El apartamento al completo era estuoendo, muy bien decorado y muy cómodo. Totalmente equipado, hasta tiene secadora para la ropa. Muy buena localización y el plus de tener sauna es la caña para cuando llegas helado de estar en caza de auroras boreales.

La vicina che al nostro arrivo ci ha aggredito in finlandese e calciato le valigie con il suo bastone in maniera ingiustificata

Everything was great, the communication was quick and effective, the instructions super clear and the location is great as a hub for checking out Rovaniemi and the surrounding area, especially with a rented car.

Lots of shampoo conditioner shower gel cleaning products and washing liquid to wash clothes. Excellent brand new washer and drier to wash clothes at the end of the day . Lovely sauna . 2 seperate toilets and wet room . Mattress toppers on bed so very comfy . Lovely all glass balcony. It’s right beside the city and museum next door

Bardzo blisko centrum - świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do muzeum Arktikum. Apartament bardzo wygodny i funkcjonalny. Sauna do osobistego użytku. Wielkim plusem jest obecnosc pralki i przede wszystkim suszarki do ubran. Miejsce jak najbardziej zgodne z opisem i godne polecenia :)

Superbe appartement, bien placé. Il se trouve à côté d'un Supermarché, près des arrêts de bus pour le village du père Noël et pour l'aéroport. Très bien équipé, une belle vue, un sauna au top et une literie confortable. Place de parking.

Mieszkanie idealne. Blisko do centrum, z pięknym widokiem na rzekę i całą okolicę (zimowe krajobrazy- bajka😍). Wyposażone dosłownie we wszystko, co potrzeba (parking i sauna są dodatkowym atutem). Najlepsze, z tych, w których byliśmy (a podróżujemy sporo). Dziękujemy za cudowny pobyt🥰

El apartamento es perfecto, con muchos detalles muy limpio y cerca de todo. Si volvemos a Rovaniemi sin duda reservaríamos de nuevo.

Compared to other listings, the address and the place to collect the keys are very close—right in front of the apartment in the parking area. The trash disposal spot after check-out is also right at the apartment entrance, and it’s very convenient for taxi pick-up and drop-off. The room temperature was set perfectly—not too cold and not too warm. The kitchen appliances and utensils were well prepared. We also discovered after checking in that there is a sauna, a washing machine, and a dryer available! It’s truly perfect for a small family.

The property was very clean and tidy, close to the city centre and main road to Santa clause village.

Super easy self check-in (very important if you don't know your arrival time or you are arriving very late), private parking and the apartment was spacious and it had all that you needed. Nice sauna too. It was easy to walk everywhere from here, so the location was good.

Parking « gratuit », mais une amende de 60€ par la société privé de l’immeuble au réveil car nous n’avions pas mis une carte de stationnement sur notre véhicule qui est apparement bien planqué dans l’appartement car nous ne sommes jamais tombé dessus. Seul notre véhicule contrôle ça sent un peu l’escroquerie aux touristes sur ce point.

The apartment is well equipped with a fridge, stove and oven, water heater and coffee maker. The sauna was easy to operate based on the instructions we got. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. The host gave us shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well to use. Our host answered any questions we had quickly. The location is great, close to the city center and shopping mall.

Ein tolles Apartment. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Informationen. Die Grundaustattung bietet alles, was man benötigt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Arktikum und Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Toplage. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Alles vorhanden. 🙏 Empfehlenswert.

Extra Handtücher wäre toll gewesen, da wir eine Woche da waren. Was fehlt ist eine Badematte und Geschirrtücher/Waschlappen. Ausserdem waren die Fenster nicht gereinigt. Aber wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen.

洗面所の鏡の近くにコンセントがなかったので、ドライヤーを使うときに不便でした。

The host was very professional and sent all instructions in advance of arrival and checked on what we needed. The location was perfect - very close to the market for groceries and food restaurant access and all pick up points for tours starting there

Clean, spacious, well-equipped warm and welcoming apartment. Great views. Sauna was amazing. Close to supermarket/shopping centre. Building felt secure. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Two sofa beds in lounge. Lots of storage space. Cleaning, laundry and dishwasher tablets supplied.

Check in is 4pm. Asked if earlier was available and was advised 3pm was the best available. Replied to message. However, upon arrival, no instructions received and, only after calling the number in the listing a few times, did we receive these around 3.25pm. This would not have been an issue had we not received notification that 3pm check in was the earliest available.

A very comfortable, clean and well located apartment. The sauna was fantastic after a long day in the snow. The apartment building was incredibly quiet. It felt like we were the only people there.

More pillows please. This is the only fault. One pillow per person is not enough especially given that some guests may have neck or back problems (especially after a slip on the ice/snow)

The apartment is cosy and convenient, just nice for a family of four with kids.

It location

The location of the apartment was great. There was a shopping complex just a short walk away with plenty of places to eat and drink. The apartment was perfect. It included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The tumble dryer was an amazing addition to dry our wet gloves from the day. The sauna was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Hosts were really helpful and very quick to reply to any messages. We took an Uber to SCV, which was around €25 and approximately a 9 minute drive. There is also a bus stop located just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment with great view from the balcony and a nice sauna. Place near Arktikum museum and a mall. I forgot some keys there and the owned contact me and he arranged from where to pick them up near there.

Stayed in the week leading up to Christmas, there was a snowflake decoration on the balcony but would have been nice to had a Christmas tree. We would have paid for this as an optional extra if available.

Everything, the flat has a good size, very clean and perfect location.

It was really nice location and a beautiful apartment.

There was no coffee and sugar in the room and it was cold. There was no heater working inside. I just let you know so the next customers won't have any problem :)

The apartment is just perfect. I stayed there 5 days with my family (4 people in total, two kids). It was silent, and warm, located in a very strategic position with a wonderful view of Rovaniemi, the kitchen was fully equipped (included a dishwasher with pads for free and a very efficient dryer machine, very important in case of very cold weather like the one in Rovaniemi in winter time), easy to reach from the airport, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops. The sauna is fully functional and easy to use (I got precise instructions from the host on how to use it). The self-check-in was perfectly explained by our host. It was just everything perfect.

The heaters were very efficient, sometimes too much efficient, and we were unable to control them and sometimes the apartment was too warm (an ironic situation if you think there were -13 degrees outside :-))

Location is perfect. Not too far from anything. Supermarkets, restaurant are at walking distance. Beautiful view from balcony and availability of all the necessary stuff in the apartment. Parking is also available. Perfect for a family.
