The studio was a great size for a couple, and having a kitchenette was really handy. The guesthouse itself was very cosy and beautifully designed. We especially loved having our own outdoor table and sunbeds to relax on. The location is around a 20-25 minute walk from Lagos town and the beach, and it’s also really convenient for catching buses to places outside of Lagos. Ubers and Bolts are very affordable too, and there are supermarkets and restaurants close by. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for more of a traditional Portuguese villa-style experience. The host was also very helpful and gave us a great list of recommendations for places to visit and things to do.

WiFi wasn't great inside the room but if you go outside works a lot better Loved everything else!

Paula fue muy buena anfitriona, nos indico todo lo q necesitabamos, para cocinar, era en el jardin lo cual lo hizo ameno y diferente, habia de todo un poco, lo cual se agradece para cocinar, tiene barbacoa, microondas cafetera, y nos proporciono cosas basicas como aceite, sal, la habitacion contaba con lo necesario para estar cómodo, sin duda volvere.

Paula super prestativa, nos recebeu muito bem, deu várias dicas de restaurante, passeios, local muito bom, recomendo.

La casa es muy bonita, amplia y Paola la mantiene muy bien, todo impecable.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος, εύκολα προσβάσιμη και ασφαλής, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη κίνηση τη νύχτα. Υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος για πάρκινγκ στη γύρω περιοχή. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και κατατοπιστική. Όμορφος κήπος και κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα.

Το μπάνιο είχε επικοινωνία με την κρεβατοκάμαρα, αφού η γυψοσανίδα που τα χώριζε δεν έφτανε μέχρι την οροφή, με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει η απαραίτητη ιδιωτικότητα κατά τη χρήση του.

Lo cuidada que está la casa , es una estancia agradable , la habitación decorada con gusto y aún que compartimos baño todo correcto , Paula es muy amable fue un gusto tratar con ella .

Property was great and all facilities were very well managed and kept in order - clean etc.

Keys were a little stiff to get in property or lock it but worked for the most part

La dueña es super simpática y acogedora, era un estudio genial, la única pega es que el wifi no llegaba muy bien, pero por lo demás todo genial, muy recomendable si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas en el Algarve y si vas en coche tienes muchas zonas para aparcar

Paula, the hostess, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon check-in, she provides a helpful list of recommended restaurants and activities in the area, which is especially useful if you haven't planned your itinerary in advance. We stayed in a studio, and it was simply amazing. It was exceptionally spacious, with a large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic utensils and appliances needed to prepare your own meals. There is also a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to stock up on groceries and other essentials. Paula is always available via WhatsApp if you need anything during your stay, such as fresh towels or other assistance. We also asked if we could check out later because we had an early morning kayaking activity, and she kindly accommodated our request, which we really appreciated.

We loved everything about our stay. The only minor drawback is that the accommodation is located just outside the city center. Its about 30-min walk by foot (and some of the roads are steep). If you don't have a car, getting around is still easy with Uber. A ride to the center of Lagos usually costs around €5. We always went by Uber to/ from the centre. However, if you plan to visit attractions outside Lagos, such as Portimão, Carvoeiro, or Benagil, Uber fares can be significantly higher, typically around €25–30 each way. These destinations are approximately a 30–40-minute drive from the accommodation, so it's worth factoring transportation costs into your plans. Alternatively, you can go first by train from Lagos to Portimao and get an Uber from there, which will lower the fare to 10-15 EUR, but you would need to check the train schedule in advance as trains are limited.

Our host was very kind; she helped us with everything we needed. (transport, sun umbrella, Uber order, etc.) The house itself is very friendly, a real traditional Portuguese small villa, one in which we really felt at home immediately, the outdoor kitchen/terrace is a particularly cosy point of the house.

El alojamiento es maravilloso, Paula es una gran anfitriona estuvo muy atenta a nosotros en todo momento y nos ayudo mucho durante nuestra estancia allí. Las habitaciones están muy bien acondicionadas, no hay ruidos y tiene una excelente ubicación para todo; playas, supermercados, ocio, etc. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

It is a very clean and cozy apartment , very well equipped. Big free parking near the apartments. The host was very responsive and provided a lot of info and recommendations for our stay.

The location is in a peaceful part of town, but slightly away from the center and main activity zones. It's within walking distance though.

Gyalog megközelítheto távolságban volt a belváros és egyes strandok. A házigazda nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Nem volt ilyen. Minden elvárásomnak megfelelt.

Amabilidad en el recibimiento. Amplitud de las instalaciones. Totalmente equipado. Facilidad de parking cerca del alojamiento (Junio). Super grande a 500 metros. Buena ubicación para desplazamientos en coche.

En nuestro caso, todo perfecto. Si vas sin vehículo o sin ganas de caminar, quizá no sea tu mejor ubicación, hay una cuesta bastante pronunciada para ir al centro.

We had a 3 night stay at Haply Silva Guesthouse. The owner was very friendly and provided us a lot of information. The kitchen outside is very convenient, you have everything you need. The parking is nearby and wasn't a problem to find it. The location itself is very good also 🙂 we would return here if we arrive back.

El alojamiento fue maravilloso, la cocina está muy bien equipada (incluso especias, aceite y vinagre!) además las zonas comunes son tranquilas y muy bonitas. Paula fue encantadora con nosotros. Sin duda, repetiríamos :)

Friendly people

Everything is perfect

The room was very clean and we loved the big bathroom! There was some mix up at check so it did take some time until everything was cleared up. But the Host did her best to fix things as fast as possible. We even got to borrow two sun umbrellas from her.

The communication with Paula wasn't really good. She doesn't speak much english so we talked mostly in french. Also had some questions we asked her over whatsapp (she gave us her number at check in) but she didn't reply. Same at the check out, we texted her but didn't get an answer.

The place was very comfortable, clean and nicely kept. Very close to a supermarket and the old town/centre. Familiar feeling with the owner’s family around, very cozy :)

The only thing I wished for was a better equipped kitchen area, since I like to cook a lot while travelling. Other than that everything else was 10/10, thank you!

Paula es súper simpática y te da recomendaciones de sitios a los que ir. El baño propio era perfecto y la cama muy cómoda. Lo mejor la terraza de la habitación y el patio compartido.

Beautiful spaces for the guests. Well located, close to everything, yet it’s not in an over crowded area. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing! Everything was great from the check in to the checkout and Paula was exceptional!

Although the outdoor kitchen is great, when it’s raining you still have to go outside to cook. It’s well covered so it’s not really a problem, but it can be a downer to go outside when it’s cold and rainy

Paula is a lovely host. The studios reside on her property and are very spacious with all the basic facilities you could need for your stay. The location is great for a quiet nights rest, and the place is lovely.

La localisation… Bon accueil de Paola MAIS les murs sont très très fins. Nous avons réservés deux nuits et très mal dormi car nous entendions nos voisines qui ne faisait pourtant pas bcp de bruit… mais les murs sont tellement fins que nous entendions les voix, le haut parleur du téléphone, la télé … c’était écrit dans les commentaires donc la propriétaire le sait et devrait prévenir les locataires qu’à partir d’une certaine heure le silence est requis… ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Dommage pour nous vu le prix..

Een perfect verblijf! Rustige locatie, makkelijk te voet naar old town op 15 minuten. Indien je niet wilt wandelen zijn er ubers voor 2-3 euro. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Paula was een uitstekende gastvrouw. We waren erg op ons gemak. De studio was ook ruim genoeg, alles dat aanwezig moest zijn was aanwezig.

Er viel NIETS tegen. Alles was perfect!

it's a bit of a walk into the old town but I found a shortcut and took about 10-15 minutes walk to the edge of the old town in Lagos

A pousada fica perto de tudo, pode fazer tudo andando, tem mercados perto, a praia fica perto tbm. O quarto estava bem limpo, A Paula foi maravilhosa conosco, amamos nossa estadia, em breve voltaremos.

Le logement était parfaitement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans hésitation !

Tanto la habitación como las distintas prestaciones de la casa ( jardín con mesas, cocina, barbacoa, microondas, café, galletas...) excelente. Está cerca de supermercado, fácil de aparcar el coche. Y la señora Paula muy agradable. Una estancia muy satisfactoria.

Perfect find for our little getaway. Lovely room with balcony perfect for breakfast in the morning. Perfect location about a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of old town, lovely and quiet location. Loved it so much we were lucky enough to be able to stay an extra night. Perfect communal outside area, they have thought of everything. Thank you again for a perfect stay. Will 100% recommend and return some point in the future.

Un’oasi di pace gestita egregiamente da Paula, una struttura appena fuori dalle mura di Lagos che permette velocemente di raggiungere sia le spiagge che il centro. La camera era perfettamente pulita, grande e confortevole. Una struttura assolutamente da consigliare a Lagos.

Paula es una señora muy amable que nos hizo la estancia muy agradable, nos recomendó algún restaurante y fuimos a uno que fue todo un acierto. El estudio es muy amplio y muy cómodo. Hay un aparcamiento público en la calle que está casi enfrente de la casa.

Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben nicht ganz zentral, doch ist man in ca. 20min im Zentrum und am Strand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Bett bequem und das Bad geräumig. Hier lässt es sich gut übernachten und sein!

Die Einrichtung in der Küche war sehr spartanisch, fr einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet. Die Treppe zur Aussenküche war völlig unbeleuchtet. Ebenso kein Licht bei der Küchenzeile.

Limpieza

Very nice room and in a good location. The owner is really kind and she gave us lots of helpful tips on where to eat, where to go to the beach etc. We had a lovely stay.

Es war toll, dass wir unseren eigenen kleinen Eingang ins Studio hatte, obwohl ja noch weitere Gäste im Haus waren. Silvia war sehr freundlich und gab uns noch hilfreiche Tipps für Lagos. Auch dass die Unterkunft eine Klimaanlage hatte, schätzten wir sehr.

Die Lage ist eher distanziert vom Zentrum, trotzdem konnten wir noch gut zu fuss aus hin und her.

Very friendly and helpful lady who lives there, and overall cozy atmosphere. Easy walking distance to the city center and beaches. Parking lots available on the other side of the street.

Unfortunately there is a construction across the street which starts in the morning, but other than that we didn't have anything to complain :)

Zeer nette prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Schone kamer. Paula ontvangt je hartelijk. Spreekt engels. Ze geeft je zelfs tips mee in welke restaurants je kan nog Portugees kan eten en wat je in de omgeving kan doen. Met 20-25 min wandelen ben je in het centrum of op het strand.

Persönliche Behandlung durch Vermieterin Paula, die im Haus wohnt. Selbstversorgung in einer gemeinsamen Außenküche im Garten ist möglich. Kaffee, Tee , Gewürze und auch ein Wäscheständer stehen zur Verfügung. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Preis - Leistung Super.

Hard krakend bed, rammelend koelkastje en signaal zoekende (knetter) tv, geluidsgevoelig gebouw. Zeer ruime en nette badkamer maar een krappe douche.

A menos de 5 minutos en coche del centro y sin problemas de aparcamiento alrededor de casa. Zona muy tranquila. El apartamento que cogimos era bastante amplio y completo. La dueña muy simpática. Es una ciudad pequeña donde todo está cerca. Perfecto si dispones de coche para moverte.

Posizione ottima. Paola super cordiale e disponile nel dare indicazioni sul dove andare a cena e cosa visitare.
