The food was absolutely delicious and deserves a special mention! 🍽️✨ What truly touched me was the exceptional hospitality and understanding of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and they were kind enough to extend my checkout time, which was incredibly thoughtful and made a big difference. I like how clean the property is, how it feels like a safe spot almost like a cocoon after being outside in such a chaotic city as Delhi. Friendly stuff and very helpful

Breakfast was not the strongest points, it was not bad but very unusual for my European stomach for sure.

너무 깨끗하고 지내기에 너무 좋았어요. 3박을 했고 친구가 한국에서 와서 새로운 방을 1박 추가했는데 아주 만족합니다. 수화물을 맡겨두고 지방여행을 다니고 있는중입니다. 바라나시 아그라 자이푸르 다시 델리로~~~ 그리고 다시 이호텔로 가서 몇일 더 머물겁니다. 호텔 시스템 그리고 일하시는 스태프들 다 친절하고 좋았어요 강추합니다.

Focus on the small stuff before going grand. The room was high tech electric curtains etc but the basics are missing - cutlery, hob, cooking utensils, washing up liquid, bare wires hanging from wall

Locked in at night which was a fire risk. The bed was too short, only to our shins, description on Booking.com did not match reality - no terrace/sound proofing…Kitchenette had saucepan but nothing to use it on except microwave!! Toiletry holders rusty. Had to buy toilet rolls. Stains on chaise long, bedding had stains, towels were grubby. Blinds did not block out light. Broken drawer. Bad smell from sinks. Breakfast was awful - dirty tables, not enough tables, cockroaches on serving table. Hotel has multiple names making it hard to return in taxi. Housekeeping requested but did not attend. Staff tended to ignore us.

Huge space to stay in with kitchenette, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Very quiet and private. Good staff and good breakfast.

Durectly above the bedroom, building work was going on until 1:00am in the morning. That was bit of a let down. Otherwise fine.

Wonderful ladt manager Riaa, so warm, professional and welcoming. Good sized room with modern fitting and modest breakfast included.

Need some investment in bathroom area and choice of toileteries as all a little old and not good smell. Bring your own :-)

Nice place with a pleasant atmosphere. The excursion offered with the stay is a great bonus and adds to the overall experience. The food is tasty and well presented. Overall, a very good experience.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, there a nice restaurant with good food and they can bring food to your room. Gym was also nice but needs finishing.

Breakfast was good, good value for money. We stayed for visa appointment. There was an airport shuttle arranged to fetch us to the hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodated our requests. Appreciate the help!

This property is comfortable and incredible value for money. With the lovely Riaa at reception and polite staff it feels a little bit exclusive compared to main hotel

Do not stay here. They advertise as this hotel and then gave us a hotel next to it. Bad smell, dirty rooms. Obviously we moved to another hotel and lost the money

The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and well set up. Breakfast was a buffet and was ok. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Room service meals were great, the area around the hotel was not safe at night, nor probably during the day, and other than MacDonalds there didn’t seem to be anywhere to get a meal so having good food delivered to our room was wonderful.

The location was not safe to walk around. The room had mothballs in the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink which made the whole apartment stink and the ‘smart lights’ were annoying… the bathroom lights would all automatically turn on when you entered, ok during the day, but eye blasting in the middle of the night! You couldn’t turn them off as any motion would reactivate them… also the ‘reading’ setting on the bedroom lights just left on down lights directly over the bed head, another eye blasting feature, some soft bedside lights and a gentle bathroom night light would be a great improvement.

Superb location with friendly staff and they managed to get me an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Good size room with excellent shower.

Kitchen is a little small but functional and lots of restaurants nearby to eat out. Sometimes breakfast was a little crowded with limited tables.

Feeling like home and more! The room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. Fantastic service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the best tour in New Delhi. Mr. Pinto ji at the travel service desk will help you to have the best experience. I had the best time with the amazing driver Mr. Sumit ji. He helped me so much at the temples and in the market. Ask for him if you would like a tour. Especially for English speaking tourists.

It was very very cramped, small space.

We had booked an apartment with a kitchen, and it was absolutely good and comfortable. A special thanks to Riya at the reception—she upgraded our room free of cost, which was a really kind gesture and made our stay even better.However, the other receptionist seemed a bit confused all time. Also, the restaurant manager needs some improvement in service. Overall, it was a good stay and we appreciate the effort.

Kitchen is not equipped. Small restaurant for the entire hotel to have breakfast. Suite is very small, there is a visual mismatch for the room size wise.

It was very central. Lots of electrical aids.

The room was very small. The bed was so short my feet stuck out the bottom, I'm 5ft 3". To get round the bed you have to walk sideways. It's basically a small room converted into a flat. I didn't feel safe as it was up a dark alley and people outside continuously bother you. The breakfast was terrible, only toast and a banana I could eat. It had a lot of Indian food so it may be better if you are not from UK. We only stayed one night as it was not for us Also no balcony. Window looks out on wall.

The space was smaller than we expected. There was ongoing construction in the building, which caused disturbance, and the entrance area was often dusty. We experienced several plumbing issues during our stay. The toilet of 1 room stopped flushing, and the shower constantly ran only hot water. We had to call the staff multiple times, but unfortunately, the toilet issue was not resolved before we checked out. They provided an additional room to use the toilet on the last day. The airport pickup vehicle was also too small for three people with luggage, so we had to squeeze in and place one suitcase in the front seat, making the ride uncomfortable. Additionally, we had an early morning tour to Agra, and the receptionist informed us that a small breakfast would be arranged. However, this was not communicated to the restaurant staff, which led to confusion and an unpleasant interaction, as the restaurant staff were rude during the situation.

Номер был в 2 раза меньше заявленного. Кровать для роста 165 и меньше, если вы выше будет коротка. Когда выходишь из отеля, попадаешь на стройку. Утром во время завтрака часто даже негде сесть, много людей.

1. Pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. 2. Bathroom has suffocating stink of cigarettes. 3. Pillows were too thick and pillow covers were unclean. I would enjoy booking it again if cigrette smoke from vents, exhaust and AC is taken care of. Indoor smoking should be discouraged and smoke detectors should be installed

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, allerdings lässt sich die Klimaanlage z.B. sehr schlecht steuern. Es ist grundsätzlich zu kalt im Zimmer. Das Früstühck ist okay, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum immer überfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Rezeption war nicht sehr kooperativ. Wenn man nach einer Verlängerung der Aufenthalt fragt, wird auf eine Onlinebuchung verwiesen. Vorräte im Zimmer wie Kaffee oder Tee werden nicht automatisch nachgefüllt, man muss danach fragen

The hotel facilities are good and everything was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even gave us a lovely little gift on Christmas, which was such a sweet surprise. We felt very welcome on our first day in India. Unfortunately, the hotel transfer was not available on that day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, que, além de tudo, são cuidadosos e zelam pela segurança e bem-estar dos hóspedes. A suíte é confortável e bem equipada, além de ser silenciosa, o que é um trunfo. O café da manhã é excelente.

O entorno do hotel é caótico e é preciso ter atenção com pequenos golpes, mas, para isso, o pessoal do hotel fez questão de nos orientar e cuidar o tempo todo. O maior problema foi que, infelizmente , o frigobar não funcionava (não resfriava) e, embora tenhamos avisado sobre isso várias vezes, nos diziam que era normal. Só no último dia uma funcionária realmente se ocupou de verificar a situação e fez o aparelho funcionar. Dessa maneira, um dos objetivos de reservar essa hospedagem (poder preparar alimentos), mesmo pagando um preço acima de outros hotéis, não se cumpriu porque não era possível conservar alimentos frescos.

В номере чисто, вообще номер симпатичный. Белье чистое, но полотенца скорее серые, чем белые. Бесплатный трансфер предоставили, но сначала предложили его за деньги. Когда я напомнила, что у меня в бронирование входит бесплатный трансфер согласились, но сказали оплатить водителю деньги за парковку 200-300 рупий. Водитель показал какой-то чек на 500 рупий мы оплатили. Букинг предлагает заказ такси за 1000 рупий, поэтому есть ли смысл бронировать почти бесплатный трансфер решайте сами. Водитель был любезен, 40 минут дороги слушали старые русские хиты. Молодец. Старался. До заселения отель постоянно был на связи. Спасибо им за это. Завтрак нормальный, есть выбор европейских и индийских блюд. Кофе нормальный. Стоит кофемашина. Кстати, в номере тоже есть кофемашина и кофе.

Теперь о "приятном". Кровать короткая, как и писали ранее, ещё и узкая. Муж ростом 180 см. Ноги висели. Рои моем росте в 160 см. Проблем не наблюдалось))). Хорошие подушки и одеяло. Чистое постельное бельё. С горячей водой беда: в первое утро вода была в основном холодная и, лишь иногда тёплая, на второе утро была горячая и иногда тёплая. Но, вечером можно застать средний вариант. Самой большой проблемой для нас стало освещение: в каждой комнате по два электронных пульта для управления светом, но нет ни одной кнопки, которая бы выключила все и сразу. Минут 30 разбирались как выключить свет. В санузле свет выключается автоматически, но у нас, видимо, сломался датчик движения и свет в санузле вместе с вытяжкой работали всю ночь. Вытяжка гудит, как паровоз. Но больше всего возмутило то, что над нами, на верхнем этаже до двух часов ночи работали строители, что-то роняли, шоркалии, таскали и громыхали. Это вообще недопустимо. В общем нам абсолютно не мешал звук сигналящих машин с улицы, но те звуки, которые были внутри отеля делали отдых невозможным.

The staff(2 men) at the reception desk was very rude, they’re old around their 50s and they do not know how to be polite. They were unwelcoming and not at all helpful. Other staff was nice, the younger one was helpful and polite.

Rooms were very well designed and had all the mod cons. Security felt safe. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good for all sights of Delhi

We booked an early morning airport transfer with reception but when we got to reception there was nobody around and the exit doors were locked. It took 30 mins to get attention by banging and shouting. The hotel did try to make things good by offering a free airport transfer. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Само месторасположение может шокировать по первости, но на второй день уже всё ок)) Если не хотите шокироваться, нужно искать отель в другом районе и за другие деньги

The furnishings are quite new and very comfortable. The staff are very very helpful! I felt safe in the hotel. The sound proofing is good enough to lower the noise in the streets.

Alles sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen separaten Eingang und im neben Gebäude befindet sich das Haupthotel und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr höflich
