The accommodation was spotlessly clean! Modern and extremely well appointed with high quality fittings and furnishings. Regularly cleaned to an exceptional standard. Beautiful pool and a 2 minute walk to a black sand beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would highly recommend and love to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was large and really nicely decorated. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. We were able to get a cot and highchair for our baby and on arrival got given fruit, coffee and water. The team are super friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. It’s in a nice quiet location right by the beach, and easy to get around. We’d love to stay again!

Amazing hotel! Great facilities, nice location close beach and very peaceful, clean and well maintained. Carolina and team were super helpful. We had a wonderful stay, 10/10 recommend!

From the very first day, we were welcomed with kindness and warmth by the staff, and especially by Carolina, who helped make our stay absolutely perfect. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a 10 out of 10. We have never stayed in a place that was so spotless and so carefully maintained down to the smallest details, from the design to the amenities. Super établissement, tout était propre et conforme aux photos. Endroit paisible et moderne avec beaucoup de charme. L’hôte était tres sympa et souriante. (J’ai même eu la chance d’avoir un gâteau surprise pour mon anniversaire c’était adorable 🎉)

The only thing the property is lacking is the option to order food and drinks. We ended up spending several hundred euros for lunch, dinner and drinks at the Hilton hotel directly opposite, who were happy for us to use their facilities.

Il residence è semplicemente impeccabile.L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era nuovo, così come tutta la struttura, arredato con cura e con materiali di pregio, ogni dettaglio scelto con gusto e attenzione. La pulizia era perfetta. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono accappatoi, ciabattine, teli mare e per la bella piscina, dove abbiamo trascorso ore in assoluto relax. Un aspetto che merita davvero di essere sottolineato è l’accoglienza. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Carolina si distingue per la sua professionalità e per la passione con cui svolge il suo lavoro. La sua gentilezza è autentica, genuina e si percepisce subito: accoglie con il sorriso e si prende cura di ogni dettaglio affinché il soggiorno sia perfetto. Un posto dove torneremmo volentieri, non solo per la qualità degli ambienti, ma per il calore umano che lo rende veramente speciale. Grazie di tutto!!!

We had the absolute best stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough! The apartment was so comfortable and beautifully set up that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Carolina and Spiros truly made the trip for us. My mother-in-law is elderly, and they went completely above and beyond to make sure she was well looked after and comfortable throughout our stay. We saw Carolina the most as she was around a lot during the day- nothing was ever too much to ask, and she made everything feel so special. Between carrying our luggage up on arrival, booking trips and restaurants, and sending direct links for local supermarkets, bakeries, and sights (every recommendation was spot on!), their hospitality was unmatched. The Space & Amenities Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, powerful air conditioning, 3 smart TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen with an Illy coffee machine. Having 2 modern bathrooms (one ensuite) with great showers was a huge plus. Having our own private hot tub right on the balcony was a massive highlight for relaxing in the evenings. Housekeeping serviced every two days with fresh towels, keeping everything pristine. A lovely, quiet pool with 4 comfortable, cushioned daybeds under cover and extra loungers in the sun. It never felt crowded, so there was always a spot available. The location is tucked away in a peaceful, calm area, the location is ideal: A quick 3-minute stroll takes you down to a quiet beach (technically belonging to a nearby hotel, but perfect for catching the sunrise in the morning). Just a 10-minute walk (or a 2-minute drive) brings you to Perivolos beach, which lived up to its reputation as one of the best on the island. An incredible base for Santorini-we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Abbiamo passato 7 giorni indimenticabili e una parte importante di questa splendida vacanza è stata sicuramente il nostro alloggio. La pulizia è stata impeccabile, con un servizio di pulizia effettuato ogni due giorni, e abbiamo trovato una grande gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto il personale. Ci hanno aiutato a scegliere le esperienze e le attività più adatte a noi, dandoci ottimi consigli e supportandoci anche attraverso le loro collaborazioni. Un ringraziamento speciale a Carolina alla reception, sempre disponibile, gentile e pronta ad aiutarci con qualsiasi necessità. Ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un’esperienza che porteremo sicuramente con noi. Consigliatissimo!

L’hôtel était magnifique. Le personnel Carolina était d’une gentillesse toujours disponible. Le cadre, la chambre tout était parfait.

Sur booking était écrit balcon avec une photo de table et de deux chaise à l’extérieur pour la chambre choisie mais il n’y avais pas de balcon à notre arrivée. Le jaccuzi un peu plus chaud aurait était parfait.

Appartement très spacieux et propre. Excellent accueil de Carolina, très gentille et attentionnée : fruits et bouteilles d eau offerts à notre arrivée, café … petites attentions et cadeaux pour les enfants ! Nous reviendrons!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, the beach is amazing, and everyone made us feel so at home. A HUGE thank you to Carolina - she was honestly the best. She explained everything so well, gave us amazing recommendations and shared so much about Santorini and its history. We learned a lot from her and really appreciated how much she cared about making our stay special. The whole staff was just as warm and lovely, always with a big smile. Gracias Carolina!!! Było super! Najlepszy nocleg jaki miałam. Wszystko piękne, czyste, eleganckie i super przemyślane. Nasze jacuzzi dla 4 osób było bardzo duże, jak pół basenu, basen też super, czysty. Personel niesamowicie miły, pani z recepcji pomaga w wyjaśnieniu jak jeżdżą autobusy.

Informacja: najlepiej wybrać się tu z samochodem, bo autobusy z tej wioski jadą 4 razy dziennie, ale z wioski oddalonej ok. 40 min pieszo autobusy są już często, można do niej iść drogą lub po wyjściu z hotelu od razu skręcić w lewo na plażę i iść krócej i bezpieczniej plażą.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Peranosa The Residency. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, face à la mer, avec une superbe piscine à débordement offrant une vue incroyable. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très bien décorée, confortable et parfaitement équipée, notamment avec une excellente climatisation. Mais ce qui a réellement rendu ce séjour inoubliable, c’est la qualité du service. Un immense merci à Carolina et Spiros, qui ont pris soin de nous tout au long de notre séjour avec une gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquables. Une mention toute particulière à Carolina, qui a eu la délicate attention d’apporter un gâteau pour l’anniversaire de ma mère. Ce geste nous a profondément touchés et restera un très beau souvenir. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, avec des commerces et des restaurants à proximité, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons vécu l’une de nos meilleures expériences en hôtel. Le Peranosa The Residency a largement contribué à rendre notre voyage à Santorin inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et le recommandons les yeux fermés.

We had a lovely stay at the Peranosa at the end of July - everything was of a high quality and the apartment super clean well furnished with an excellent maid service. Carolina works very hard to ensure all needs are catered for and gave us very helpful advice to make our stay even better .

Obiekt jest piękny, zadbany i położony w spokojnej okolicy, dzięki czemu można naprawdę odpocząć od tłumów turystów i cieszyć się ciszą. Pokoje są bardzo czyste i regularnie sprzątane co drugi dzień, co tylko podkreśla dbałość o komfort gości. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje cały personel – zawsze uśmiechnięty, życzliwy i gotowy do pomocy. Ogromne podziękowania należą się Karolinie, która była niezwykle pomocna w każdej sytuacji. Jej zaangażowanie i serdeczność sprawiały, że czuliśmy się jak mile widziani goście, a nie tylko kolejni turyści. Każdego dnia potrafiła sprawić nam małą niespodziankę – raz były to lody, innym razem świeże owoce. Takie drobne gesty budują wyjątkową atmosferę i pozostają w pamięci na długo. Basen jest duży, bardzo czysty i doskonale utrzymany – idealne miejsce na relaks po całym dniu zwiedzania wyspy. Spędziliśmy tutaj dwa tygodnie rodzinnych wakacji na Santorini i był to jeden z najpiękniejszych wyjazdów, jakie mieliśmy okazję przeżyć. To miejsce pozwala zwolnić, cieszyć się każdą chwilą i naprawdę odpocząć. Wyjeżdżaliśmy z żalem, a już teraz marzymy o powrocie. Są miejsca, które się odwiedza, i są takie, które zostają w sercu – to bez wątpienia należy do tej drugiej kategorii. Dziękujemy za niezapomniany pobyt. Z całego serca polecamy ten obiekt każdemu, kto szuka spokoju, wysokiego standardu i prawdziwej, szczerej gościnności.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile! La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, la camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. La pulizia veniva effettuata ogni due giorni ed era sempre impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Carolina, che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità: è stata sempre pronta ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. Un gesto che ci ha colpiti tantissimo è stato quando ci ha sostituito la macchinetta del caffè perché avevamo acquistato per errore delle capsule incompatibili, permettendoci così di utilizzarle senza sprecarle. Piccole attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza. Ce ne fossero di gestori come lei!

Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto. Se dovessimo tornare a Santorini, sceglieremmo sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment, with a private plunge pool on the terrace and very friendly staff. Everything was perfect. It was an unforgettable stay.

The apartment is slightly away from the island’s main attractions and busy areas, so renting a car is recommended. There is convenient on-site parking available. For us, though, the quiet location was a big advantage.

Wszystko!! Najlepszy personel! Każda osoba pracująca w tym obiekcie była miła, profesjonalna i pomocna! Czystość, wygoda, udogodnienia, spokój tego miejsca, bliskość plaży ( choć woleliśmy się kawałek przejść do bardziej zagospodarowanej w Perivilos ) - wszystko top!

Może ciut lepiej w kuchni- brakowało dobrego noża, i są tylko 2 palniki do gotowania- nam wystarczało, ale są 2 😉 Polecamy wynajecie auta, bo do sklepu jest dość daleko, no i trzeba zwiedzić tą piękną wyspę!

Het strand is stenig, de zee wordt snel diep. Om wat luxer strand te hebben (met heerlijke bedden en parasols ) moet je plm 20 minuten over dat ruige strand lopen. Eerste kleine winkel is ook plm 15 lopen. Advies : huur een auto of scooter voor de hele periode.

Tout était parfait, résidence neuve et très bien entretenue, notre appartement était très spacieux et bien agencé, propreté impeccable. La piscine est magnifique. L’endroit est calme et sécurisé. Carolina a été extrêmement gentille tout au long du séjour avec des attentions pour les enfants, elle est toujours disponible.

Si on pouvait ajouter un micro ondes, ça serait juste la petite chose.

Carolina is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was super clean, modern and fitted out to a high standard. Cleaning is every other day. His and hers basins and showers was a nice luxury. Our balcony/terrace with sun loungers and hot tub was great, we didn’t use the pool area. Quiet location. The walk to the harbour is an easy walk, about 15 minutes. The walk to perissa is a bit more difficult as you have to walk on sand for about 15 minutes before the path starts. The first rest is probably 15-20 minutes in that direction. We had a kitchen but only used it for breakfast. There were companies advertising food delivery in reception, again we didn’t use. We packed a little torch, which was really useful when walking back from the harbour on the road at night.

Mega profesjonalna obsługa, nowoczesne i czyste pokoje z widokiem oraz jakuzzi. Mieliśmy duże apartamenty z dwoma sypialniami, w pokojach było wszystko niezbędne i nawet więcej. Pani Karolina z recepcji mega miła i zawsze była w kontakcie przy potrzebie. Obok basenu zawsze było miejsce dla opalania, a obok przyśnić oraz duża strefa dla odpoczynku Oprócz tego duże jakuzzi w pokoju z widokiem na góry. Karolina też bardzo pomogła z transferem oraz wynajmem auta . Każdy dzień pobytu był niesamowity, naprawdę mocno polecam, 10+++ Jeszcze wrócimy obowiązkowo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è ottima per visitare l’isola: comoda, strategica e perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. La struttura è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e immersa in un’atmosfera rilassante. Siamo arrivati alle 23 e l’accoglienza di Spiros è stata fantastica: calorosa, professionale e molto attenta alle nostre esigenze. Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato due bottiglie d’acqua e della frutta come benvenuto, un gesto davvero gradito dopo il viaggio. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era molto grande, pulito e confortevole. La cucina era dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, permettendoci di sentirci come a casa. Anche gli spazi comuni sono tenuti in modo impeccabile. Un punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la piscina: molto bella, ben curata e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite sull’isola. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Carolina, che gestisce la struttura in modo impeccabile. È sempre stata gentilissima, disponibile e attenta agli ospiti. Ci ha spesso deliziato con gelati e bibite e, con grande cortesia, ci ha permesso di rimanere in piscina anche il pomeriggio dopo il check-out. Consigliamo assolutamente Peranosa a chi cerca una struttura accogliente, elegante e gestita con grande passione. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Peranosa is a beautiful and calming place to escape in peace. Carolina is a wonderful host, she is attentive, providing all the essential information and more, and she provides a lovely personalised service. The facilities at Peranosa are amazing. It is a few minutes walk from the sea and walking distance to local restaurants and other beach areas. All the team are friendly and they look after you on every level during the stay. I celebrated my birthday whilst I was there and Carolina was so kind in organising a cake and special service. I cannot recommend the residency highly enough.

Nicest staff in the world, always smiling and helpful. Amazing sense of details, in the apartment, the cleaning and the services. Would definitely book the exact same location if I go back to Santorini! Really deserves a 10/10, no doubt about it. If you have the chance to go there, do not hesitate! Our stay at Peranosa was excellent. The property was clean, modern, safe, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a longer stay. We were warmly welcomed with delicious marble cake and complimentary water. The housekeeping team refreshed our room every two days, which we truly appreciated. As we were in Santorini for a wedding, we had the chance to see several other accommodations where friends were staying. Without question, Peranosa stood out as the best in terms of size, modern design, and facilities. The staff were exceptional, and a special mention must go to Carolina, who was unfailingly kind, helpful, and attentive. Her support made a real difference to our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Santorini.

We loved every moment there. The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and really modern with excellent AC. Of particular note were the host team who were so incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond our expectations every time.

Struggle to think of anything we didn’t like.

This hotel was such a great find! The suites are incredible. We had plenty of space and were able to spread out comfortably. We had separate bedrooms and the adults were able to stay up late, watch tv, cook full meals, and enjoy the night while the kids slept. It’s a short walking distance to a rocky beach. We all were able to enjoy the shore, rocks, and sea anemones. We are already planning our next trip back. We used a combination of rental car, bus, and fun train for transportation. The hotel is located on the quiet side of the island. The bustling, crowded Oia and Fira are about 40 and 25 minutes away respectively. We also want to recognize the incredible hospitality of Carolina. She made the hotel feel like we were visiting a family home. We extended our trip because she made us feel welcome and at home. She alone made the trip worth while. Carolina could train the rest of the world in hospitality. Every time our toddler passed reception, she was excited to tell Carolina about her day. Carolina was full of sunshine and was so happy to hear stories from our child. Upon our departure our child wanted to hug Carolina and promised her she would come back to visit as soon as she could!
