The host was very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable bed, warm shower, lovely pool outdoors and table outside for morning breakfast.

Difficult to find on the first day of arrival.

We had a comfortable stay at Pinnacle Homes. The owners were so friendly and always on hand if we needed anything or any information.

Brenden a great host. Looked after us very well and arranged taxis etc.

I had a great stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The location was fantastic—close to local attractions, restaurants, and easy to get around. The host ( Mr Brendon) was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Goa!

The stay was simply amazing, never thought this would be perfect getaway. I was a little apprehensive before I reached here as it was not a fancy resort or something, but once we reached here I was pleasantly surprised by the property. It was neat and tidy, the rooms were very spacious, private, beautiful pool surrounded by greenery, most of my afternoons were spent in this beautiful property, the owner Brendon was very nice and welcoming. I will plan all my upcoming stay here definitely! 5 star property in my opinion, not a fancy resort where people are peeping or staring but a beautiful and peaceful stay at the best location in north goa!

Brenden, the owner, is a beautiful soul. Very supportive and cooperative. He has a perfect knowledge of places, be it chilling or dinner or sunset point or shopping. He gives apt guidance about everything. The property is well maintained and rooms are also neat and clean. The supportive staff also does their work properly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pinnacle.

Very good location of the property, but there is no signboard of the property Brenden owner was helpful & arranged all what is required like rent a car Thivim railway station is nearest to this place Palolim in south goa was the best beach Everything seems to be expensive in GoA

The hospitality received from Brenden and his family is awesome. All necessary things were taken care of. They took care of us during our stay. A vehicle arrangement for roaming around was done. Since this was our first visit to Goa Brenden guided us what all places to visit. Morjim was the best suggestion given by Brenden. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Linen was replaced in two days as mentioned. We didn't have to ask for anything more. Thank you for the hospitality.

Nothing to complain about. We followed the rules and regulations as mentioned during booking. It's a give and take rule. You follow rules and everything will be in place :)

The host treats you with great respect and does everything possible to make your stay amazing. And location is another huge factor to always choose this place, most of the beaches are in range of 10-20 minutes drive at max.

Room was superclean, comfortable and spacious. Surrounded by greenery n a lovely pool. Host Brendan n his family are gem of people. They are warm, full of enthusiasm n humble at d same time. They serve lovely, scrumptious n filling breakfast with smile. Place is perfectly located in between Calangute n Vagator. Manager Vilas as well is a very helpful person. Was travelling Solo n stayed there for 3 days but felt as safe as being at home. A lovely stay altogether. Will be coming back for more such leisurely stays Brendan 👍.

Loved our 8 days' stay!! Owner Brenden and his family are super friendly and helpful. Communicatie via WhatsApp is great for quick info and places to go. Rooms are spacious and clean! Nothing super fancy but just everything that you need, so great for the traveller who likes to go out with a bike and explore Goa instead of staying on a compound. The garden is beautiful with a nice pool! Perfect location in the middle of the big beaches (Baga, Calangute) and Vagator. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely stay!!

First of all I would like to say, the location is very isolated as it is a village. There is no property hoarding on the building or anywhere, so you can't even make out which is the building. The place is cool and pleasant, But I didn't feel like staying more than a day, due to lack of facilities. My children didn't like it at all and they got bored.🫤 The business is run by a family, so no staff, not a kind of professional, Everything is done by Mr.Brenden himself and there is no other number to contact as well, so everything we need to depend upon him. One man army We were 4 of us and pure vegetarians. We had booked a Family room, 2 rooms + 1kit + 1 toilet. The rooms are OK good, the kitchen is nice, big but useless. You cannot even prepare anything, if there was an option for cooking, then it would have been very nice. OR even atleast a microwave to prepare or to heat up something, could have been better. There is one water kettle can use only for preparing coffee or tea but when power is not there, even coffee/tea is not there as none of the elec.points are connected to UPS which is really sad even after paying so much. Very bad experience we had.☹️ During our stay, there were a lot of power fluctuations every time and UPS was working ONLY for one fan and one light, even your wifi WON'T WORK, and the best part is you cannot even charge your phone as no option provided. Better carry the Power Bank with you The place is very isolated and far from Calangute and Baga beach, you have to use your own vehicle as the price is high for hiring a bike or anything. So you have to keep going outside every time for everything. Half of the trip we ended up travelling from beach to home, home to beach, we got tired by driving, and did not even enjoy our trip due to this kind of experience😞 We didn't opt for Breakfast there as we were vegetarians. So it became very difficult for us to travel all the time as we had no choice.

Really enjoyed our stay. Brenden and his family are wonderful hosts who make you feel very welcome. The room was huge,, very clean and had a great view out of the windows. Cleaning was done on a daily basis to a high standard. Would definitely come back!

One of best stay in Goa. The owner Brenden is so friendly and listen to all your queries. The property is neat and clean. Friendly staff who supports attempt quick calls. I would 100% recommend this to everyone for best stay in Goa.

Property has best pool and family room has tub bath. Beds are really neat and clean. I felt like home. Premise is well maintained and very friendly.

Very good breakfast but only minus point was fruit was not fresh and served late. Very homely atmosphere and a very good host, very communicative and eager to help at any time.

Brandon and family were very welcoming, supportive and informative. They really did exceed our expectations of stay at their beautiful Pinnacle Homes. Breakfast was delicious and served with love and etiquette. The location is perfect to cover all lovely places in north Goa. They even helped us to get commute right at their place. Very humble everyone was at their place. My special thanks to Creg, their elder son who did a very hearty welcome of us in absence of his parents. We will be delighted to book the place again in our next visit. :) Love and Cheers

It was a fantastic experience. Brendan is a wonderful host, he takes care of you as if you are part of his own family. The place itself is incredible. Very well maintained and equipped with all facilities that one would expect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location of the property is also great, everything is close by.
