Falsche Beschreibung bei der Lage: „eigener Strandabschnitt stimmt gar nicht, Bootssteg am See war baufällig, für Familien, denen die Seelage wichtig ist, halten wir das Haus für ungeeignet. Für uns war es zum Glück nicht wichtig. Wir würden und werden das schöne Haus wieder buchen.

Reilun kokoinen ja siisti majoitus rauhallisessa Jupperissa. Hyvät keittiövarustelut ja pingispöytä. Erittäin ystävällinen omistaja.

Selkä kaipaisi ehkä kovempaa sänkyä ja ikkunat pimennysverhoja.

Prachtige plek om als uitvalsbasis te gebruiken om o.a. Nuuksion national Park of Helsinki te bezoeken. Rustige buurt, huis voorzien van alle gemakken.

Tilaa oli mukavasti ja keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Viesteihin vastattiin suht nopeasti. Polkupyörät oli kiva lisä.

Talossa haisi koira ja hieman kostealle. Koira-allergikot saivat oireita. Siivous oli heikolla tasolla keittiössä, pesuhuoneessa ja saunassa. Makuuhuoneet myös pölyisiä. Läheisen lentokentän äänet kuuluivat myös selkeästi aamuisin. Kaivureita ja kuorma-autoja liikkui läheisellä tiellä runsaasti tietöiden takia.

The house is spacious and located in a beautiful area next to a lake. I loved how well equipped the kitchen was and how many additional activities could be found within the property. The host was friendly and helpful!

L endroit au bord du lac et le came

This Finnish guesthouse has a great location, right next to the lake with a quiet and spacious surrounding area. There’s also a football field and fitness equipment nearby. The house is cozy and comfortable, with four bedrooms and a sauna. We stayed as a family of four (with parents) plus two dogs and had plenty of space. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!

The only small downsides were that one bedroom had bunk beds and the provided bicycles had no air in the tires.

The house was spacious for our two families traveling together, the kitchen was well stocked, and the kids loved all of the extras like badminton and the park next door.

The beds upstairs were a little small for two adults to share. Bigger beds would be nice. We also couldn’t find any dish towels in the kitchen, only the one that was left out.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was very quiet and convenient for family with children and a dog. The house was spacious. It was a little cold during the first night but then we figured out the way the heating worked, it would have been good to receive some instructions from the host. We really liked the fireplace. The communication with host Timo was very nice and friendly.

We would have scored the property higher if there had not been problems with cleanliness. The bathtub looked like someone had been putting their fake tan in it; we had to scrub it, the inside of the fridge and the toilets. Some places, like the box with the hairdryer, looked like they had not been scrubbed for ages. Cooking utensils had dried pieces of food on them. We did not find any slippers, although the property description had promised them.

Ei ollut mitään mistä en olisi pitänyt mutta ruuanlaitto välineet ehkä vähän kulahtaneet, esim paistinpannut huonossa kunnossa niin palaa helposti pohjaan😅

Koti oli todella siisti ja mukavalla sijainnilla.

Paljon tilaa. Talossa oli kaikki tarvittava, ja vähän enemmänkin. Tosin mitään musiikinkuuntelulaitetta ei ollut. Auton sai oven eteen. Hyvät lenkkimaastot ja järven läheisyys.

Aluksi alakerrassa oli julmetun kylmä, alle 17C. Lämmityksen säädön jälkeen tilanne korjaantui mutta alakerran lattiat pysyivät tosi kylminä. Saunan käyttöohjeilla kiuasta ei saanut toimimaan; höyrysauna antoi jonkun varoituksen, eikä mennyt päälle. Normaali sauna toimi, kunhan kiukaan käyttöohjeesta luki ohjeet. Tulostettu pikaohje ei toiminut.

The location was lovely, right next to the lake. And the Villa was very comfortable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Rymligt, många sovplatser. Mysigt boende. Perfekt om man vill ha barn eller hund med.

Kunde varit lite bättre städat. Rent i sovrum och badrum. Men köket, tex kaffebryggaren och vissa ytor borde städas.

Very cute house next to a lake

Rauhallisella paikalla. Henkilökunnan kanssa asiat sujuivat hyvin.

Talossa sisällä likaisuus häiritsi. Kaikki sisätilat vaatisi täydellisen siivouksen jääkaapista lähtien. Sisäilma ongelmia myös havaittavissa.

Vietin siellä oikein mukavan viikonlopun 👌🙂

Spacious, good proximity to the city. Plenty of activities available/supplied. E.g. table tennis, bikes.

Kitchen, crockery/utensils were not very clean. Stove exhaust fan not working which left the house smelling of stale cooking. Only one shower to share. Very noisy/dangerous road works right out side the front door commencing 7am each morning.

Sauna und Whirlpool, Lage am See, Größe des Hauses für 4 Personen, wir durften schon etwas früher ins Haus

Mangelnde Hygiene vor allem in der Küche (Geschirr schmutzig, Lebensmittelreste im Abfluss und unter der Spüle .. dadurch sehr viele Obstfliegen im ganzen Erdgeschoss), phasenweise schlechtes Wifi (bei gleichzeitig kaum Mobilfunkabdeckung)

The villa is spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the sauna and the veranda. We even had some games of table tennis. The location is great - only 2 minutes to the lake and a 20 minute walk to the local shop. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop and a fairly short bus ride into Lepavaara, which is a great travel hub and shopping centre.

The villa could have done with a thorough clean. It didn't spoil our stay, but we did wash bathroom mats etc whilst we were there. And cleaned a few bits and pieces before use. The WiFi kept cutting out when we were streaming tv.

La posizione in mezzo al verde e in riva al lago, il silenzio, le dimensioni della casa, il giardino. Ben servita con i mezzi per raggiungere Helsinki.

Ci sono due bagni più una stanza con sauna, vasca e doccia. Nei bagni non c'è la doccia. Per un gruppo di 9 persone una sola doccia è poco. Pulizia da migliorare

Great spacious house, ability to make use of bikes, etc. The house in real life was way more pretty compared to the pictures.

The house is within walking distance — just 2–3 minutes — from the sea and the pier. The sunsets are beautiful. It's about a 20-minute drive to the city center. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I can say about the house and the host. We were extremely disappointed by the way we were treated, as well as by an attempt to deceive us and unjustly accuse us.

The house was cold inside, even though it was nearly +17°C outside. There is major road construction happening right in front of the house, which causes a lot of dust in the air. As previous guests have mentioned in their reviews, there is a strange, unpleasant odor inside and poor air quality overall. However, all of this could have been tolerated — if not for the host’s behavior. In all my years of traveling and booking accommodations, I have never encountered such an unpleasant situation involving clear dishonesty and an attempt at extortion. !!! IMPORTANT FOR FUTURE GUESTS: MAKE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU CHECK IN! Here is a brief description of what happened: After we checked out, we left the house in perfect condition and took out the trash. Later that evening, we realized we had forgotten a bag with personal belongings and immediately contacted the host, asking if we could come by the same day to pick it up. He replied that it wasn't possible because new guests had already checked in and told us we could return in two days instead. We agreed and came back as arranged. However, when we arrived, the host informed us that he had thrown our belongings away — despite our clear request to keep them. What’s worse, he accused us of damaging the house by allegedly breaking a glass panel. This was completely untrue: we left the house in good condition, and according to the host himself, other guests had already stayed there after us. We tried to explain that we were not responsible for any damage, but it was obvious that the host wasn’t interested in hearing us out and was simply trying to place the blame on us. Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that all future guests carefully inspect the house upon arrival and document its condition. But if you’d rather avoid unnecessary stress and enjoy your stay peacefully, it’s better to consider another accommodation option.

Everything was great. We were 7 of us, there was enough room for everyone to be together and also have privacy. Great sauna!

Spacious, quiet and had everything we needed in terms of equipment, utilities and facilities. We booked it twice so far, just perfect.

There were constructions around the house and even though they were not noisy or disturbing, it was not great to walk around with the mud and the closed paths.

We had a great stay! The place was spaceous and well furnished, with all necessary amenities that were easy to use and worked fine. It was clean, the sauna and jacuzzi were fun to use, and the area was peaceful despite there being plenty of neighbouring houses. We saw rabbits and squirrels running around, and could listen to the birds sing. There are a lot of roadworks in the area, even on the street next to the house, but we heard almosting nothing of it. The nights were peaceful and quiet. We would definitely come again!

The tap water was slightly yellowish. This is probably related to the roadworks.

The property is amazing, spacious, clean, and all the needed appliances are there. The host is responding fast to our queries. The host also provided additional services as bike, boat, and grilling equipment. Also, the property is very close to the lake and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Lot of space and nice atmosphere.

A bit dusty but else is fine

It’s a lovely place that had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including access to bikes and a boat. The hot tub and sauna were great. The host was very quick and helpful with questions.
