Zeer beperkte schoonmaak. Raam kijkt uit op een muur waardoor er geen natuurlijk daglicht in de kamer komt.

The room was not ready when we reached the hotel at 2pm, we were asked to wait ,the room was given after 30 mins and the room was not airy and claustrophobic . They were interested in upgrading the extra payment The next day the room was changed after we complained about the room, the rooms with city facing were charged higher ,the standard rooms were all facing the ducts well

La habitación muy chica!! Me dijeron q me hacían un upgrade de habitación y yo contenta acepto y cuando fuimos, me di cuenta q era la misma q había reservado, no se en que fue el upgrade! La entrada al hotel es por una callejon mal oliente y sucio. El personal si bien fue amable pero no hablan inglés.

I like the location, it’s close to The Bund and Nanjing Pedestrian Road. The staffs were so nice and supportive that one of them even volunteered to wash and dry our clothes in the hotel’s laundry so we can go out. The bedroom was so cleaned and modern in design. Breakfast was delicious and Coke in can at anytime was on the house. Very satisfied.

The room wasn't very big, but it was spacious enough for a comfortable four-day stay. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel has an excellent laundry service, which is much needed in Shanghai's heat.

The room was very small & Very noisy. The cleaner is not every day provide the one time toothbrush. The staff is not helpful for the after washing the cloth delivered to the room. I stay other Atour hotel when we wash or after dryer will help us to send room .

Địa điểm khách sạn rất tuyệt vời, siêu gần đường Nanjing và bờ sống Thượng Hải, đi bộ vài phút là đến. Chung khách sạn cũng nhiều quán ăn ngon, Nhân viện luôn vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Phòng ở cũng khá thoải mái, vệ sinh sạch sẽ mỗi ngày. Gia đình tôi rất thích.

Khi nhận phòng lần đầu gia đình tôi được xếp vào 1 căn phòng rất nhiều mùi thuốc lá trong phòng, sau đó nhân viên đã hỗ trợ đổi phòng khác. Tuy nhiên vào ngày cuối hệ thống thông gió của phòng của tôi lại đầy mùi thuốc lá từ phòng khác. Và vấn đề khách hút thuốc ở các khu vực cấm hút thuốc cũng nhiều. Tôi mong khách sạn bố trí khu vực hút thuốc và không hút thuốc rõ ràng hơn.

La ubicacion es excelente. Esta muy cerca para ir a pie, entre el Bund y la calle Nanjing Road. Las habitaciones bien, comodas y muy limpias. No tiene grandes servicios ( espacios comunes, cafeteria ...) pero en nuestro caso no los necesitabamos. No probamos el desayuno aunque nos pareció que era demasiado oriental para nosotros. Pero justo enfrente tienes un Starbucks En resumen si buscas muy buena ubicacion para moverte en Shangai , a una buena relacion calidad precio lo recomendamos

Por ponerle una pega a ventana de las habitaciones dan a un callejón.

المرحاض والشور ملتصقان مع الغرفة ولا توجد خصوصية اذا كان معي شخص ، لا توجد ثلاجه ولا يوجد شاهي وقهوة سريعة للتحضير ولا سكر ، وخدمة يوجد وجبة إفطار ولا وخدمة الغسيل جيدة ولكن لا يوجد احد لكويها .

The location was perfect just a block from Nanjing East station and a stroll to the Bund and the staff were great, from offering a cold drink when we arrived to always ensuring we had plenty of water.. The room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in der Hankou Road. Ideal um fussläufig und mit der Metro die Stadt zu erkunden. Kleine nette Restaurants im Umfeld.

Die günstgeren Zimmer haben nur eingeschränkt Platz und keinen Kühlschrank. Die besseren Superiorzimmer, auf das wir umgebucht haben, ist dann doch auch für Shanghai recht teuer. Wegen der Lage würden wir aber trotzdem wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn wir in Shanghai sind.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

The room was quite small. The sink was installed right next to the entrance door, with the kettle and glasses placed beside it. As a result, water would easily splash onto the surrounding area while washing your hands or face, which was not very practical. In addition, the window was very small and narrow, and it faced a wall, so there was almost no natural light or view.

Location, staff, breakfast buffet, AC, price, toiletries and cleanliness. Very importantly, free laundry including the detergent, softener and disinfectant which is a huge plus. This allows you to pack less giving room for all the shopping you’ll do.

Rooms of the same class vary in size but they are fairly reasonable. No closet or drawers to store clothes or luggage. You just have a few hangers. There’s a bench enough for a medium-large luggage and if you have another one, it’ll go on the floor. The hotel entrance is probably the biggest downside to the whole experience although you kinda get used to it. Being said, it can definitely be improved.

Well positioned with just a 5 minute walk to The Bund

Staff tried to pull a shifty regarding the room rate. However once I explained that the superior room that they tried to get us to pay extra for was currently discounted to the regular twin room, they finally acquiesced.

Location is great, walkable distance to the Bund and very conveniently located near Starbucks and grocery stores.

Room is equipped with just a small window (cannot open) which the hotel should describe more clearly at the booking page to manage expectations. Breakfast restaurant is also small - hard to find seats at peak hours so that impact on the overall experience as well.

I like almost everything specially the very helpful staff and location. I was very comfortable and even though the hotel is by the main road, it wasnt too noisy in my room.

That the breakfast and advertised late night food is not available.

De locatie was voor ons perfect, heel dichtbij eettentjes, loopafstand naar de rivier Bund, t.o. hotel 7 Eleven en een enig theehuis. Dichtbij metro lijn 2 en natuurlijk East Nanjing shopping street. Het hotel ligt een beetje verstopt maar is zeer netjes, aardig personeel spreekt niet veel Engels maar zeer behulpzaam. Mini loungehoekje, wasservice, ontbijt € 6,- pp en zeer uitgebreid. Hotelkamer zeer schoon met handige sensor lampjes bij het bed en in de badkamer voor de nacht. Elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Bed ligt stevig (voor ons perfect) fijne hoofdkussens. En de douche is geweldig goed. En als topper uitchecktijd van 14:00 uur!

Hôtel super bien situé, à côté du Bund mais dans une rue calme et à 5 minutes à pied du métro (East Nanjing Road). Moderne, propre et très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner,.café et eau à volonté et buanderie gratuite (très pratique en voyage)! Très bon choix pour un séjour au centre ville

There wasn’t much lightning in the apartment, it was so dim.

It's great location, nice staff and facilities. But overall great place and had a lovely time.

The room windows are basically non-existent. Our room had a window, but it opened directly onto the wall of the next building, which was right up against it.

The location is perfect, it's at the Bund and it's near Nanjing Road - a couple of blocks away. The train station was also very near, about 10 minutes walk. The street is quiet at night. Quite a lot of food and coffee places nearby. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out a little later. They were very considerate of our travel times.

It's a bit difficult to find since it's located in an alley, but there is a huge sign board to tell people that the hotel is inside. It takes a bit of effort. There is no "lobby" to drop off and pick up.

We arriveerden rond 14:00 en kamer was nog niet klaar. Rond 14:30 vroeg ik of kamer klaar was en toen moest hij nog bellen en we konden onze kamers in. Personeel erg behulpzaam maar had niet aangegeven dat er gratis midnight snack was. Ze vroegen alleen of wij ontbijt willen bijbestellen. Gratis tandenborstels en flesjes water gekregen bij inchecken.

因為外面就是馬路，所以車子的吵雜聲非常大聲，8211房的窗戶壞掉、關不緊且沒有維修，這可能也是聲音非常吵雜的原因之一

one window didn’t close properly. the acoustic isolation is non existing, we could ear every person passing in the corridor or in other rooms. The toilet is microscopoc and the door doesn’t close completely so no privacy. the price is not justified even in the location.

The location is probably the well-liked. Within 5 mins walk to the bund. Cleanliness - they do clean the room well.

There are some flies in the room despite the cleaner does clean our room regularly and we stayed in level 4. The windows are closed as well. Which they probably come from the shower I guess. Rooms are smaller with no fridge - which I would consider a 3 star hotel.

The new room we changed to was newly renovated. Bathroom was similar layout but I guess they realised the stupidity of the older rooms. So door swung outwards and could easily close the door and lay the floor mat. There was also no step to get into the shower area. Shower head was totally different with a wonderful powerful burst. Location was superb with minutes walk to The Bund and Nanjing Rd Shopping are. There were 2 coffee places just outside of the hotel and a 7-11 store. Housekeeping gave several bottles of water in the room and also topped up fridge with green tea and black tea daily. Pillow was firm though low so my son who is broad shouldered got a neckache. But totally comfy for me. If staff had not changed us to this renovated room, I totally believe our Shanghai trip will end with much regrets. This is my first time staying in Atour and probably the last cos dont have the confidence Atour's rooms can be new, modern and comfortable.

We totally didn't like the Superior Twin room we booked- Nothing superior at all. I could accept a small room cos the location is after all near the Bund. But a TOTALLY NON-FUNCTIONAL BATHROOM I just couldn't accept. Door swung inwards towards the toilet bowl. So to close the door, you gotta stand on a elevated part on the side to the shower area. Fall risk. Which also meant you couldn't put in a floor mat cos the door would brush it aside. OMG on this... Then the rusty showerhead could not stay in place and the head had a spout with only maybe 15 holes of water coming out. So had to hold the showerhead for a slow shower. When we first entered the room there was a musky smoke smell, We turned up the aircon hoping it would go away. But it got so bad we had to call the Reception, who then offered to let us change room. The only room available at 10.30pm was a renovated higher grade room (which we totally love!). Staff told us we had to change room again next morning to the category we booked. Else we could opt to pay 1800 yuan to upgrade. What! Totally unacceptable. I insisted they checked our room for the smell and condition and to speak to the manager, which he agreed was bad smell. After consulting the manager, we were then allowed to stay in the upgraded room for the entire stay without paying extra.

Die ersten beiden Zimmer, die uns zugewiesen worden, haben extrem nach Kotze gerochen. Es schien etwas mit der Klimaanlage verteilt zu werden. Erst nachdem eine Nacht vergangen war und der Manager geholt wurde, konnte ein geruchsneutrales Zimmer zugeteilt werden. Wirklich uncooles Personal. Auch bei anderen Belangen nicht hilfreich..

Very convenient location, and good value for money. Room was small but comfortable. Helpful staff. Was happy with the late checkout offered (2pm).

Entrance was hard to find. I did circles for 30min :). It is located 2 blocks parallel to Nanjing road, and it is good if some directions are provided to foreign tourists.

This was supposed to be a non smoking property but there were people smoking with doors open.

Location is great! Super near to Bund and Nanjing road. Staff was extremely helpful, I needed to order some Chinese medicine online and they did it for me. Every evening there is a small snacks (dumplings and soups), free of charge.

WiFi doesn’t work for the UK apps but that’s not the hotels issue. Previous comment on the review about finding the hotel is partly true as it doesn’t show up on a map. Walked past it earlier in my visit when in a different hotel so knew where it was, address is correct but opposite is a Starbucks on Hankou Rd which is on Amap. Wouldn’t use google for the reason above as its GPS is out.

Property has everything we needed. Room was clean and modern, location was perfect. Nice toiletries and helpful staff. Free use of laundry if you need it.

It was fine for our purposes which was just to sleep there.

Great location, quiet room, fast elwvators

We got offered another room when we informed about a bad smell in our room, however the smell was present there as well. So then the staff kindly refunded us for the rest of the nights we booked :)

Хороший отель , который находится рядом с набережной и прогулочной улицей. Есть бесплатная прачечная в отеле. Каждый день приносили питьевую воду. Нам понравились подушки в отеле , очень удобные , поэтому мы купили там же такие подушки домой с хорошей скидкой ( про подушки можно спросить на ресепшене)

Beds were comfortable. Generous with complimentary water and toiletries. They gave us new bedroom slippers every night. Reception staff are helpful, whether it’s helping to login to meituan or any other matters.

Two things. First, there is no proper lobby area for car to drop off passengers. You stop along the roadside, and walk into an alley like lane to the hotel reception. Second, the windows are not sound proof and you can literally hear noises from the roads and surroundings at night and in the morning.

I had been in 3 atour hotels during my trip to china, the first 2 were perfect. this hotel disappointed me. The entrance is neglected and inappropriate for a 4 star hotel. Moreover, I think they didnt give us the same room i booked. I booked an elegant room, and they gave me a very small room. The room was too small, bed uncomfortable. I didnt argue with them since this was my last booking in china.

The breakfast is the highlight. There's so much food to try and they even make noodles/wonton for you on the spot and there are plenty of toppings to choose from to add to them. Anothere excellent thing are the beds. They are firm and super comfy. The same goes for the pillows, which are typically terrible in hotels. They constantly give you free bottles of water when they clean the room and even when you check in and check out. Even though the staff barely knows a few words of English, they are ready to help and use translator apps when needed. The location is awesome. A 100m from the Bund and close to the center.

The rooms are dusty, and there's only one small window. When you check in, they try to get you to go for an upgrade which is super expensive.

They were very kind and helpful. The hotel is great and the rooms are very confortable. The location is the best location ever. More than excellent!

Rooms for clean and staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good value for money as well as being very well located.

The entire entrance to the hotel from the road is a major letdown and it would be so much better if that area were tiled it would make a huge difference to the first impression of the hotel.

Nanjing roada birkaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Oldukça merkezi, otelin hemen karşısında kafeler var. Sabahları kolayca kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz.
