Was woken up several nights at party goers ask staff to get security to patrol complex more but didnt seem to. Also staffs english was minimal making requests hard

Tout était parfait, l’emplacement, la chambre (propreté, confort), le buffet petit déjeuné, les deux grandes piscines, la salle de sport et surtout le personnel. Un grand merci nous avons apprécié notre séjour du début jusqu’à la fin !

Location was perfect. Although it is right in the centre of the main street the room we had was right at the back so was very quiet

Location was great and staff was nice

The rooms are very outdated, our first room was moldy and we requested to change. Then, the shower head in the new room was so dirty. We had to request 3+ times to clean it and it was never done, only on the last day after asking again did they change the showerhead. The rest of the room is also not cleaned well. Additionally my partner made a spa appointment and we waited, then once he got there at appointment time they said “no availability”.

The location is perfect. Handy to all cafes etc and not far from the beach

Hotel impecável, os funcionários foram excelentes e super simpáticos, toda a estrutura do hotel é muito boa e o café da manha tb é excelente.

The location of the hotel is very good. It has two very nice pools with plenty of sun during the day.

The room floor kept on feeling dirty eventhough it was cleaned everyday. Also the toilet and shower had a loads of mold. The toilet was leaking all the time. The shower was really poor. The towels were really old and worn down. Also, we had a situation where our room could not be opened by our keycard. The staff came to help quickly but could not fix it. It took them over 3 hours o fix the lock of the door. We were offered a free cocktail but just wanted a soft drink which was not possible strangely. Eventhough the staff was very helpful, I do feel we should have received some sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

Très belle expérience ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal et l’hôtel est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est également adorable, très accueillant et toujours gentil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

La posizione (a chi piace stare al centro della movida ) ottima,esci e hai ristoranti,locali , supermercati,bancarelle ecc tutto a portata di mano ... La colazione è stata buonissima,mille scelte e tutte ottime! Personale gentile , disponibile ma non risolutivo ... La stanza tutto sommato era pulita ed i letti grandi e comodissimi ma al nostro arrivo in bagno e nella doccia c'erano dei capelli e mancava un asciugamano,abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception ma al nostro rientro c'era solo l'asciugamano ma il bagno non era stato pulito. La faccenda dell' asciugamano si è ripetuta il giorno dopo e alla fine ce li siamo dovuti andare a prendere da soli!! Il bagno andrebbe rivisto,la manopola della doccia si staccava appena veniva aperta l'acqua ....insomma qualità prezzo non giusta ! È stato l'albergo più caro in un mese di Indonesia e mi aspettavo qualche accortezza in più ... Ed infine non c'era l'acqua nel minibar

Struttura molto bella e pulita. Posizione molto comoda per poter passeggiare la sera e godersi un drink nei locali . Comodo anche per arrivare al mare che si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti.

All’interno della struttura ci sono due piscine che sono accessibili a partire dalle ore 06:00 della mattina. Il vero problema è che se vi sono famiglia con figli non proprio educati e fanno chiasso già dalle ore 6:00 della mattina, si rischia di non dormire. Anche noi abbiamo due bambini che però rispettano gli orari del silenzio. Abbiamo fatto presente al cosa al personale della struttura.

La colazione abbastanza varia, la piscina pulita e un buon mantenimento delle aree esterne

La struttura è piuttosto umida e, nonostante la cortesia formale del personale, il servizio ci è sembrato poco attento. Nella nostra camera c’era una perdita dal rubinetto, segnalata più volte ma mai risolta. Inoltre, in diverse occasioni sono stati dimenticati gli asciugamani da doccia. Una volta hanno dimenticato in camera il deodorante ambientale e, un’altra ancora, addirittura il passepartout. Anche la gestione degli asciugamani della piscina è risultata eccessivamente macchinosa, con interminabili spiegazioni ogni volta sulla modalità di utilizzo e restituzione. Infine, avendo il check-in piuttosto tardi, ho fatto un massaggio durante l’attesa e chiesto di addebitarlo in camera. Dopo appena dieci minuti sono venuti a cercarmi in piscina per chiedermi il pagamento immediato. Nel complesso, troppe piccole disattenzioni per un hotel dichiarato 4 stelle. Ci aspettavamo un servizio decisamente più efficiente e all’altezza della categoria.

The location that was perfect (next to the beach and the animated part by night but with absolutely no noise when you’re in the hotel). The view of our rooms was beautiful (5526/5528). The rooms were modern and with enough equipments. The 2 pools were great (one adapted to the kids). The breakfast was also a really good surprise with a lot of options from local to more western typical breakfast. And as usual in Indonesia, the staff was really kind and welcoming.

Unfortunately there is no family room so we had to book 2 rooms and, due to high season, they were not connected.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Sima ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, en plein centre-ville. On ne peut pas faire mieux pour être au cœur de la ville et pouvoir se déplacer facilement. J’ai beaucoup apprécié passer du temps dans cet hôtel. Mention spéciale également pour le personnel, d’une très grande gentillesse et toujours très accueillant. Une adresse que je recommande vivement si vous cherchez à être au centre de Kuta!

We had a room over looking the garden and pool at the back which was just gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had a fantastic time .

The bath !!! As a photograph, the bathroom in the ground-floor exec suites look wonderful. The bath looks welcoming. One issue. There's not enough HOT water to fill the bath to any kind of level to luxuriate (which is, of course, the WHOLE purpose of having a lovely big bath. So it LOOKS Great, but absolutely failed to deliver.

Excellent overall. We needed a twin room for our father-son trip. Booking's hotel integration was wrong, but they resolved it and gave us the upgraded newer tower with the twin room. and this is the nice tower. the rear tower is nice, the front low rise, i'd watch out for those older rooms. but we got the nice tower and the staff was friendly. food good. room service good. location good, right in town, but quiet in the back tower.

as i mentioned in my review, we got the back new tower and loved it. i think the older front garden style rooms are not great, but i didnt stay in those rooms.

Property is perfectly located in the heart of Kuta’s cafes and restaurants and bars, but is away from the road so no road noise in the rooms. Pools are great and everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Le point négatif: les serviettes dans les chambres et celles de la piscine sont vieilles et ont souvent des tâches ( parfois du sang) malgré qu elles soient lavées; elles sont aussi déchirées parfois

Het is wel echt in het centrum gelegen dus je kan avondeten gewoon te voet, want alle restaurants zijn op wandelafstand

De accommodatie is veel te duur voor wat het is. Voor de prijs dat wij hebben betaald is dat veel te duur in Lombok! Water bij de douche stapoelde zich op door verstopping, de kraan bij de lavabo werkte niet normaal maar eens je uw handen wou wassen stapperde dat helemaal over uw lijf en spiegel. Het zijn ook heel oude kamers, oude meubels, oude badkamer, oude wc. Voor dat geld kan je echt luxe krijgen bij een ander.

Muy bien. Alargamos después de 3 noches unas 2 noches más. Puedes alquilar motos muy fácil y te informan de buenos destinos. Tienes todos los restaurantes a pie. El desayuno buffet muy completo.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ακριβώς στο κέντρο και με ταυτόχρονη εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση στα δωμάτια! Εχει πολύ νόστιμο πρωινό με πάρα πολλές επιλογές! Οι πισίνες είναι εξαιρετικές όπως και ότι διαθέτει γυμναστήριο! Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα!

Everything was amazing! Every corner was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the interior had a calm and relaxing vibe, the bathroom was beautiful, and the view from our room overlooking the hills was absolutely stunning. The swimming pool was fantastic too. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent!

Chambre vielle et literie pas confortable

Ubicación perfecta, servicios perfecto y habitación perfecta, cama muy cómoda y muy aislado del ruido para estar en la calle principal, te alquilaban motos allí mismo y del conductor al aeropuerto también se encargaron.

Si tuviera que decir algo que le falta un cuarto de baño con ducha para la gente que se va más tarde y deja la habitación a las 12. Nos tuvimos que duchar en la ducha del gimnasio, pero fueron muy atentos todo el rato, y purismo disfrutar de todas las instalaciones hasta las 5 de la tarde
