Reviewed Aug 14, 2026A memorable stay thanks to excellent customer service Our stay started with a small misstep regarding the original room we booked, which lacked standard windows and privacy. However, the way the host handled the situation was absolutely top-notch. Late in the evening, they came to offer us a solution and upgraded us to a much larger, high-standard apartment. While the initial room description could be clearer, we deeply appreciate the owner's and staff's quick, kind, and professional response. Thanks to their wonderful attitude, we ended up having an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend staying here!
