Este alojamiento me encantó, excelente ubicación justo al lado de una estación del metro de Shanghai, rodeada de bastantes restaurantes, cafés, tiendas de tecnología y hasta centro comercial. La habitación es amplia, limpia, muy bien iluminada con luz natural, con una gran vista a la ciudad de Shanghai, contaba con lavadora/secadora, estufa eléctrica pequeña, microondas y un set básico de platos y cucharas. El baño de tamaño perfecto, dotado con todo lo necesario para una agradable estadía. Mi vuelo llegaba sobre las 11:00 pm a la ciudad y opté por contratar el servicio que ofrecen de recogida en el aeropuerto el cual es muy bueno, David el conductor nos recogió y colaboró con las 6 maletas que llevábamos, una van amplia, moderna y limpia fue un viaje muy seguro al hotel. Una mención especial para nuestra anfitriona Lisa y a su equipo de trabajo, los cuales siempre estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades y nos ayudaron con el envío del equipaje extra directo a Beigin.

Accés ràpid al metro i hi han centres comercials allà mateix per comprar el que faci falta. Atenció molt ràpida i eficient per part del propietari en solucionar les incidències que hagin pogut sorgir.

Els utensilis de cuina una mica limitats, i els plats per menjar eren de diseny i forma diferent. No ès que sigui molt important, però pel que costen quatre plats podríen ser tots iguals.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis par l'équipe qui a été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour, toujours disponible et réactive. L'appartement était très pratique, tant par ses équipements que son emplacement près des commerces de proximité et du métro. Je recommande vivement !

El alojamiento está muy nuevo, justo encima de una estación de metro a la que puedes ir sin salir del edificio. Además, hay un food court justo debajo de la casa con diferentes restaurantes. El personal que lleva estos alojamientos es muy amable, limpiaron mi habitación y cambiaron las sábanas y fue todo muy bien. Volvería.

Solo diría que me pareció un poco caro para ser China y no estar en el centro. Entiendo que los apartamentos son elegantes pero creo que el precio podría ser un poco más ajustado ya que además, iba sola.

La vista dalla finestra prima di tutto! La struttura ordinata e curata. La posizione, praticamente sopra la fermata della linea 8 e con tutti i servizi indispensabili che Shanghai offre a portata di mano. Sono state 4 settimane favolose!

Great location, conveniently located at a metro stop with supermarket, different restaurants and cafes just outside the door. Amazing views on downtown Shanghai and great for moving in between university Handan Campus and the city center. The team is kind and responsive and happy to help with anything on request. The apartment is quiet and has everything that you might need for a shorter or longer stay.

Cleaner could be slightly more thorough in cleaning surfaces and removing hair.

Très bien placé avec la ligne 8 au pied de l'immeuble, ce qui facilite l'accès au reste de la ville. Les hôtes, Liza et Samuel, ont facilité et résolu les différents problèmes rencontrés. Très serviables. Je recommande.

Schöne Wohnung mit genügend Platz für fünf Personen. Gute Lage in einem vitalen Viertel. Wer es gerne lokal mag, findet in den Nebenstraßen die typischen chinesischen Läden und Garküchen. Mit der Metro 8 und 2 ist man in 30 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind absolut hilfsbereit, freundlich und kulant.

Alles bestens, es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Прекрасное расположение! Очень удобно, что прям из дома вход в метро. Рядом три супермаркета. До центра 20 минут на метро и такси. До ЖД вокзалов 50 минут. До аутлета час на метро. Диснейленд-55 минут. Аэропорт 45 минут. Апартаменты чистые. Полотенца, уборка, смена белья по запросу, все делают быстро, четко. Очень удобно, что есть стиральная машина, гель для стирки также предоставляется. Есть холодильник, свч, электро плита, вся посуда. Можно и приготовить и разогреть. Вообщем все очень практично для комфортного отдыха как взрослым, так и с детьми.

Что нет ни одного российского канала или приложений на телевизоре (и возможности их установить) , таких как ИВИ, Окко, Кинопоиск. Вечером было удобно посмотреть кино после экскурсий.

Great size apartment with seperate bedroom, lots of room for storage and hanging up clothes. Has washing machine with dryer as well as clothes airer and clothes hanger. Big sized shower with great water pressure. Owners/hosts are lovely people who were extremely responsive with any questions we had. Our flight was delayed so they sent us directions of how to get to apartment and self check in instructions, then arranged to meet with us the next day to show us more details of the apartment (how to use the air con, cook top, washing machine etc). Good air con which is in both lounge and bedroom. Full size fridge and freezer, along with kitchen and cooking utensils. Metro station is in basement of building so super easy access. Easy to get to ‘main’ attractions via Metro or Didi (which is so cheap in China). Apartment we had had big windows (that open) with open view from them. Very happy with this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a great stay. What truly made our experience special were the hosts, Lisa and Samuel. They were super kind, welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. They were always available whenever we needed assistance and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable. The location was also very convenient for exploring Shanghai, and after busy days discovering the city, it was lovely to come back to such a comfortable place. There is a Metro Station and huge shopping area next to apartment building. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this apartment again if we return to Shanghai❤️ Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tout, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des alentours.

En revanche, le principal point négatif concerne la propreté, qui mériterait vraiment d’être améliorée.

Very clean and tidy room with fresh sheets, towels and amenities. The bed was so comfortable and I slept like baby after walking around Shanghai. The staffs are so friendly and so helpful. I would stay here when I come to Shanghai again. The air conditioning was perfect for summer. The sleepers were luxurious.

Zostałem odebrany późno w nocy, obiekt zapewnił taksówkę z lotniska w dość dobrej cenie. Po przyjeździe gospodraz przyjął mnie oraz wszystko wytłumaczył. Pokój super, duży, wygonde łóżko wszystko czyste i nowe a poza tym sano mieszkanie niesamowicie skomunikowane. Jest położone tak jakby w galerii, więc dosłownie windą zjeżdżamy do food hallu pełnego jedzenia oraz do metra linii 8, lepiej sie nie da.

Well-situated, well equipped. Nice gym! They have a contract with a small local gym right downstairs, which means you get much more to work with than in an average hotel gym. Also, the managers of the hotel were really kind, they even let us checkout later as our train was leaving rather late. Many thanks for that!

Location! Take train line 2 to people square and transfer to line 8 directly to the building, super convenient. There are restaurants and cafe at the building. Staff - Samuel’s service is great and helpful.

The location was amazing, we loved being right near the metro and having great food options just below us. The apartment was quite comfortable and included a washer/dryer which was handy.

Метро в этом же здании. Магазин продуктовый для европейского человека в этом же здании. Две электрические кастрюльки - можно делать на пару. Тихий номер- этаж у нас был 21 и шикарный вид на Будун. Хорошая удобная кровать. В душе можно включить лампы для обогрева - приятно тепло как в сауне. Хороший кондиционер и стиральная машина - бесшумные. Можно спуститься и использовать тренажерный - зал . Проход из здания в торговый зал без улицы.

Too short a stay

As a mom of four, traveling can be challenging. This trip, I brought my third 2 year’s old and fourth (2 months old)children back to Shanghai to visit my parents, so having a comfortable and convenient place to stay was especially important. The location is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other daily necessities just a few minutes’ walk away, making everything very easy with young children. What I appreciate most is the flexible check-in and check-out arrangements, which really helped accommodate our travel schedule. The staff are always friendly, patient, and welcoming. They noticed I was traveling with my baby and were happy to provide extra bottled water every day so I could prepare formula. It’s these thoughtful little gestures that made us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you to the entire team for another great stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Shanghai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with children.

Läget, storleken på lägenheten med precis allt man behövde i kök och badrum, tvättmaskin, rent, mycket tillmötesgående personal. Tyst och lugnt nattetid/välisolerat.

Gammal AC vars fläktvolym inte gick att sänka, annars funkade den bra. Jättefin lägenhet, dock inte som på bilderna då slitaget är filtrerat.

The building is a bit old.

The staff contacted us before our arrival to make sure we knew where to go and how to check in & we received a list of local food recommendations.(Thank you Samuel). The check in process was easy and we had all we needed in the apartment to make sure that we were comfortable.It was a bonus to be able to do our washing here.The location was ideal having access to many food choices and the subway was easily accessible via the building via the attached mall.

Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb der City aber inmitten einer Shopping Mall mit alles was man täglich braucht, inklusive Bahnstation zur Innenstadt und zahlreiche Restaurants. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles Nötige, ausreichend Küchenutensilien, auch Waschmittel fürs Geschirr sowie Waschmaschine. Der Service ist super. Helfen auch bei Restaurant-Reservierung da wir als Touristen keine eigene China-Mobilnummer hatten (Data-Sim). Fotos sahen wie in real aus. Alles soweit sauber gewesen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Die Betten/Matratzen waren etwas hart und führten zu leichten Rückenschmerzen.

Location easy access to metro, food, pharmacy and owner very helpful

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the very end. They allowed us to check-in late at night and arranged a driver for us. We were welcomed the next day with clear explanation and a coffee. The flat was clean, big, with a great view on the skyline. The subway was literally downstairs, as well as a food court if needed. We could leave our bags securely after check-out and the staff gave us a very positive impression! Thanks!

Loved the location, the size of the apartment and most-welcoming hosts! Shanghai one love!

The hosts Samuel and Lisa were very responsive via WeChat and Booking.com. They even came to greet us at the metro station which happens to be in the basement of the building, even after giving us instructions on how to reach the property. Perfect cozy place for 2 that is very close to all the Shanghai monuments, with a beautiful view at night (especially from the 22nd floor).

The kitchen could’ve been better stocked with some spices or condiments to make cooking easier.

Le personnel fut tout d’abord remarquable. Le responsable est venu me chercher lui même à la station de Métro. Les installations étaient modernes et les locaux très propres. Et les conseils de restauration donné par le gérant, m’ont permis d’éviter les restaurants à touristes et de goûter aux plaisirs de la vraie cuisine locale, merci Samuel ! La proximité du métro permet de se déplacer facilement dans toute la ville sans se ruiner.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, always available and speaking excellent English. They were happy to help with any questions, which made the stay especially comfortable. The location is great, very close to the city center. What really impressed me was that the metro station is located directly on the lower level of the building — you don’t even need to go outside. There is also an Aldi supermarket just about 50 meters away in the neighboring building, which is very convenient. On the lower level, there is a food court where you can eat well and affordably. The room itself was cozy and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

I would have preferred more frequent cleaning — during 12 days, the room was cleaned only once, and only after we requested it. Perhaps we misunderstood the system, and cleaning is provided upon request so as not to disturb guests unnecessarily — we just didn’t realize this. There was a slight musty smell in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a kitchen towel available — we ended up buying one ourselves. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but this is, of course, a personal preference.

The apartment was nice, and the hostess, Liza, received us very well. She was amazing and helped us with a lot of tips and with our bookings for some of our activities. The apartment has a kitchenette, laundry machine and dryer, which was really handy. Location was perfect as we had access to the metro station just a few steps away, and also accessible from the lift. There is a mall with food and Aldi. Also nearby, there is a street with a lot of food locals and street food too. It was really good. The team which helped us with a couple of things was also amazing and took care of us. Liza and her team was great and we really appreciate their help with our first days of travel in China. Thanks Liza and team!

One of the best stays ever. The apartment had a fantastic view of Shanghai. We could see the top of Shanghai Tower and part of the Oriental Pearl tower. Located right by a metro stop, easy 20 minutes to downtown. The building is right next to a lovely local mall with loads of restaurants. Great local neighborhood for authrntic experience. Amazing Peace Park 7 minute walk away. Grocery store next to building. The apartment itself rates with any 4 star or even higher hotel room. Spacious, well equipped, clean, just perfect. Washer/dryer in apartment. And the staff were so kind and responsive to any questions. Fabulous stay!

Our stay here was excellent from start to finish. The hosts, Samuel and Lisa, were helpful and attentive throughout. Even before our arrival, they checked if we needed airport transfer and took care of everything by coordinating with the chauffeur. Once we reached, they provided detailed information, helpful suggestions, and even a list of nearby food options, which made settling in very easy. They were always just a message away whenever we needed anything. The standout feature of this place is definitely the location. It’s directly connected to Metro Line 8 (B1 level), making travel extremely convenient. It’s also linked to Xuhui Mall, which has plenty of food and coffee options, a kids’ playground, and a super convenient ALDI store for groceries and daily essentials. Everything we needed was right there, so food and connectivity were never an issue. We stayed with our 6-year-old child, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

One thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door. The door was made of frosted glass, which still didn’t provide full privacy. It would have been much better if it were completely opaque and had a proper lock. With a young child running around, it can get a bit awkward and inconvenient.

I liked everything really. The location and access of the apartment is great because it’s connected to the mall below and has direct access to the subway on B1. The apartment itself was enough for me and my friend also, it was pretty clean and had kitchen and dining utensils which was perfect since we bought a lot of food at the Aldi downstairs. Plus, the washer and dryer was a big help for us since we didn’t bring home any laundry anymore. As for the hosts, Lisa and Samuel went above and beyond by answering all our questions and immediately replying when we needed help. Also, big thanks to Samuel for meeting me at the station when I noticed after checkout that I left my eyeglasses and bracelet. Overall will definitely stay here again☺️

We had problems with our apartment, but the owners were able to helps us move to another one immediately. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. Beds were not comfortable at all, neither were the pillows. Not recommended for long stays.

Fantastic location above a mall complex with a food court and shops and the metro station in the basement.. so you had easy access to the city. the Haping peace oark is 10 minutes walk away which is a lovely big park with a lake and coffee shops. Where you can experience local life The rooms were great furnished to a high standard and very clean. Liza and her team were excellent at answering any questions and sorting out transfers to airport and train stations etc. Highly recommend

Location was great, kitchen was minimal but sufficient. Comfy bed and really helpful staff, Samuel met us outside when we couldn’t find the property and was really responsive on WeChat during our stay with any questions we had about the property or Shanghai.

Not an extensive range of utensils, glasses, plates etc. Bathroom could use a better clean, there was some mould around the shower. Couch made the bedroom smaller/awkward and meant no nightstand on one side of bed. All small things though we would definitely stay again if we visited Shanghai:)

The location is super good, a shopping downstairs with several coffee shops and local food. Line 8 can be reached with 5 mins walk. All kinds of equipment such as washing machine, hair dryer, refrigerator and TV are included. It's also easy and safe to get the online delivery to the doorstep.

It would be even better if there was a place to hang clothes and laundry.

Friendly and attentive service staff, communication using WeChat App. Located in a residential area, connected to mall focus on education services. A number of food and restaurant near the apartment and a small Aldi supermarket just downstairs.

Traveling to or returning from CBD during peak hours may take more than 45 mins due to heavy traffic. The property bedroom layout is awkward with blocked access to part of the bed.

Located very well with multiple shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. Easily accessible by car/metro.

Mixed up the booked room with the available ones at that period, but that’s not a big deal.
