Fantastic location with extremely helpful staff. Mohamed came to fetch us from the taxi dropoff and even pulled our suitcases. They also arranged a taxi to our next destination at a good rate and helped with the suitcases again ! Delicious dinner and breakfast on the roof terrace were magic. The Riad is very clean and recently renovated to a high standard. I highly recommend it

The stairs as in any riad are a challenge if you have mobility problems. We are in our 70´s and managed as there are bannisters. !

Everything was perfect ,tthe hotel is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and perfectly located in Chefchaouen. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. A special thank you to Marouan 💙for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to the lovely girls who prepared and served breakfast with so much kindness,, the breakfast was delicious and enjoying it on the rooftop with its breathtaking view of Chefchaouen made it even more special and the rooftop itself is simply amazing 😍

The only negative thing I can say is having to leave! 😄 I will definitely come back inch'Allah without a doubt, and hiiiiiiighly recommend Dar Kisania to anyone visiting Chefchaouen 💙

Zentrale Lage für die Hotspots. Aber nur zu Fuß erreichbar, da es in der Altstadt ist. Man muss viele Treppen steigen. Kann man mit Navigation finden. Aber man braucht Geduld . Wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, bekommt man eine Wegbeschreibung per Maplink für ein kl. Parkhaus was aber ok ist. Kostet ca.110 MDH für 1 Tag/Nacht. Schlau wäre es auch, dass man sich für diese 1od.2 Nächte eine Tasche packt, damit man den Koffer nicht mit rauf schleppen muss. Denn das wäre Sau anstrengend. Aber man kann sich auch abholen lassen. Was das kostet weiß ich nicht. Wir sind gelaufen . Ca.15 min. Wir waren 1 Tag /Nacht da. Und reichte auch für uns. Es ist echt schön da und man braucht viel Speicherplatz für Fotos und ein volles Akku für die Navigation in der Stadt.

Situé au coeur de la médina, nous avons tout fait à pieds, l'hôtel est idéalement situé. L'équipe sur place est aux petits soins, d'une discrétion absolue et prêts à aider, renseigner, rendre service : top. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et copieux. La chambre dispose d'une clim indispensable en été et en septembre durant notre séjour.

Pas grand chose à signaler surtout pour un tel rapport qualité/Prix. Pour nous la literie était un peu dure si on doit dire quelque chose. L'Hotel est calme mais vous n'échapperez pas aux appels à la prière...dès l'aurore. Ca fait partie du package, donc on prend !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera era, confortevole e dotata nuovamente di tutto il necessario Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Soprattutto il Manager Marouane un dolce ragazzo La posizione dell’albergo è ottima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi della Medina La colazione era ricca e di buona qualità, con prodotti freschi e gustosi. È stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole e sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo!

Best location in a quieter square in Chefchaouen with the most beautiful views of the city from the rooftop. Delicious breakfast spread served on the rooftop (best breakfast I had in Morocco). Very sweet and helpful staff. Room was well equipped, even with a coffee machine.

The single room was very small (9 sqm as described) and best suited to someone with hardly any luggage. I would choose a bigger room if I return.

Location! Easy to find and close to one of the main gates. The rooftop terrace is magic for breakfast and relaxing. The staff were helpful.

Een fantastische ervaring bij KISANIA! Vanaf het moment van aankomst werden we ontzettend vriendelijk en professioneel ontvangen. Alles was netjes geregeld en de service was echt uitstekend. Een speciale dank aan receptionist Mohammed. Hij was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. Mohammed gaf ons meteen een warm welkom en stond altijd klaar om te helpen met een glimlach. Zijn gastvrijheid en aandacht voor de gasten maakten onze ervaring extra bijzonder. Dankzij de geweldige service van het hele team, en in het bijzonder Mohammed, hebben we ons echt welkom en gewaardeerd gevoeld. Absoluut een aanrader en we komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Locatie van deze Dar op een prachtig pleintje in de midden van de oude stad van Chefchaouen was geweldig! Het uitzicht van onze kamer en van het dakteras, waar een prima ontbijt geserveerd wordt, is spectaculaire! Een breed assortiment van winkeltjes en restaurants liggen in de directe omgeving. Het personeel is in alle opzichten super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echt, overgetelijke ervaring!

Diese Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Medina. Daher wurde uns das Parking Jour et Nuit empfohlen, welches ca 10min entfernt liegt (kostet 60 MAD pro Nacht). Wir haben mit dem Hotel vorher geschrieben und sie haben jemanden zum Parking geschickt, der uns sehr hilfsbereit mit den Koffern geholfen hat. Der Weg ist bereits super schön durch die blaue Stadt. Die Unterkunft liegt im Stadtkern an einem wunderschönen Platz! Das Zimmer selbst ist etwas klein, doch der Blick Richtung Stadt mit Bergen im Hintergrund war traumhaft, besonders von der Terrasse! Die Herzlichkeit des Personals, das wunderbare Frühstück auf der Terrasse und die Hilfsbereitschaft war einmalig, sehr zu empfehlen!

Einzig man muss sich bewusst sein, dass bis ca. 23/24 Uhr reges Treiben draussen herrscht und man direkt neben einer Moschee nächtigt, so kann einen den Muezzin um 5.30 Uhr wecken... Daher nicht ganz so ruhig.

Beautiful building and room. Very friendly staff. They decorated the entire room with rose leaves, heart-shaped balloons, candles and towels shaped like swans for our honeymoon, which is so sweet. The breakfast on the rooftop is just gorgeous: both the food and the view.

The only thing that I could come up with that’s ‘bad’ (read: only thing that bothered me in the slightest) is that the room itself is smaller than average…

Lo mejor el personal, muy atentos y amables. Dispuestos a ayudar. La atención fue excelente. El desayuno de 10, con vistas desde la terraza. La ubicación perfecta para no ir cargado con maletas por las cuestas y escaleras.

La experiencia fue de 10. Lo que me llevo para siempre es la amabilidad de los trabajadores, Marwan y Mohammad, y de las cocineras, que no pudieron ofrecer mejor desayuno. Gracias por todo.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Apesar de não dominarem o inglês, excelente comunicação. Alojamento muito pitoresco, tanto no interior como no exterior. Pequeno almoço típico muito bom. Não é buffet, mas todos os dias servem alguma coisa diferente. Bem localizado, mesmo dentro da Medina. Quanto confortável e bem equipado. Limpeza excelente!

Por estar localizado numa praça, ouve-se algum barulho à noite, do movimento das pessoas na rua. Tem um altifalante da mesquita, utilizado para as 5 orações diárias, localizado mesmo ao lado do alojamento que é audível nos quartos e acaba por perturbar um pouco o descanso. São apenas três pisos, mas sem elevador.

The property was beautiful, clean and very charming. The location was perfect for exploring Chefchaouen, and the staff were very welcoming, nice and helpful.. The breakfast was absolutely good and very generous, and the view from the terrace was simply stunning.

A place that we will truly remember. ❤️ From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome and almost like we were at home. Everyone was so warm, attentive and helpful, taking care of everything and helping us with anything we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast was prepared with so much love every morning, and you could really feel how much heart they put into everything. What touched us the most was the morning of our departure. We had to leave very early and didn’t expect to have breakfast at all. When we were about to leave, they surprised us with a breakfast they had prepared for us to take on our journey. They had even gotten up earlier especially for us, without us ever asking. This beautiful gesture says everything about the incredible hospitality here. 🥹 We are truly grateful for such a wonderful stay. It’s people like this who make a trip unforgettable. If we ever come back to Chefchaouen, we would stay here again without hesitation. We couldn’t recommend this place enough! ❤️

Abbiamo trascorso una notte nella Dar Kisania, e quello che ci ha colpito oltre alla bellezza e alla pulizia dell’alloggio è stata l’ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale che si è preso cura di noi con grande attenzione per tutto il tempo. La mattina dopo partivamo molto presto, all’alba, e siamo stati accompagnati a piedi fino alla fermata del taxi, ci hanno preparato due box con la colazione da portare via, e durante tutto il soggiorno sono stati disponibili oltre ogni aspettativa facendoci sentire a casa!

丘の上の方でとても見晴らしがよく、とても清潔。 また、ルーフトップでの朝食は最高。　朝食の内容もとても豊富で美味しく、飲み物だけでもオレンジ、カフェ・オ・レ、ミントティー、ミネラルウォータなどが同時に給仕され、テーブルもお腹もパンパンになる。 山頂の広場までも近くお土産を買うのにも超便利。

J’ai réservé une chambre pour ma fille de 10 ans, mon conjoint et moi et le lit supplémentaire n’était pas adapté pour l’âge de ma fille. C’était un sofa-lit pour un enfant de 4-5 ans maximum. On a finalement dû coller les deux lits simples et dormir tous les trois avec la craque au milieu- une nuit très inconfortable. Pour le prix, je m’attendais à mieux.

Dar Kisania probeert binnen een traditioneel pand duidelijk wat meer luxe en comfort te bieden. De inrichting is verzorgd en de badkamer is modern. Ook is het prettig dat er een Marokkaans ontbijt wordt geserveerd en heeft het verblijf door zijn kleinschaligheid een authentieke sfeer.

Alles is erg compact: geen lift, een smalle trappenhal en een kamer waarin bed, kastjes en overige inrichting maar net passen. Wat minder meubilair zou naar mijn mening juist meer rust en comfort geven. In de moderne badkamer hing helaas regelmatig een onaangename geur, mogelijk afkomstig uit de afvoer. Het ontbijt bestaat relatief veel uit zoete producten; wat meer ei, boter, volkoren brood en goede drankopties zou het evenwichtiger maken. Ook vond ik het ongemakkelijk dat de host regelmatig met jonge buurtgenoten direct bij de ingang aanwezig was, waardoor het in- en uitgaan als gast nogal bekeken voelde. Voor wie veel waarde hecht aan privacy en rust is dat een aandachtspunt.

Purtroppo la bellissima posizione all’interno della Medina crea problemi nel trasporto dei bagagli dal parcheggio ma la persona che era alla reception ha fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarci

Loved my stay at Dar Kisania. The room was beautiful with great views over the square and additional room facilities like bar fridge (rare in Morocco). The manager was super helpful collecting me from outside of the Medina and helping with my luggage on the departure too and getting a taxi. I really appreciate his help. The breakfast was the best I had in Morocco, they changed the egg option each day (I stayed 3 nights) very substantial you won't need lunch! The rooftop has the best views over Chef. I highly recommend with riad for your stay in Chefchaouen

Todo me pareció excepcional, empezando por el personal que es maravilloso, siempre dispuesto a ayudar para que te sientas como en casa. El desayuno es increíble, te lo preparan con muchísimo mimo al momento y es muy rico y variado, todo muy sabroso y natural. La habitación es preciosa y muy confortable. Recomiendo a todo aquel que vaya a visitar este precioso lugar que se aloje en Dar Kisania. Nos llevamos un hermoso recuerdo para siempre.

Lasciate la macchina al parcheggio sotterraneo dell'hotel madrid (70dhm giorno e 1 notte),camminate 5/10min a piedi per il dedalo di vicoli d chefchauen fino ad arrivare a una deliziosa piazzetta con l'acqua potabile della montagna ed entrate in questo hotel,gestito da un giovane e molto disponibile ragazzo. L'hotel dentro é nuovo è ristrutturato, le camere non sono grandissime ma per una/due notti sono perfette. Bagno grande nuovo e pulito. La colazione è molto abbondante e preparata al moemnto davanti ai nostri occhi.

屋上からの景色がとても良かった。朝食もお願いすれば屋上まで持って来てくれるサービスも非常に良かった。 お部屋もとても清潔感があり、快適だった。シャワールーム/洗面所も広く、過ごしやすかった。 スタッフの方はみなさんとても気さくで接しやすく、笑顔で対応してくださり、滞在中困ることが全く無かった。

Dar Kisania coche absolument toutes les cases pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique médina. Emplacement idéal, superbe vue de la terrasse, établissement d'une grande propreté, équipements de qualité et décoration parfaitement en accord avec son environnement. Difficile de trouver mieux à ce tarif. De plus le petit-déjeuner est sublime avec essentiellement des produits locaux. La très grande gentillesse du personnel clôture la marche. BRAVO!!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce petit hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la propreté, le confort et l’atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne l’impression d’être comme à la maison. Le véritable coup de cœur a été le personnel et le petit-déjeuner : généreux, varié, composé de produits frais et préparé avec beaucoup de soin. C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs petits-déjeuners que nous ayons dégustés. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
