Reviewed Jan 19, 2026It was neat and tidy. The bedroom was big, with a big window, so it was nice and light. There was a little sofa in reception so you could sit there too. The shower was separate from the toilet, ideal as I never had to wait long. It was quiet too but we were not on the road side. The staff were accommodating.
The front door I never got to grips with, I was never sure I'd closed it properly. There were no staff available to ask things. So I got in a bit of a muddle but I probably just should have messaged on the app, I didn't think of it at the time.
