The unit is clean and spacious. Essentials like towel, tissues, linens, etc ..are clean and well provided. Complete appliances/ furnishes

There was a misunderstanding in my booking, I booked for 3 guests and charged correspondingly but upon confirmation of my booking it was only for 2 guests. That was a last minute booking, we traveled all the way from Bicol to attend the wake and interment of a closed relative. It was an unplanned travel of course, that's why last minute booking and I accompanied 2 seniors, However, the tenant was very strict not to allow us to enter the premises with the 3rd guest, After long arguments over the chat, the tenant allowed us to be given permit to enter the premises but upon arrival, a staff of the tenant was waiting in the lobby, giving us the Gcash QR code to pay for the 3rd guest. In short, the tenant is not accommodating, no empathy for our situation despite long explanation of how I booked the place in this app., the tenant remained in her conviction she'll follow the confirmation which stated 2 guests but wherein fact I paid for 3 guests. I paid for the 3rd guest so we could enter the place as it was near midnight, the seniors needed to rest after long travel and the stress of seeing your relative in the coffin. I don't know if it's the lapses of booking.com app or the agreements between the booking app and the tenant. It was a traumatic experience for our family

> The security was 24/7 and it wasn't very expensive. > The host was really helpful all the way from booking to check in with items to take note of and very easy to follow. > The property was very clean to start with. > THERE WAS AVAILABLE DRINKING WATER WITH A HOT/COLD DISPENSER INSIDE THE ACCOMODATION (I intentionally wrote this in capital letters since not all accommodations have this one or if they have it is very limited) > There were 2 children's beds ( a double deck one) and another bed good for two (total of 4 people can comfortably stay in there. > Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo, dish washing liquid was also there ready to be used > The place was very accessible > It comes with a washing machine (if you decide to wash), a microwave, a mini heat induction stove, a ref, a TV (which is actually connected to netflix and others which isnt just for show, its actually accessible) > If you decide to order food, it's very convenient for GRAB but you have to notify the delivery guy your unit number since the guard will be asking for this before they can actually go in the front entrance of Bloom Residences (which is 100% great!) In each floor, there was actually a GARBAGE ROOM where you can throw your trash to prevent the room smelling and it was accessible also, no hassle.

It was very clean and nice. They also have drinking water available, not all condos provide that. Everything you need in a place is there.

The location is a bit far from the center but we didn't really need to go anywhere.

location is very secure . condo staff is friendly and accomodating .

No designated smoking area close to the condo itself . a long and slippery when wet walk to the main entrance gate for smokers .

condo itself needs to have smoking area , close to the condo itself . Smoking area is by the security gate , quite a walk from the condo but doable unless it’s raining and the ground is wet , might be slippery .

Very clean secure location and easy commute by grab from airport . The best part was the kindness and helpfulness of Kathleen and her assistant They offered to keep our luggage for us free of charge for4 nights while we took a mountain tour and offered advice during typhoon . Thanks again Cathleen we will be back

The place was immaculate clean it even had washer and dryer( a big plus) building is very secure and the best part was the hostess Cathleen she was so helpful and kind , communication was so fast and helpful . Thank you Cathleen and Fely we will be back
