Very weak WiFi. It goes off & on. Floor Not so clean. Hot in the alley & elevator, no aircon at all. Dark in the alley. No bread at breakfast.

Rude staff about payment and made customer stand in reception while he had food in the room. Because they waited payment which was already guaranteed with credit card. Rude service.

Sheets were stained. Cockroaches were rampant. One afternoon they were draining the tank and I had no access to shower

bed was a little bigger at least size for big size men and wifi needs to be improved bigtime and the sockets there should be at least at the bedside

The tap stinks of septic tank. But after a while of just letting the water flows, it goes away.
