A special thank you to Soufiane, who was always in contact with us and kindly showed me the apartment. His hospitality and helpfulness made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend Balima and would be happy to stay again. Thank you for the great hospitality!
The only downside was that there is no elevator, which can be a little inconvenient, especially with luggage. Otherwise, everything was great.

Perhaps some tissue papper would be sufficient.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026la superficie du logement très spacieux, son lit Queen size, sa localisation, sa propreté, son équipement très complet (sans micro-onde néanmoins). Il y avait bien un four, mais quand on vient pour une semaine et pour travailler on n'a pas vraiment le temps de cuisiner! le style art déco préservé de cet immeuble ancien. Le fait de ne pas ouvrir avec des clés mais avec un code, ce qui permettait de ne pas craindre de perdre les clés. La gentillesse de Soufiane qui m'a introduite dans le logement et expliqué son fonctionnement.

It had all necessities needed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Though very close to restaurants and shops, no noise during the night so you get a good night sleep.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The view out the balcony was impeccable, the comfort was top notch, one of the cleanest places I’ve been to, a walk away from anything I needed, ac worked to the nines, and the lamps added a great touch in the living room and bedroom, the roller shutter blinds completely black out so it was perfect for a midday nap, staff was nice all over, door to door with one of the best ambiance restaurants in rabat.
3rd floor and no elevator unfortunately, stairs had no lights in them but I only stayed one night could’ve been a temporary issue, the dining table/chairs extremely noisy (should install rubber nubs on them), appartment door can’t be closed from the inside, and bedroom doesn’t have a key (as far as I’m aware)

Otra cosa que tampoco se comenta es que es una cuarta planta sin ascensor, que de haberlo sabido me hubiera mirado otra cosa.
La caja fuerte no funcionaba, y no sabía que era un cuarto piso sin ascensor que de haberlo sabido no lo hubiera cogido.

Le nom Balima XI laisse supposer que la suite se trouve dans l'hôtel Balima avenue Mohammed V, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Mais l'adresse indiquée est effectivement et clairement indiquée rue Tanta et non pas avenue Mohammed V.

I didn't like that before arrival (2 hours before) I was being told that the main Apartment is under maintenance. I would have appreciated it if it showed before booking that the main Suite Balima building is under maintenance. Other than that all was good.

L’appartement est situé dans un ancien bâtiment. C’est glauque. Il faut payer 15 € pour les frais de ménage, même si on reste une seule nuit. C’est abusé. Les réservations sont gérées par des intermédiaires et il n’y a aucune proximité.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Excellent location near airport bus, main train station and trams. Responsive, lovely agent. Large bed, high ceilings, quiet enough (some daytime construction). Apartment is nicely finished.Great fruit smoothie place at the end of the block.
Poor frying pans, cooking implements could be better quality. Kitchen chairs need felt pads underneath the feet (screeching noise when moved), code lock for suite entry is a long code & we had difficulty using it a few times (too many mistakes, then locked out, had to contact the night manager by Wi-Fi, easily resolved but a pain)

Reviewed May 8, 2026L’appartement est propre, chic, élégant et très confortable. Dès qu’on y entre, on ressent immédiatement une atmosphère agréable et apaisante. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement Ibrahim et Omar pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. Ils sont toujours serviables, gentils, hospitaliers et attentifs aux besoins des clients. Leur disponibilité et leur sens du service rendent chaque séjour particulièrement agréable. Un petit détail qui pourrait encore améliorer l’expérience-client serait de mettre à disposition des pantoufles / chaussures d’intérieur. C’est un accessoire que beaucoup de clients oublient d’emporter, alors que cela rend le séjour plus confortable pour circuler à l’intérieur.

Reviewed May 5, 2026O apartamento é bastante grande, iluminado, arejado e bonito, o pé direito é incrível, tem uma sacada e o que fiquei tinha vista aberta para o Parlamento. A equipe foi muito gentil comigo, me atenderam em tudo que precisei. Tive um pequeno problema com o secador de cabelo, mas chamaram um técnico que logo trocou o aparelho. O prédio é bem no centro, perto de tudo. Tudo que fiz na cidade foi à pé. Foi realmente incrível a estadia, recomendo muito!
O único ponto negativo é que o prédio não tem elevador. Isso talvez possa ser uma questão para pessoas com mais idade ou comorbidades. Para mim e meu colega de quarto, isso não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia. Quando cheguei no hotel, a equipe nos ajudou a subir com as malas.

L’ultima volta che ho soggiornato in questo appartamento è stato nel 2019. Penso che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata generale!

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Het is super schoon, licht en rustig appartement met voor mij de perfecte lokatie (vlakbij Rabat gare ville, op loopafstand van de medina en andere leuke plekken). Heerlijk bed, heerlijke badkamer, prima keuken, fijne woonkamer. Alles is er. Bij aankomst verteld iemand hoe alles werkt en krijg je de codes.

El apartamento está ubicado en un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo que no se menciona en Booking. Por otro lado, para quienes valoran la televisión, el Smart TV no funcionaba. En mi caso no fue un inconveniente, ya que no suelo ver la tele. Lo demás perfecto, me dejaron una hora demás sin poner pega, volveré sin duda, pero no en el cuarto piso hhhh. Hay uno que tiene vista al parlamento y es chulisimo, donde me alojé en otra ocasión.
