Reviewed Feb 13, 2026We stayed in this apartment as a group of 5, and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Rovaniemi, close to everything: tours, shopping, supermarkets, literally everything you need. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and very comfortable. It has large windows and a wonderful view, letting in plenty of natural light. The living area is great, with a large table that was perfect for group dinners after long days out in the cold. Overall, this apartment made our stay in Rovaniemi incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city, especially for groups or families!

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Molto calda e tutto al suo posto in ordine.. praticamente 5 minuti si è al centro.. un bellissimo parco per i bimbi a 2 minuti! Con Uber che ci prendeva sotto casa è stato tutto perfetto.. c’era anche l’autobus a 2 minuti ma il prezzo era pressappoco uguale!!!
Nulla tutto perfetto.. solo che appena arrivati non sapevamo il piano dove andare ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere al padrone di casa ma gentilissimo ci ha risposto subito.

The bathroom is super small and water keeps coming out. The hair dryer is very old and sometimes stopped working. WiFi sometimes doesn’t work!

Reviewed Mar 16, 2025Location is very central, a few minutes away from Lordi square, shopping centre and Artikum on the other side. Kitchen and bedrooms windows face the river side, so perfect for waiting the northern lights to show! The apartment is very cozy and functional, it is very well equipped, we could also use the washing machine!

Reviewed Dec 28, 2024Our family (4 adults) stayed for 4 nights over Christmas 2024. The apartment is in a very good location - a short walk (5ish minutes) to the shops, restaurants, tour places, Santa's City Office, etc. We even saw the aurora from the kitchen and bedroom windows one night which was incredible!! It has a hair-dryer, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker as well as frying pans etc. We ended up cooking a couple of evening meals as well as having having breakfast at the apartment. It is spacious and even had a Christmas tree in the apartment. Our kids are adults so we didn't use the high chair or the books, games and toys provided but we did sign into Netflex and prime in the TV. It also has a lift as well as stairs to get to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this apartment.
It would have been convenient to have a dryer but our clothes dried using the airer and over the radiators. Really we saw the aurora from the comfort of our apartment we can't complain about anything!!

Reviewed Dec 26, 2024Location was excellent, close to bus for scv, handy for pick up locations for various activities. Central for anything wanted in Rovaniemi. 24hr shopping centre up the road. In the apartment everything was catered for, every cooking utensil and anything the kids might need
The shower door is a bit awkward but it’s fine and useable once you squidgy the floor after a shower

Reviewed Dec 6, 2023The apartment is immaculately clean and super comfortable! The kitchen has every utensil you could need to feel yourself at home. All rooms are spacious and cozy. Located in a lovely area just in the city centre, the apartment is within walking distance to Artikum, Santa Claus city residence, shops, and tour centres. It was a superb stay!
