Hotel Apple Inn is an excellent choice in New Delhi. The booking and check-in process was smooth, and the reservation team handled everything perfectly. Clean rooms, great amenities, and outstanding hospitality from the management. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Nothing

Washroom was neat and clean, so was the whole room. Smell inside of the room was also very good. Bedding was soft and comfy. AC was also working fine. Staffs were amazing and very helpful. They did their best to speak fluent English but sometimes couldn't and they apologized for that, which was very sweet.

The charging port was loose, the TV's set-top-box recharge was out of date. I booked another room for one of my friends and he wanted to arrive early, but they didn't mention that there was an early arrival charge. Apart from that, the reception was extremely polite, helpful and very kind.

Manager Ajay is a highly professional and excellent staff member. He was very knowledgeable about the procedures required for foreigners' long-term stays and was truly helpful. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but considering the price, they aren't bad.

The staff is exceptionally nice and caring. I have stayed at Hotel Apple Inn multiple times and find the facility to be of good value and in a convenient location. In particular, the team went out of their way to hold my bag, make sure I was in a well-ventilated room with a window, and that my check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Not all the rooms have proper ventilation.

Staff was very receptive, polite and attentive. We could check in earlier. You have everything you need. No issues with hot water or lack of AC

Cleanliness could be improved fot the price. Everything is a bit rundown. Holes in the towels and stained linen but i've had this recently in Europe at more expensive accommodations so maybe it's a budget hotel thing. We also stayed for 5 nights so we had time to observe.

Excellent hotel in good position walkable to train station. Friendly staff. Deepek was very helpful to me when I arrived and looked after me. The room was clean and has a fridge. It's in a quiet lane. Great place to stay and they kindly store luggage. Recommended

Note: I usually don't write feedback, but here it is necessary I am a frequent traveller and this was my worst stay ever in a hotel. I booked two Superior studio rooms and sharing my experience in the below key points 1. They don't provide complementary water in the rooms 2. The rooms are dirty and there are damp and mud marks, there is a bad odor in the room. The tea kettle was dirty. 3. The AC stopped working at night. 4. The bathroom flush was not working and even after calling for help and repairing it, the issue was not resolved. 5. They have a clever way to get your good feedback. They want you to give the review in front of them asking for a screenshot, which somehow prevents people from writing about the bad experiences. So don't believe the good reviews because we were also trapped by those.

Very dangerous area the street was lonely and many people were staring us i was with my wife i never suggest the hotel to anyone please avoid it no single water bottle has given us and they ask 65 rupees per 1 liter water you will be afraid to walk on the street very lonely place don’t go this hotel staff are tha manager was non co-operative

Nous avons séjourné moins d'une nuit dans cet établissement et il a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes pour une escale rapide à New Delhi. Les points forts : • Emplacement idéal : À seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare de New Delhi. C'est extrêmement pratique si vous avez un train à prendre ou si vous arrivez tard. • Proximité gastronomique : L'hôtel est situé à 2 minutes à pied du Café Vagabond, l'un des meilleurs rapports qualité-prix de la ville. Une excellente adresse pour manger sans chercher loin.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Apple Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Service was quick and professional, making the stay truly relaxing.

The location was awesome, just 8 min away by walking from Delhi Railways station, easy to reach from any location (including the airport) with the metro yellow line. The breakfast was good.

The window didn't close properly, so it was a bit noisy during night time, still manageable with a pair of earplugs.

+ Buffet Breakfast + Location close to station + Helpful and polite staff Would consider visiting again because of these positives. Thank you!
