We had a pleasant and wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is well maintained, and all the staff are very friendly, courteous, and professional. The food was tasty, hygienic, and halal, which made our stay even more comfortable. The property is a little away from the city, making it a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. There are also two beautiful viewpoints located very close to the property, which is an added advantage for guests who enjoy scenic views. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us
Its located in good place and near to munnar Town.
Good breakfast option. Nice staff. Games room available.
Difficult to reach due to road condition. Congested parking lot.
From check in to check out we had received amazing and great service all the staffs ..food was quite nice every one enjoyed
We booked this hotel based on 4* category, but it doesn’t look like no bar and also swimming pool .checked with Front off they said it’s only got 3*
I booked a balcony room, and the view was absolutely amazing, with beautiful mountains and clouds surrounding the property. The location is a bit far from the main market area. There are no nearby restaurants, although the hotel does offer meals with limited menu options.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and quality. Since there are no restaurants nearby, it would be helpful if the hotel offered a wider range of meal options for guests.
The ambience and view and customer service
Nothing I can think of
Nothing
Everything and noisy
The scenic view and the amazing staff
Location
1 km of not so great road access
Location
Difficult to get in to rooms for Elders and handicapped as there is no elevator lift.
Good !! Could have had more Kerala cuisine for all meals ..
room service , always avaliable
no kettle in room, not much good scenery view from room
I visited other abad property
Nothing
My family said everything nice out there.
There’s no heating in the cold weather at least electric heater they can provide per room . At night my family felt unbearable cold.
The property is located close to Munnar town. The rooms were spacious , comfortable and very clean. The food is very fresh, tasty and nominally priced
NA
The location is Good near Munnar town The food was delicious.Comfortable stay for family.
Activities are less for kids, and the price for staying is a little bit costly.
Amazing staff, peaceful atmosphere commendable professionalism, delicious food!
Good to check if u are assigned with rooms in basement floor. These rooms have direct courtyard access and nice view BUT have high humidity issues 😕
View from the room balcony Amazing viewpoint in the resort next to parking. Friendly staff Good sized room
No elevator - would be difficult for old people More options in the breakfast buffet
Beautiful location. Because it is giving a valley view. Tea estates were at walkable distance. Staff was cooperative. Breakfast was good.
Please seal the sliding door glasses. Through the space the cool air comes in. And makes the room very cool.
Location
Way to hotel was hectic
Room and staff
food
The service, location and hygiene standard was good. Very welcoming staff
Very basic infrastructure including bathroom fittings and etc. it look like old school rooms. Also breakfast menu can improve
Breakfast was too good. From room the view was amazing.
Wonderful views from the room
No elevator, so luggage has to be carried up or down the stairs
Good place
Road towards hotel was pathetic, also there is no sign boards. The property is very old and suggest to modernize. Similar break fast during both days of our stay. Lot of scope for improvement.
We had been to this hotel for our Honey in 2007 and we again went there after 18 years. Still the same beautiful view, friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. Mesmerising views.
Location , the view and taste of food and parking .
The balcony has no shades , so during monsoon it’s of no use
Very friendly staff. I received good advise on what to do in Munnar from the receptionist. The atmosphere in the mountains was very relaxing. The Spa was also really nice!
The breakfast was very good. They had a good selection of authentic South Indian cuisine and very helpful staff. It has a beautiful view of the valley and you can see the stream rushing down from the dam from every window. The staff was also very courteous, especially the resort manager who was quite helpful
This is an old property which does not have any elevators so expect climbing a few flight of stairs. The rooms are quite old (30 year old property) and not equipped with modern amenities. There is heavy winds lashing across the windows especially during the nights and the windows are very flimsy. The toilets are old fashioned with no space to store toiletries. The rooms do not speak luxury but a basic setting. It is also located in an isolated area which has to be accessed from across a bridge over the dam.
fine
nothing
المكان نظيف إطلاله الغرف الموظفين ممتازين

All others except food
Food
المنتجع كديكور وموقع وإطلالته جميل جدا وسعره رائع وتعامل الموظفين كان لطيف وأكثر شي أعجبني الاطلاله على نهر الشلال وأصحى من النوم على صوت الماء والطبيعه The resort's decor, location and view are very beautiful, its price is great, the staff's treatment was nice, and what I liked most was the view of the waterfall river, and I woke up to the sound of water and nature.
الغرفه نظيفه ولكن أرجو الاهتمام في نظافة الغرفه أكثر لتكون نظافة عميقه وأيضا العزل في الغرف متوسط ولا يوجد ثلاجه في الغرفه The room is clean, but I hope you pay more attention to cleaning the room so that it is deeply cleaned. Also, the insulation in the rooms is average, and there is no refrigerator in the room.
The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor.
One of the finest south indian breakfast, which was extremely delicious and hygienic
Even though negligible, I couldn't find any lift. If there is a lift available It would be appreciated and helpfull for guest over 50+ age
The place is kept very clean and tidy. Very good and perfect hotel for a family stay. The staffs are very polite as well.
Nothing
One of the best resorts , in the Munnar location wise also good view nice staff good ambience ,everything was awesome,I will recommend it to my family and friends.
Nothing to say .. but in the night time A lot of noise from the top floor ..... Food needs to improve a bit .....
very good buffet
wifi speed would have been better. it was getting disconnected all the time and speed was pathetic. Also unavailibility of lift makes it quite difficult for the elderly people.
Stunning, dreamy location near the tea plantations. Restaurant had the best food of our holiday - very reasonably priced buffet, everything delicious.
Beware of the cheeky monkeys, they steal everything on the balcony! They entertained us with their antics, so I am not complaining :)
Property maintenance, location, facilities and staff are very good even though the tariff seemed to be bit high.
N.A
Breakfast was exceptional and variety of dishes were available mostly accommodating South Indian dishes. Staff were very helpful. There was a mini play area for kids maintained well. Enough parking were available. Property is maintained clean and it is also fairly close to the center.
Nothing to mention that we didn't like with one point to note that there is no lift available. Restaurant food was slightly pricey.
Location was very good.we loved a break fast.. Receptionist is polite and property was very clean
Good location. Good view. Close enough to the town centre. Good rooms, good beds. Friendly staff.
-Breakfast was good to average on day 1 and terrible on day 2. There is virtually zero continental food provided, if you can’t stomach Indian food for breakfast you may struggle. The Indian fare was very basic but decent on day 1 , quite pathetic on day 2. Food way below standards expected at the price band of this hotel. Avoided room service and had to eat out or get takeaways for dinner as the breakfast wasn’t inspiring - Bathrooms are sub par, look like they belong in a $20/night motel.
