Ceylon Serenity Villas

A very large and comfortable house, located close to the beach, with a beautiful garden and a very well-equipped kitchen. The spaces are spacious and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home. The bathroom is large and comfortable, with hot water always available — a detail we really appreciated. The owners are wonderful people, very attentive and always ready to help. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, even paying for our taxi to the station. They also allowed us to invite some friends for dinner, and we spent lovely moments together. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. A really pleasant stay that we highly recommend.

Great location especially if you want to find Halal food and mosque near by .Beach few yards away . Villa is just off main road . very spacious Ac in all 4 bedrooms . Owner provided mineral water and all utensils for daily use . very helpful guided us finding places to visit locally and places for food . Very friendly and very good communucation.

Наше пребывание на вилле у Lasith превзошло все ожидания! Вилла невероятно комфортная: в каждой комнате есть отдельный душ и туалет, а также кондиционер, что делает отдых максимально удобным. Всё очень чисто, аккуратно, красиво и продумано до мелочей. Вся мебель качественная, новая и очень удобная — чувствуется высокий уровень и искренняя забота о гостях. Отдельно хочется отметить кухню, где есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, и прекрасный ухоженный сад. За время нашего пребывания мы видели там варанов и красивых птиц. Уже в первый день нашего пребывания Lasith пригласил нас на масштабный городской праздник. Мы увидели слонов, большое количество танцев и яркое местное представление — остались в полном восторге! Огромное спасибо за такое внимание и возможность познакомиться с культурой и атмосферой города. Но самое главное — это хозяин виллы, Lasith. Честно, мы никогда в жизни не встречали настолько внимательного, доброго и отзывчивого человека, готового помочь в любой ситуации. Он решал все наши вопросы, возил нас по магазинам, помогал покупать морепродукты, фрукты и овощи по выгодным ценам, подсказывал интересные места к посещению и заведения, а также выгодно обменять валюту. Во время поездки у нас случилась неприятная ситуация — мы забыли важную игрушку ребенка в другом отеле. Lasith сам организовал доставку и передал нам ее, за что мы ему безмерно благодарны. Мы искренне благодарны Lasith за такой тёплый приём, заботу и человеческое отношение. Очень хотим вернуться сюда снова, и уже сейчас очень скучаем по Lasith и этому прекрасному месту. Рекомендуем эту виллу от всей души — это идеальное жильё и идеальный хозяин!

Минусов не было

Отличная уединенная вилла, состоящая из 4 спален, каждая с отдельным санузлом, большой гостиной и кухней со столовой. Соотношение "цена-качество" выше всяких похвал. В 10 минутах ходьбы отличный пляж, большой, широкий, без толп. Отдельная жемчужина всего этого - заботливый хозяин Lasith, который помогает буквально во всём, о чем даже просто упомянешь. Отвез нас на рыбный и фруктовый рынок, в магазин, помог разменять валюту по выгодному курсу, организовал сафари по реке в удобное для нас время, организовал междугороднее такси на 5 человек через Uber (не по туристической цене!) - в общем, опекал нас очень тепло, но совершенно не навязчиво. Есть смысл останавливаться здесь сразу на несколько недель. У нас было всего 4 дня, с удовольствием остались бы ещё.

Не на что пожаловаться

Это потрясающая просторная вилла. Здесь тихо по сравнению с другими виллами. На каждую спальню свой туалет это удобно. Всё в рабочем состоянии. Очень чисто. Наличие стиральной машины👍Хозяин со своим гостеприимством и помощью это отдельная благодать. Моя искренняя благодарность. К сожалению на все даты не смогла снять, так у них уже было занято. Виллу такого же уровня и по такой же цене найти не смогла(

Die Wohnung ist toll, gross und komfortabel. Was den Aufenthalt speziell macht, ist Lasith, ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns bei allen Fragen und Bitten weitergeholfen hat. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La maison est très belle, propre et spacieuse ́le jardin et les extérieurs sont très agréables! Nous étions là avec nos 3 enfants et nous avons apprécié pouvoir aller a la plage à pied ! Proche de toutes commodités ! L hôtes est très disponible, il nous a aidé pour que notre sejour soit super, et nous a proposé des très bonnes adresses ! Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrai !

Отличный вариант для долгого проживания. Хозяева - замечательные люди! Нас очень гостеприимно встретили, хозяин помог выгодно обменять валюту, организовал нам очень интересное сафари. Вилла очень чистая, очень приятно было жить. Расположение очень удобное: недалеко пляж (в пляжном кафе очень вкусно готовят), само место очень тихое. Спасибо большое хозяевам за гостеприимство!

Понравилось: близость к морю, хороший пляж рядом, тихое и уединенное место, отдельные спальные комнаты, отдельный санузел и кондиционер в каждой спальне, собственная кухня (холодильник, стиральная машина, посуда), помощь хозяина виллы во всех вопросах, близость к остановке общественного транспорта.

Все проблемы и вопросы решались максимально быстро при участии хозяина.

Прекрасный большой дом-вилла , очень просторная ) мы жили втроем на весь дом , 4 спальни ( в каждой спальне свой санузел с душем и главное в каждом есть водонагреватель) огромный зал-гостиная с потолками по 5 метров Очень уютное место Есть все необходимое, столовые приборы, стиральная машина, кулер-с питьевой водой, вся кухонная утварь, два холодильника, постельное белье и т.д) Проблем не возникало, перебоев с электричеством и водой нет!)всегда все отлично работало! Очень внимательный хозяин Ласис , был с нами на связи, встретил нас в 4 утра и сразу заселил, хотя мы должны были приехать только днем) Помогал во всем! Возил нас в продуктовые магазины и храмы ( бесплатно) советовал пляжи рестораны и кафе) От всего сердца рекомендуем🤍 если еще вернемся в этот район Шри-ланки, то обязательно только сюда На Шри-Ланке мы в третий раз Только самые добрые и приятные впечатления остались от прибывания Рядом пляжи бентота и берувелла В берувелле есть хорошее место для купания с детьми ( там в море камни и из-за этого нет волны) от вилы пешком до этого места 15 минут) Само море в 7-10 минут ходьбы

Der freundlichste Gastgeber den wir in Sri Lanka kennenlernen durfte, sehr hilfsbereit und keinesfalls aufdringlich. Er stellte uns ohne einen Aufpreis zu verlangen ein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung. Zudem waren keine weiteren Gäste anwesend und wir bekamen das ganze Anwesen mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Außenbereich für uns alleine. Unfassbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder! Danke!

Charming villa with four rooms and beautiful green garden. We had our own food with the kitchen and enjoyed the stay. Beach is walkable and we had beach time also . Recommended for quiet stay with family or friends .

Nearby restaurants and big supermarkets like keells and Cargill's walking distance, owner and his family gives us a warm welcome and offer juices, very humble and kind people. We feel like staying our own home, all necessity available in the house. I stayed with 4 children. The house around beautiful lush green garden maintained by the owner. We will recommend other families who travel with children or without and have a wonderful experience. Thanks to the owner and his family for having us in their beautiful and big house.

This was extremly pleasant experiance, espacialy thanks to Lasith And his exceptional helpfullnes. The vila Is newly build, Very spacious. We have spent here 3 nights with my wife And 3 kids And can not recommend IT enough.

More pots in the kitchen, maybe salt And spare toilet paper.

This property is exceptional, but better than the property are the host and his wife. It is a 7 min walk to a beautiful clean beach. 3 - 5 mins by tuk tuk to the city centre and various ayurveda centres, money exchange, pier88 (fantastic restaurant on the river). A tuk tuk to the city centre and back is approx 300 slr. You can stop by at keels for your groceries. Turtle hatcheries, water sports at some of the. Upmarket resorts, river safaries are all with a 10 min ride. You must stay at this property. Everything was better than i expected.

It was one of the best place i ever stay. The Villa big and comfortable, and with amazing designe, very fast WiFi, we worked remotely so was great to connect to business calls, also we had a business room😻. Moragalla beach very close just 5 min by walking and secret beach as well very near. The host the best person i ever meet, his hospitality and kindness are blessing. He helped us with all issues, like our best friend. It was great welcome and great check out. I exactly recommend this place. And i would like to turn again one day.

It was an absolutely great week at Ceylon Serenity Villa with owner Lasith. Apartments look like a palace 😍 It was equipped with all necessary things for life. We had a good internet connection and working remotely, we cooked breakfast and ate it in the garden, it was a lovely time 😊 Owner Lasith opened for us unexpectedly welcoming Sri Lanka, he surrounded us with care and attention. Lasith is very hospitable, attentive, kind and polite. He met us at the Airport and after that every day helped us with shipping at supermarkets, dropped us to the restaurant, and exchanged money for us. And one day he organised a trip to Pinawalla and Nuwara Elia tea plantation by his comfortable car. It was unbelievable journey! Lasith decided all our questions. At the end of our journey in Bentota he took us to the train station. He is our Angel keeper in Sri Lanka 🥰 Thank you for your hospitality, cordiality, care and gifts! We will glad to see you in Moscow 🤗

The hosts were wonderful. Lasith was at hand with local recommendations and his wife jamila cooked us a fantastic breakfast. The villa itself is walking distance to the beach. It is large and wealth appointed and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location, very safe with locked gates and EVERYTHING you need during your stay… I mean literally everything, just like a home from home. Two bedrooms and both have very comfortable beds, with en suite washrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook for yourself and there are many options for supermarkets just a short tuktuk ride away.

Nothing to dislike.

I stayed here for slightly over two weeks and was very happy with my stay. The hosts were super friendly and polite, and the house itself is newly-built and in perfect condition. It seems bigger than in the pictures! The kitchen has all you need for cooking, there's a washing machine, air con and it is walking distance to the beach. The place seems very secure and in a relaxed area. I work online so a strong internet connection is important for me - the internet was very fast and reliable. There is also a brand new 65 inch smart TV that I used for Netflix! I'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

As per my previous review (this is for my second booking), the house is newly-built and in perfect condition. The location is excellent, the WIFI is strong and reliable (I work online so this is important), there's a completely brand new 65" smart TV (I was the first to use it!), it has a kitchen with everything you need, also a good washing machine. The garden is really nice and the property is secure - even the neighbours are friendly! The hosts are super kind and responsive, I was also very kindly given a lift to the train station on the day I left. Absolutely recommend and would love to return some day.

The hosts are very nice and did whatever possible to make our stay pleasant. The house is nice with a welcoming yard.

One if the bathrooms had missing hot water. The water was not very cold though.

New well-equipped villa with the great high speed Wi-Fi so you can work remotely. The location is also awesome, beach is just in 10 minutes walking distance. We have 3 separate rooms, dining area, kitchen and cool living room so there is a lot of space. We use one of the room as a working cabinet because it has comfortable table and chair. The area near the house is also very cozy and secure.

very nice and pleasant house. Everything is very clean and all the furniture is new, everything is as in the photo. Lasith and Shamila are attentive and kind people, they quickly resolved all our questions, they were always in touch. Good internet, there is even an office. There are no insects in the house. The ocean is only 8 minutes walk. I can definitely recommend this house. We had a great time in it.
