Nichts zu beanstanden

Fantastic location right in the heart of porto. Most of Porto's sights and attractions are within a short walking distance. Cafes, restaurants and shops are right next door if needed. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay, especially for the price.

Other than a lack of an iron, I can't complain.

- L’emplacement > très proche du centre historique et de nombreux restaurant, - Literie confortable pour ma part (point négatif sur le bruit du matelas/surmatelas qui faisait beaucoup de bruit de « frottement/grincement ») - La climatisation

- l’absence totale d’insonorisation > nous n’avons quasiment pas pu dormir la première nuit car il y a un petit bar en face de l’appartement qui organisait une soirée et les gens criaient, parlaient fort et rigolaient dans la rue jusqu’à 4h20 du matin. Le camion poubelle est également passé à 2h du matin et l’insonorisation est tellement inexistante que nous avions l’impression d’avoir les personnes dans la chambre. J’ai écris à la propriétaire via Booking + Whatsapp le matin demandant s’il était possible de changer de chambre afin de ne pas être face a la rue > je n’ai obtenu réponse que le soir vers 20h en m’indiquant qu’il était possible de changer pour une chambre au 5eme étage mais avec un supplément de 20€ pour les frais de ménage. Vu l’heure tardive de réponse, nous avons préféré prendre sur nous étant donné que nous aurions finalement passer 1 seule nuit dans l’autre chambre. - Chambre au 4ème étage sans ascenseur > pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec peu de condition physique. Chaque étage est composé de 2 rangées d’une dizaine d’escaliers ce qui rend la montée assez longue

Very clean and spacious. Good location not too far from the Cerigo church/tower. We took advantage of the 15% discount to have a great breakfast at Balta Brunch. We used the washing machine to do a quick load of laundry.

Excellent location; great restaurants nearby; straightforward check-in

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The photos and description did not match the unit we were given, which set expectations much higher than what we arrived to. The furniture was different from what was shown and in worse condition. The sofa was too small for two people to sit comfortably, and the fridge barely cooled beyond room temperature. The bathroom also looked much cleaner and more modern in the listing than it did in reality. The apartment was advertised as bright and sunny with great views, but our unit faced storefronts with almost no view. The bedroom window opened into a very narrow gap between buildings. About two feet away was a large brick wall from the neighboring building. While it was possible to see a bit of sky when looking up, below the window was a dark, unfinished space between the buildings, which made the room feel dim and contributed to a musty smell. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard, and the pillows offered little support, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Heating was also an issue. The only heat source was an AC unit in the bedroom, so the bedroom became very warm while the kitchen and living area stayed cool to cold. The TV could not be used because there was no remote. We did not spend much time in the apartment, but it would have been nice to play music while getting ready for New Year’s or during late nights while adjusting to the time difference. Baltasar did bring a remote, but it did not work, and after I let him know, he stopped responding. Access to the apartment made us uncomfortable. There was only one key, and the door required a key to unlock from the inside. This meant that if one of us left with the key, the other was essentially locked inside without a way to exit, which did not feel safe. The shower was hot after adjusting the water heater as instructed, but there was only enough hot water for one person at a time.

Compact but convenient apartment with everything you need, and in an excellent location. While breakfast was not included, the associated Cafe Balta was 15% off, and served amazing breakfast!! Balthazar (cafe owner, I believe) managed the apartments also, and was super kind and helpful with anything we needed regarding our stay, including luggage storage and pre-packed breakfasts delivered for early for sight-seeing days. Would stay there again!

Because of the convenient location near bars and restaurants, there was a bit of noise some nights. (We solved this by turning on the bathroom fan and leaving that door open for “white noise.”) The linens were a little bit “tired” looking, but Balthazar gave us extra, and said that he is working with new management to upgrade. (We still wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.)

Nice and comfortable apartment in the middle of Porto. Very good location, great for sightseeing. I can fully recommend it for an amazing stay in this beautiful city.

WiFi was incredibly slow and inconsistent, often not working at all. Stairs to get to the room are difficult, but this was explained in the description

El menaje bastante escaso...y aunque entre los servicios figuraba una plancha no apareció. La limpieza (toallas,..bajo la cama..) mejorable...pero en general satisfecho. Son detalles que se solventan con poco esfuerzo...espero que el comentario ayude a mejorar.

cleanliness, location great, could walk to many things. Host friendly and great communication. Was great to be able to eat breakfast at their nearby cafe and receive a discount as a guest--great food and coffee. Plus they stored our luggage after check out.

Needed more toilet paper, which they gave us, the bath towels were a bit worn. Shower was warm, not hot.

Location, ambience of the area, apartment was as described, clean and functional. No problem finding it. Host was in contact by messaging and his breakfast cafe was superb. Really good quality food and a great way to start the day.

As I run a holiday let, I know the importance of smaller detail. The towels were poor quality, bath towel was too small, not really good enough in respect of the price for the room. The bar opposite was open until 3 AM, the noise was not excessive but loud and intrusive enough to keep us awake until the bar closed. The street is narrow so noise carries upwards. I was surprised how this disturbed our sleep.

The host was so accommodating and had a nice restaurant where we ate breakfast about a block uphill from the apartments. The a/c was really nice to have even though it wasn’t warm.

I wish I knew that the single studio that I was staying in was on the 5th floor of a 5 story walk up. I would have packed my luggage differently so I could have carried more in a backpack. My 40 pound check-in luggage was really tough to carry up those stairs.

Stil, dichtbij het centrum, veel faciliteiten dichtbij, Atm, restaurants, bezienswaardigheden, appartement ziet er vrij nieuw uit.

Bed beetje krap, douche water loopt langzaam weg, gladde tegels in cabine. Trappenlopen kan voor mensen met veel bagage een issue zijn, we zaten op de vijfde verdieping, maar hadden rugzakken, lekker stil daar

Die Lage, inmitten der Altstadt war wirklich toll.

Die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren nicht angenehm.

Nettes Apartment in der Altstadt von Porto, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Im zugehörigen Café um die Ecke gibt es sehr leckeres Frühstück. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und lag sehr zentral.

Il est, par contre, situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur et en face d un bar avec des gens sur trottoir en train de parler fort jusqu'à 2h du matin.

A great apartment, very tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, including A/C and WiFi. Nice location 10 mins walk from São Bento and just a few mins walk from main shopping streets and restaurants. Also some small shops and restaurants on the street itself. Manuel was communicative via online messages and offered any help needed.

Nothing. The bed could do with a slightly larger sheet as it wouldn’t tuck in properly so whenever I moved it came untucked and slid around a bit. But not a major problem. Also just for people’s information, the outer door to the apartments has to be pushed quite hard to close it, and often people would slam it very loudly to close it, so I jumped out of my skin on a few occasions in the middle of the night! I’m not bothered by noises, but being in the first apartment it was quite a shock when it happened so loudly! Also getting into the outer door, one evening it wouldn’t open so I went to the restaurant next door for help, who phoned the owners. It turns out you just need to pull it slightly and then push it. So if that happens to you, just give it a quick pull before pushing.

Amazing location, very central! Kitchen seemed well equipped and host was very kind and responsive! Air conditioner was also well appreciated in the summer heat.

Bed was not very comfortable

Ottima la disponibilità del caffè espresso in cucina. Ottima collocazione centrale. Salotto molto luminoso e confortevole.

Sarebbe comodo un armadio in camera. La biancheria del bagno era un po' consumata/ingiallita. La cucina andrebbe fornita con qualche attrezzo in più.

Baltasar était très à l'écoute et disponible pour nos différentes demandes, ça été très appréciable. Le logement est parfait en taille (nous étions deux adultes et un bébé) et la climatisation est un vrai plus en été. La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir Porto. La fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur un mur, cela permet d'être au calme pour dormir.

Il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié. Par contre nous aurions apprécié en supplément du lit bébé, une chaise bébé ainsi que quelques petites attentions à notre égard à notre arrivée dans le logement.

Me tocó el departamento del último piso , subir maletas es algo incómodo

Céntrico, acogedor y buenas vistas. El chico muy agradable y nos hizo descuento en su cafetería que estaba cerca del alojamiento. Estábamos al lado de todo y teníamos parking cerca. Recomendado

1. Retrete y ducha atrancados y esta última sin gel o productos básicos. 2. Es un quinto sin ascensor, nosotros somos jóvenes pero la maleta de 7 días tuvimos que subirla hasta el último piso. 3. La ropa de cama mejorable, no había bajera, estaba la sábana a modo de bajera y el cubre colchón se salía todo el rato Por lo demás todo bien, excepto el punto 2, todo puede arreglarse y con eso la estancia hubiera sido casi perfecta

Really friendly team - we met Katarina and Balthazar who were lovely (and they also run a very nice cafe round the corner). Excellent central location with many restaurants and cafes nearby and waterfront less than 10 mins away. Nice bathroom with space for your toiletries. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Luggage storage available.

We used the sofa bed which isn’t really big enough for an adult No storage space for clothes (ok for us as we were only staying three nights so we used the coat hooks of which there are plenty).

Läget var fantastiskt och nära till allt! Värden var så trevlig och ordnade med sen incheckning åt oss som hade ett sent flyg.

Tyvärr var utsikten från rummet obefintligt med ett fönster som gränsade till en husvägg, därav kunde rummet betraktas som något mörkt.

The property is perfectly located, close to all attractions. The best part of our stay was definitely Florinda, who is lovely and super helpful! She gave us wonderful recommendations we would not have found otherwise. Would definitely stay here again!

Just flagging there are quite a few stairs to climb (but nothing Florinda can do about it, as it’s a historical build and a lift cannot be added)

Great location, in city centre

Boa localização, tudo limpo, cama confortável, boas instalações com tudo funcional e boa comunicação com D. Florinda que foi uma simpatia durante toda a nossa estadia.

Recomendo que coloquem uma identificação do quarto junto à porta, chegamos tarde e sabíamos que era no 5ºT e no 4°F (agora penso que será T para “trás” e F para “frente”) tivemos que tentar nas portas até acertar.

Hemos estado 3 días y dos noches, todo genial, tanto el apartamento, su ubicación, calidad precio, y Florinda Y Víctor que son encantadores, íbamos cargados y nos ayudó a subir el equipaje, muchísimas gracias, volveremos🥰

Una ubicación excelente, cerca de todo lo interesante de oporto. Loft en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y una cama estupenda. La atención de Florinda excelente, de gran ayuda y simpatía.

Relación calidad/precio sobresaliente. Bien situado, cómodo y muy bien equipado. Limpio y todo muy nuevo. Bien aislado, mención especial para la cama. Espectacular. La atención por parte de la anfitriona perfecta, preocupándose en todo momento por nuestras necesidades y facilitándonos la estancia.

El único pero que se le puede poner, es que no tiene ascensor. Nos alojamos en el 5, para subir el equipaje es incómodo. En caso de haber problemas de movilidad, puede no ser la mejor opción.

Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement situé au cœur du centre historique de Porto, proche de toutes commodités. Appartement propre, tout équipé et calme. Accueil très chaleureux par Florinda, disponible, arrangeante et pleine de conseils et bons plans !

Élément à prendre en compte pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, plusieurs marches d’escaliers à monter. Ce qui n’a pas posé problème dans notre cas.

Localização ótima, quarto super acolhedor e com todas as condições! A simpatia e a disponibilidade da D. Florinda é qualquer coisa de extraordinário! Vamos voltar de certeza.

O moço que nos atendeu, Victor, foi muito atencioso. Os apartamentos eram bem limpos e dentro do que foi divulgado no anúncio.

A única coisa que não gostei foi ter que subir 5 andares de escada. O restante, foi perfeito!

Muy buena ubicación. Para pasar un par de días es suficiente.

Destacar que no hay ascensor y en nuestro caso nos tocó el quinto piso. Las almohadas son bastantes incómodas y a pesar de que hay ventanas, son muy pequeñas. Las sartenes estaban muy viejas, no se podían usar. Ponen las toallas justas y bastante robustas, muy poco agradables.

Confortable, acogedor y cerca de toda la zona turistica. Florinda y Víctor fueron muy amables con nosotros. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Volveremos
