Reviewed Jul 14, 2026No me gustó en lo absoluto porque la habitación estaba muy sucia ! Llena de toallas usadas por otras personas, la cama no estaba hecha. El edificio era un poco viejo y sin aire acondicionado.

Je suis venu avec ma femme et il nous a demandé, de manière agressive, de prendre des photos de nos pièces d’identité, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans les instructions. De plus, chaque fois que j’entre ou que je sors, il me fixe de façon insistante, au point que j’ai l’impression d’être surveillé ou fouillé du regard. En revanche, l’appartement était très agréable et correspondait parfaitement aux photos

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Заселение прошло быстро, хозяин оперативно отвечал на сообщения. Расположение апартоментов отличное, в соседнем знании супермаркет и пекарня, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, рядом остановка трамвая. В квартире есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности.
Окно закрывалось не полностью, в квартире было прохладно, не помешал бы обогреватель. Дешевая и туалет совместны и территория очень маленькая, человеку с лишним весом будет проблематично. Шторка для душа легкая, во время принятия душа прилипала к телу было очень некомфортно.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The property is in a very convenient location. Close to the Medina area, and many cafes and restaurants. The space was compact, but contained everything needed for a pleasant stay whether cooking in the apartment or not. It was surprising how efficiently the space is used - everything needed is there, even a small refrigerator. The WiFi worked fine and also the TV. The host was friendly with good communication.
The only thing that was difficult was bringing my heavy suitcase up and down 3 flights of stairs. The hallways and staircases also did not have lights, so it was a bit difficult to leave the apartment & return at night.

Emplacement exceptionnel, à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités : commerces, cafés, transports et administrations. L’appartement est lumineux, bien agencé et très agréable à vivre, avec une atmosphère calme malgré sa situation centrale. Idéal aussi bien pour une résidence principale que pour un investissement sûr. Une opportunité rare à ne pas manquer

There was nothing in their policy about my fiancé is staying with me. I understood and decided to stay in the apartment myself, but the guard and the staff were very rude to me. They would not show me how to work the lock box or unlock anything. I couldn’t even get in the apartment. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Morocco.

L'appartement : on se sent chez soi, le lit est très confortable, propreté impeccable, décoration avec gout et soignée, au calme car coté jardin de la résidence, eau bien chaude dans la salle de douche, résidence avec gardien. Localisation : à 100m des lignes Tram 1 et 2, très pratique pour rejoindre la médina ou le mall Arribat Center, arret ligne bus L10, plusieurs commerces, dont un Carrefour Market, au pied de l'immeuble et restaurants. La médina et la tour Hassan sont à 10mn à pied, , la plage de Rabat est à 20 mn à pied.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Sehr zentral gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Seitensteaßen rund um den Wohnblock. Vom Eigentümer super beschrieben und die Security (24h/Nachts !!) war sehr wachsam und überaus freundlich. Somit hat man sich auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Klein - aber fein. Für 2 Personen top. Im gleichen Block gab es auch ein Kaffee, in dem man frühstücken konnte, das ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. So super zentral, dass Medina (10min) und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten in relativer Laufweite waren und man kein Auto bräuchte.
Bad ist mini-klein. Um zwischen Waschbecken und Duschwand vorbei zum Klo und in die Dusche zu kommen, darf man nicht übergewichtig sein...

1-Tercera planta sin ascensor. 2-Falta de climatización. 3-Dificultad para acceder a la ducha y el 🚽 por falta de espacio causado por la mampara de la ducha y el lavabo a la entrada al cuarto de baño,así que desrecomendo a personas gordas porque yo entrabas de costado 😂 y no soy gordo.

Reviewed May 26, 2025TV worked nicely, lots of customisability with the lights, the couch was comfortable - the bed too. Felt safe, the staff were friendly. ATM, convenient store, "tramway" (train station), within 1minute walk. As well as some places to eat. The LEDs in the ceiling added a nice touch. Has a nice view onto the garden below from the window. Has a fridge to keep drinks chilled.
Couple ants spotted on the counter, and a trail of them under the bathroom door - wasn't cooking food while I was there - and wasn't bothered by them. Hard to notice them on the black counter though. You could hear the odd chatter in the hallway, but it was fairly quiet, and I slept well. The amenities provided were half full (hand soap/shampoo/body wash). The gap between the sink and shower might be a tight squeeze if you have a wide waist - thankfully I don't.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2025Awful stay. We arrived in the early evening after a super long drive and the place was still occupied by someone else (or at least it seemed to be anyway). Bedsheets unmade, urine in the bathroom, food left out on the table. We tried to call the owner and no response until 11pm - we had to find somewhere else ourselves. The owner did eventually apologise but when I explained that we had to pay extra for our last minute reservation elsewhere, he just ignored me. Terrible service and therefore I cannot recommend.

Comes with all cooking equipment you could possibly want. Comfortable and clean and modern. On the 3rd floor. Quiet. There is a Carrefour supermarket just across the street as well.
There was an issue with the windows not closing properly. Other than that, 10/10
