Una experiencia muy desagradable y un alojamiento que no recomendaría. La falta de limpieza e higiene era evidente y había un fuerte olor desagradable que terminaba impregnándose en la ropa. El alojamiento era extremadamente frío, con un aislamiento deficiente y una calefacción claramente insuficiente (la del baño ni funcionaba). Las sábanas y toallas tenían además un intenso olor a humo. El mobiliario estaba muy deteriorado y el colchón se encontraba en malas condiciones, haciendo difícil descansar. En general, las condiciones de higiene, confort y mantenimiento fueron inaceptables para el precio y para ofrecer una estancia mínimamente adecuada.

The bedroom was really cosy and spacious. The kitchen area was perfect for cooking a quick meal and there is a little dining area to sit. It was easy to find and check in.

The shared bathroom could have been cleaner.

Easy to access, quiet street, perfect for the 2 of us for a night.

Très bon emplacement. Chambre propre et confortable et on nous a permis de prendre la chambre un peu plus tôt: nous arrivions en moto sous la pluie. C'était donc très appréciable et gentil! La machine à laver en accès libre a été un vrai plus pour nous

Matelas très inconfortables, les autres locataires étaient désagréables et bruyants et les parties communes de la maison étaient sales.

Centrally located, not too hard to find even in the dark. Facilities as described, everything adequate. Good heater, everything was clean, there were only 4 rooms in total (3 occupied including mine) so sharing the one bathroom wasn't a problem.

One bed was lovely - fairly firm and comfortable. The other was more like a camp bed - very rickety. All pillows were very thin.

Great value for money, had all the facilities available. Great location, easy to get everywhere from. Tidy and comfortable. It had security on the bedroom doors, which was great for me and my seven year old, but everyone else staying there were lovely young people.

The shower took a bit to work out and maybe temperature control was a bit hard if someone was in the kitchen.

The house I booked has misleading photos and explanation. As soon as I arrived in the neighborhood (next to a factory area, on a narrow street with parking that you need to climb onto the sidewalk) I tried to find the house. There was no house that looked like the one in the pictures, no indication that it was a house was listed on Booking. On the contrary, a small old house with a huge sign in front “For sale”. I had to ask a neighbor to confirm that it was that. As soon as I entered, I realized that it is a normal house, with rooms like a flatshare, that you share with strangers. Clean, but old. The kitchen is small and dark. Outdated. I left directly and asked for a refund, but the owner declined directly, saying “already checked in”. I lost 40€, plus the money i had to spent last minute to book somewhere else. False description and photos. No idea why it’s allowed on the platform. AVOID AT ALL COST

Im Endeffekt handelt es sich um ein Haus welches zum Verkauf steht. Um in der Übergangszeit Kohle zu machen, werden die vorhandenen 3 Schlafzimmer vermietet. Der Vermieter oder Anbieter macht in dem Haus nur das nötigste. Gast geht, Bettwäsche wird gewechselt, Müll wird geleert und dann war's das auch. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind ekelhaft. Hier bedarf es einer Grundreinigung. Ich hab die Küche nicht einmal genutzt, nachdem ich das Inventar gesehen habe. Die Flecken im Badezimmer auf den Teppichen waren ekelhaft. 🤢In meinem Zimmer waren Spinnenweben und ekelhafte Spinnen an den Fenstern (nicht erst von vor einer Woche). Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben gemüffelt. Je länger der Aufenthalt desto mehr kam ich mir wie in der Rocky Horror Show vor..

Very cozy home, all basic necessities provided. Very warm and comfortable, bed are to die for, possibly one of the best sleeps I've ever had. My only issue was finding a car park on the very small street but that's not the owners fault. Very close to shops.

Beds were super comfortable, pillows were plentiful and were of excellent quality, place was done up nicely, would definitely stay again

There is street parking available. Relatively cheap for room with two beds. Bed itself was alright.

Property looks old, had a musty smell when I entered. Ventilating it with an opened window helped. Other amenities in the house is not sparkling clean but usable. Can’t complain given its price. Street looks a little busy for parking. Narrow road so everyone parked only on one side. Was lucky there was an empty spot right in front of the house for my stay.

The room we were in was quiet

Nowhere on the booking site was it mentioned that this was a bedroom in a regular-sized house, with a tiny shared kitchen and bathroom. I was under the impression that it was a private room and the shared kitchen and bathroom were similar to those of campgrounds (both far from the rooms, many cubicles to choose from for the shower and toilet, and the kitchen was large and many people could use it at the same time). This was really disappointing. Also, with the instructions to enter, there was nothing about a room key being in the drawer, so we had to take all our belongings in the car when we left. That would have been even more inconvenient if we had had no car.

It was very basic. The kitchen did not encourage you to cook in it, and it would have been unpleasant to eat in the kitchen dining area.

Car parking is interesting though if you are lucky you can find it on the street and can be noisy if wind blowing as there is something loose in chimney or roof that knocks in wind
