Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schönes Frühstück und Laundry Service vorhanden. Die Lage im Jüdischen Viertel war super, durch den Wind ist die Hitze der Stadt angenehmer zu ertragen und trotzdem alles fußläufig erreichbar. Man muss durch ein paar Gassen laufen bis man zur Unterkunft gelangt, sodass es schön abseits des Trubels ruhig gelegen ist. Viele tolle Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der direkten Umgebung.

Leider wurde während unseres 5 tägigen Aufenthalts das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und das Badezimmer war sehr klein.

L'emplacement, le sèche cheveux en mauvais état, le manque de rangement dans la salle de bain, l'escalier trop raide pour aller sur la terrasse.

Liebevoll hergerichtetes Riad, vom letzten Drop Off Punkt wo Autos fahren können sehr gut zu erreichen, sehr leckeres und großzügiges Frühstück. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr ausführlich, auch die Möglichkeit eines to Go Frühstücks besteht bei sehr früher Abreise.

Le personnels était très accueillant la chambre était confortable et disposé de la climatisation j’ai apprécié mon séjour dans cette hôtel

Cheap and easy to get to. The cleaning lady who also have been preparing the breakfast every morning was polite and kind , didn’t speak English but that wasn’t a problem for us.

It looks a little bit old and worn out but I suppose it’s okay for that money. There was no ac in the room and if you are not comfortable with the heat it might be a little too hot for you.

El desayuno.

Prácticamente todo mal. La habitación apestaba a humedad. La habitación no tenía ventilación. Hacía un calor brutal. Tuvimos suerte de que tenían un ventilador (ya que no se hospedaba nadie en la habitación que estaba el ventilador) pero era enorme, hacía demasiado ruido y era de suelo. No conseguimos dormir en toda la noche. El perchero del baño se descolgó. La ubicación era bastante mala. Mucha suciedad en la zona.

Personnel trop accueillant

We had a very pleasant stay in Dar Suncial. A perfect central location but very quiet at the same time. Everything was well organized and people were helpful and very kind with everything. The room was clean, cozy and well airconditioned. Good breakfast!

We're very thankful to Adil and Samira who accomodates us warmly and kindly !!! Samira is super sweet and attentively prepared our fresh breakfast all throughout our stay . The place is very close to the Medina, with alot of restaurants nearby. It's a quiet neighborhood and safe. The room has AC/heater available so you don't need to worry if you're visiting both cold/warmer season. Just don't have high expectations as the room&furnitures are a bit old, with the budget of stay, i think its fair enough.

Just keep in mind that the accommodation don't have an elevator/lift so be prepared. ( Good thing we only packed lightly ). There had been a problem with the shower drainage, hopefully they will checked that.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed

The water was always an issue. It disappeared for long minutes in the middle of our shower and that was very annoying. Breakfast isn't something I recommend paying extra for. The majority of it comes from a package and you have to pay extra if you want more eggs because you don't want to eat any of the bread or pancakes because they are stale or hard. Take the money and go eat somewhere else. Also, cooking in this kitchen is challenging as everything is kinda messy and crowded. Also, the Internet in our room didn't work properly which was annoying.

Adil et Samira sont des personnes très gentils et professionnels, nous avons passés un super séjour ! Adil est disponible très rapidement pour toute question c’est très agréable ! Samira nous offre un petit déjeuner super bon avec un super sourire !

La pression de la douche ainsi que l’évacuation nous ont posé quelques soucis durant notre séjour. La taxe de séjour est précisé en euros et lorsque nous l’avons réglé en dirham nous avons dû mettre un supplément alors que celui ci n’était pas précisé, cela devrait l’être.

Especialmente do anfitrião Adil que foi super simpático e incansável em nos ajudar com tudo o que precisamos.

La primera noche compartí con uno que tenía l habitación apestando. Los demás días todo bien por lo que lo relaciono con la higiene de la primera persona. Nada que ver con la higiene del Dar que estaba todo limpio.

Nuestra estancia fue correcta, con varios puntos muy positivos pero también algunos aspectos mejorables. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la ubicación: está en una zona tranquila y a unos 13 minutos andando de Jemaa el-Fna. Además, los callejones de acceso estaban iluminados por la noche, así que nos sentimos cómodos al volver tarde. También fue muy práctico poder dejar las mochilas tanto antes del check-in como después del check-out. Queremos destacar especialmente a la mujer que servía los desayunos, siempre muy amable, simpática y atenta. El desayuno era siempre el mismo (croissant, Msemen, tortilla francesa, café y zumo), pero estaba bien y cumplía. Las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban limpias, y el colchón era cómodo, se podía descansar bien. En general, es una opción aceptable por la ubicación, pero las habitaciones podrían mejorar bastante.

Como aspectos negativos, la habitación tenía bastantes humedades y prácticamente no se podía ventilar. Estaba en la planta inferior y la ventana daba al patio donde se sirven los desayunos, así que abrirla significaba perder totalmente la privacidad. Además, era una habitación bastante oscura, sin apenas luz natural, y el mobiliario necesitaría una renovación. También le falta algo de limpieza. Por último, al llegar vimos que en la reserva de Booking.com indicaba 15 € de tasa turística, pero finalmente nos cobraron 18 €, con una explicación que no terminamos de entender.

Je leur ai demandé pour mon véhicule je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Je me suis faite piéger et j’étais bloquée dans les ruelles avec mon camion. Ils n’ont pas dû été compatissants. J’ai payé pour une chambre dans laquelle je n’ai pas dormi

Good value, staff was really nice. The birds that fly from the open roof to the middle of the Riyad are the cherry on top.

Not super clean and the doors were very noisy making people getting in late wake everyone up in the building.

Personalul. Adil a fost foare comunicativ si prietenos cu oaspeții, o gazda minunata. Precum si personalul din bucatarie. Mic dejun gustos(desi acelasi, era suficient) in fiecare dimineață. Cand plecam dimineata devreme Samira se asigura sa mancam totusi ceva rapid si sa bem cafeaua. Amplasarea hotelului e putin ciudata (printre stradute inguste), dar e sigura si foarte aproape de principalele obiective si de Medina. Curat si primitor. Raport calitate pret bun. Recomand pentru o experienta autentica.

Hotelul are nevoie totusi de imbunatatiri(mucegai in camere). Noaptea era destul de greu sa dormim, deoarece se auzea foarte mare galagie de la oaspetii care veneau si vorbeau in holul principal.

Ma fotkách vyzerala izba a zaradenie slušne, realita bola sklamanie. V sprche zle odtekala voda, za krátku chvíľu stojíte v mláke. Do toalety sa nesmie odhadovať použitý toaletný papier, čo je na dnešné časy dosť neadekvátne. Podlaha bola dosť špinavá. Jedna noc sa dala vydržať, ale už tam viac nepôjdem. Za malý doplatok môžete prenocovať v ozajstnom hoteli prakticky v centre, kde som nocoval predtým.

The host was incredible, Adil did an incredible job making us feel comfortable. One day when we were supposed to miss breakfast because of a trip, he left us some snacks for the morning to come at the door.

Perhaps it could be a bit more clean, bring room/shower slippers

The riad is really lovely and very clean. Very good location, not too deep into the medina so it is easily accessible. Good communication from the staff before arrival, and they were very helpful. Quiet at night, and lovely breakfast in the morning. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great value for money, highly recommend.

La ubicación cerca de la medina pero sin ruido así q pudimos dormir bien para el precio esta bien con un poco mas de arreglos creo que se les podría dar un puntales mas alto porque en verdad dormir bien y silencioso.

El baño y las mesitas de noche creo q se pueden mejorar.

Un rapport qualité prix incroyable un établissement de petite taille au sein de la Kasbah proche des lieux touristiques. Des chambres et des sanitaires propres, le petit déjeuner est très correct un vrai jus d'orange serait un plus plus

The quality of the room was very good for the price. Breakfast was basic but good. The bed was very comfortable and clean which is something we always look for. Overall enjoyed the stay and would recommended it.

The floor was a little dirty. Just takes 2 minutes to clean

Sehr nettes Personal und für Hilfe immer da. Super Frühstück, heiße Dusche, Föhn war auch da.

Im Zimmer hat es leider etwas feucht gerochen.

La habitación y sobre todo la cama es genial. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle, por lo que teníamos luz natural. El baño era compartido pero muy limpio y accesible. Lo mejor la terraza en la azotea, aunque una pena que no se pueda utilizar después del atardecer. Y lo otro más mejor, el desayuno, y la hospitalidad de la cocinera :)

Tuvimos que esperar para hacer el checking. Aún así no fue mucha molestia, porque a la mañana pasamos a dejar las mochilas y nos dieron una llave de la puerta principal, con lo que pudimos esperar tranquilamente en la terraza, hasta tener la llave de nuestra habitación.

Adil is very nice and helpful whenever you need some advice or anything else. I met some nice people there as well. Breakfast and rooftop are decent. Always warm water and fairly clean.

Occasionally the water wasn‘t working and you had to wait a few minutes for it to come (probably when too many people in the house were using the water).

I like the host, Adil was nice and welcoming. He has explained in details how to get the accommodation easily and met inside. The location is also great and from the terrace it’s possible to watch sunset. The room was small, but clean and bed was comfortable. Traditional breakfast was simple, but hearty enough, my husband really liked the strawberry jam.

Nothing critical, it was a good option for this price.

We loved Dar Suncial! Starting with the host, Adil, great guy. So kind and helpful. Then the kind lady that served us breakfast, really kind and polite. The room was really good, comfortable, I can recommend to everyone! Also the location is fantastic, close to heart of the city and other locations.

I liked everything

The breakfast was acceptable and probably the only positive part of the stay.

The photos on the listing are misleading and do not reflect the current condition of the property. They appear to show the riad when it was newer or in a much better state than it is now. The room itself was extremely dirty and in very poor condition. There was black mould on the walls and ceiling, including behind the bed and in multiple areas of the room. This was not a small patch, there was a significant amount of visible mould, which is a serious health concern and should not be present in guest accommodation. Cleanliness and hygiene were also very worrying. The floors and surfaces were dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. In the morning we saw bed sheets and towels being stripped from rooms and simply hung outside to air rather than being properly washed. The towels smelled musty and the bedding did not feel freshly cleaned, which raised serious concerns about whether they were being properly laundered between guests. There was also a major issue with the water supply. When taking a shower in the morning, the water completely cut off after only a couple of minutes, both the shower and the sink tap stopped working. This happened while we were in the shower with shampoo in our hair, leaving us unable to rinse properly. We had to wait around 20–30 minutes for the water to return. When we contacted the owner about this, we did not receive a response until several hours later. We were told it was due to water pressure not reaching the top floor, which is not a reasonable explanation for guests being left without water while using the shower. Overall, the combination of black mould, poor hygiene, misleading photos, and unreliable water supply made the stay extremely disappointing and uncomfortable even for just the one night! Avoid this place.

Bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić małe plecaki przed zameldowaniem chociaż pani mówiła tylko po arabsku ale bez problemu dogadaliśmy sie przez translator. Pokoje skromne ale to w końcu hostel, jest gdzie spać w czystej pościeli i gdzie sie umyć. Właściciel uprzejmy, bez problemu zgodzi sie nam zrobić śniadanie na wynos ponieważ mieliśmy wczesnie rano wycieczkę. Do głównego placu spacerkiem jakieś 15 minut. Bez problemu trafiliśmy z google maps.

furniture is a bit old and crackly, and we had an issue with the shower, water pressure was minimal and hot water would run out quickly. It was a cold weak and we missed a hot shower.

Bit difficult to find. But great one you were there. Helpful staff and great breakfast. Small and compact.

Not clean floor in the room & bathroom They dont come to take the bathroom bin, if u stay more then one day. When you take shower on use sink then pressure is mit strong. Also water stops when many people use to shower do not good. No door in the bathroom only curtain which i think is downside.
