently, visitors need to request these items separately to the host. The price point was a bit high for the type of residence, and the use of amenities like BBQ and kitchen for cooking have extra fees. I would recommend that the use of amenities be included in the price of the residence. These are simply some areas for improvement, but overall, we were still pleased with the residence.

Awesome.host Manish is so friendly and so humble. location of the property is so peaceful and blissful with great view of mountain As we visited in peak rainy season there was no electricity but host arranged us ups and he was available in one call. Overall a great stay..highly recommend

Excellent Stay "We had an excellent stay at Munnar Mountain Cheers Cottage. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with breathtaking views of the hills. Highly recommended!" Also, dont forget to have home made dinner at Mountain Cheers. Every staff is exceptional and very friendly.

Parking space will be there but little bit experience is needed to park car at that location due to slope. Just the first time, you will find it difficult after that it will be easy to do, Manish will be there to assist you in first time parking.

Staffs were responsive, friendly and helpful. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, kitchen fully equipped and water filter provided. Everything was satisfying. The view from the house is very nice.

It is very well maintained and the location is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday party with a camp fair 🎉 The owner is very friendly and guides us on what to do in munnar. He arranged dinner for us and it was yummy 🤤 Happy to visit again 😊

Fast wifi The cottage is 5 to 6 kms before munnar town. As it is outside the town, you can experience a more chilly weather and spectacular views around the cottage. The host, Manish, is exceptionally good and hospitable in keeping the guests informed. Also, he did help us on the itineary in our trip on visiting the best places and giving us a list of locations with distances, which made oir itineary much more easier. Good place to stay for families. As we stay outside the town, it is difficult to fina a good restaurant. The host did help us in arranging homemade brekafast and dinner, at an additional cost, which are affordable rates. The food was exceptionally good. You will get a spectacular view of the valley if you go uphill from the cottage. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would highly recommend for families.

- The entrance had a steep slope whoch has to be changed to steps for the guests to access more safely and easily. - the network reception was poor bur managed through other android applications as the cottage had a good wifi.
