•The house is dusty and full of cobwebs. •The bed in the second room is uncomfortable to lie on because you can feel the mattress springs. •Since this is a middle unit house, parking is limited if you come with a large family.

No dressing table. No water heater at level 2 sharing toilet. Should have a better sofa set. The key system is not really friendly user. The water pressure in the shower is very slow. Rain showers are badly leaking when operating.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a big family. Wifi provided. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 wet kitchen and 1 dry kitchen, plus a fridge,iron and washing machine which made our stay convenient. The unit is gated and guarded, with an open facing front area. Overall, very clean and well-equipped – we truly enjoyed our stay here.
The only thing we didn’t really like was the TV, which was a bit difficult to adjust.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024big, clean, spacious house with free wifi 3 bedroom upstairs with aircond, ground floor bedroom with fan living room have aircond master bedroom and groundfloor shower with water heater, shampoo and shower gel provided functional electric kettle, stoves, fridge and washing machine with laundry detergent
the location of the house was a bit challenging to find, especially if you arrive late at nighttime when the surroundings a bit dark the tv was difficult to setup and the remote control is not working

Reviewed May 21, 2024Very spacious rooms and sitting halls. All rooms with double beds is a plus point. I like the washing machine which helps me in handling my laundry while enjoying the moment with family instead of going out to look for a laundry shop. The water filter in the wet kitchen is a plus point. Easy check in and check out.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2024The rooms are gigantic. Each room boasts with queen size bed. 4 rooms, 3 baths. Location very close to shopping outlets in Meru, Ipoh Perak and government agencies. Security. Friendly guards. Quite neighbourhood. Nice scenery in front of the house.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2023- it is spacious, clean, and functional, - can park up to two cars in the house - ample towels, with some complimentary bottles off water and basic toiletries - it's a guarded housing area, aside a morning Malay prayer can be heard from the 3rd floor bedroom, it's quiet and relaxing to stay in
- the dining chairs are fine to look at but lack substance to make it comfortable to sit on - previous renters probably smoked in the 3rd floor bathroom and the smell stuck on, making it hard to use that particular bathroom - the 2nd floor bathroom doesn't have a heater, and the 1st floor bedroom doesn't have air conditioning - one of the bedframe in the 3rd floor bedroom has a broken support, making half the bed sink, but it might be fixed in time

Reviewed Sep 1, 2023It was one of the best homestay i've ever been to, it was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The air conditioning works very well. They even provide towels, fully furnished kitchen. The service was superb and the instructions given for self check in was very clear. My family and i really enjoyed staying here, highly recommended as it is really close to the viral spots 🙌🏻 Ps: The attached picture was taken the day we checked out.

Overall satisfactory but would be better if: 1. Provide more mirror at the reception or dining area 2. For muslim's friendly hospitality purpose, suggest to provide one or 2 praying mat for muslim's use and provide airfryer or microwave wth sensitive alertness on cooking instruction (such as no pork etc) 3. Cuckoo or coway 4. Found cocroach and its nest at the kitchen under the water hole and i had to cover the dustbin on top.of it 5. The neighbour is cat lover and quite smelly in the morning but i should compliment her effort in keeping its cleanliness so this is tolerable 6. TV channel - provide more option such as netflix or astro 7. Suggest to put sigboard of homestay for easy locate of the house 8. Would be great if host provide small snacking on the dining table with his recommendation on location to go for leisure or foods near the area
