Ở đây có người dọn phòng vô cũng Hãm l**.Dọn bẩn,lề mề,vừa làm vừa buôn điện thoại ầm ầm như ngoài đường.Có lúc sau cả con gái vào dọn và con gái nhà không quét rác trong nhà tắm nữ giấy chất đống không đổ.Khi khách phản ánh lại cho lễ tân thì lên chất vấn tra khảo khách xem khách có nói mình như vậy không.Vào phòng 4-5 khách đang nghỉ trưa cũng không mở mồm ra hỏi hay xin phép tắt điều hòa.Cứ ngắt cầu giao còn khách kệ khách đ’ qtam.Hi vọng ông Chủ Nhật Bản tỉnh táo và thay người dung túng cho loại lười như vậy chỉ khiến hosstel đi xuống.

Giường lớn và khá sạch

Đây là hostel đáng để bạn tới ĐN trải nghiệm.Giường to-sạch sẽ nhừ khá tmai.Nhưng với kinh nghiệm 1 người sống giữa Châu Âu và Châu Á như mình,mình góp ý các phòng nên dán tờ quy định phòng hostel. Mình ở đây khá dài ngày dính ngay mấy con Tây điên vô duyên vcl nó nói chuyện trong phòng ầm ầm như ngoài chợ và nói chuyện rất dai 4-5 tiếng.Khi mình nhắc nhở các bạn lễ tân nói chuyện lại thì các bạn có vẻ không muốn nhắc nên họ được thể nói chuyện sáng đêm đéo quan tâm ai đang ở phòng cần nghỉ ngơi.Tất cả hostel ở Hội An-hay các nơi khác ở ĐN và các nước châu Âu họ đều có dán thông báo quy định trong phòng.Nên mình chưa bao giờ gặp phải mấy việc mất lịch sự như vậy…Nói chuyện To còn thêm dấu điều khiển điều hòa😭😭😭 Hi vọng Hostel rút kinh nghiệm và có biện pháp tốt hơn để ko ảnh hưởng tới các khách khác khi lưu trú ở đây.

However, there are some staff members who are incredibly rude. She kept telling the hotel receptionist to tell the owner not to serve guests like me because I had told them about her filthy behavior and phone-chatting while working with the receptionist. A person at the bottom of society, yet always thinking she's right. They clean, balance the floors, and talk on the phone while working as if they were on the street. Sometimes they even send a female staff member in, and the female staff member doesn't sweep the floor in the women's bathroom, leaving it overflowing. When guests complain to the receptionist, they question the guests about whether the guests actually said the same thing. They enter rooms with 4-5 guests resting without asking permission or turning off the lights. They don't care about the guests' requests. One staff member went up to a room and bluntly told a guest, "This type of guest shouldn't be accommodated," and then automatically told the owner that they would never listen. 🙏 I beg the Japanese owner to be sensible and replace the staff. Tolerating such laziness only leads to the hotel's decline. the staff, the peace and quiet, the location, and the size of the beds +10

The rooms are extra spacious. The beds are super large and comfortable. It does get a little hot in the beds area because of the bed shutters because the cold air doesn’t come inside so you might want to keep the shutters slightly open.

I had booked a room with 4 beds but they gave me one with 6 because they overbooked. That was super frustrating at first but i got free breakfast as compensation lol. No elevator so have to climb 2 floors with luggage

Excelente instalaciones y el detalle del bar abajo lo hace perfecto porque la comida es deliciosa y muy económica.

Was supposed to be my first hostel experience but I was in a room with two males and I had thought I booked a female dorm. I didn’t feel comfortable staying so I left. Staff were fine but the rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable

Located in the beach area within walking distance. The hosted is in upstairs, they have a coffee shop downstairs with a lot of customers. Overall, it’s clean, spacious, friendly staffs. I love staying here. It’s surrounded by a lot restaurants and coffee shops.

The hostel was very cozy and comfy and I would highly recommend it!

The beds get very hot specially when the curtains go down. The wooden finishes dont help either. the floors are not being cleaned and were dusty.

欠点がひとつもない！常に清潔に保たれていて、スタッフもいつも丁寧にすぐに対応してくださって、ランドリーをお願いした際にはとってもいい香りになって帰ってきて ホスピタリティ精神とプロ意識がすごい

Wat een fantastische locatie! Maar 3 minuten lopen naar het strand. Het bed ligt heerlijk en is ook groot. De kamer zelf voelt ook ruim. Onder het hostel zit een restaurant waar je ook heerlijk kan eten. Zeker een aanrader!

De badkamer rook vreemd en was vaak ook niet schoon. De algemene ruimte is erg warm.

beds are very comfy and soo huge, also the locker is really big so you can store your stuff safely there or at your bed. very affordable and amazing café downstairs. ac keeps the room cool so you can sleep during the summer heat. staff is super friendly, exptending for one night was easy

the hallway is quite hot, an ac there as well would be great. toilet and shower in the same place and some small animals crawling around but i guess thats normal for a tropical country

Perfect location close to restaurants, bars and beach. Very easy to catch a taxi and go to the different places to visit around the city. The street is quite busy but the rooms are on the quiet side Nice restaurant and food options downstairs Large bed in dormitory

浴室花灑有破損及水壓弱。 共公空間如果有冷氣更好。

Das Bad war ziemlich klein und über der Toilette hat es leider sehr geschimmelt.

Very comfy bed with.huge.matress and lots of space.around it. It's like a little room. I even had a bit of a window. Quiet, no noise around the building. Perfect location minutes from the beach and surrounded by restaurants.

Bed was comfortable but l had a top bunk, I have back problems and suffered for 2 days as it was not easy to climb up.

Staff unfriendly and never available at reception. Only 1 shower and toilet perfect dorm,not clean!

A única parte boa do hostel é a cama e o armário. Ambos são espaçosos. E a cama é confortável. A localizacao é boa para fazer quase tudo à pe. Mas o barulho da rua a noite, pode ser um problema para quem tem o sono leve.

O banheiro é extremamente sujo. Nos 15 dias que estive lá, o sabao de lavar mãos não foi reposto. Ficamos sem papel higiênico e precisei pedir a faxineira que ia para o quarto ficar sentada no puff enquanto falava ao telefone. Na cozinha, os lixeiros vivem esborrando. Ficamos sem água para beber e novamente falei com a faxineira que repôs na hora. Eu e mais 2 hospedes vimos, em dias diferentes, barata no banheiro do quarto e rato na cozinha. Todos os dias, a energia caia e ficávamos algum tempo sem conexão Wi fi.

Ampia cabina con letto, letto comodissimo, spazio per mettere le cose, armadietto spazioso con key card. Personale gentile e disponibile, mi sono venuti in contro per una richiesta sul lavaggio di un vestito delicato. Vicino alla spiaggia, locali per mangiare e bere.

Non c’era shampoo e bagnoschiuma nel bagno.

The hostel itself was good: the beds are comfortable and wide, there’s space next to the mattress where you can place your belongings, the curtains are blackout roller blinds, and there are large lockers that work with your key card. The bedroom and private toilet were clean. There’s also a common area with a big table, plates and cutlery available to use, a kettle, and free drinking water.

It's really a pity that, despite all the good things mentioned above, I still need to give this hostel a low score because I saw at least three rats in the common area, running down the stairs that connect to The Roots Restaurant, which is not only disgusting but also dangerous for customers. One day, I was at the restaurant on the first floor when one of the staff members suddenly started screaming. When everyone turned to see what was happening, there was a cockroach crawling on the counter screen right next to the cakes. After that, I saw at least three more very large cockroaches on the floor and another one on the couch. On top of that, in my room (4-bed female dorm), a staff member was sleeping in the bed next to mine and was quite disrespectful. She was noisy every night (at one point, I even had to ask her to use headphones because it was 1 a.m. and she was playing videos out loud on her phone). She also kept all her belongings in the bathroom, taking up the entire shelf above the sink so no one else had space for their things while using it. She would also leave the room door open, which completely defeats the purpose of giving guests key cards in the first place. It made the room feel unsafe for our belongings and also gave the rats the possibility of getting into the room.

Meine Kabine war nicht wirklich sauber, neben dem Bett lagen Haare und gesaugt wurde eine Ewigkeit nicht mehr. Außerdem ist das Hostel nicht wirklich für Connecting gemacht.

Great location, the vegan restaurant below is fantastic! The staff is very helpful and attentive! The beds (pods l) are very comfortable, great shelving l, clean sheets and wide mattress (~120cm). I loved it!

The bathroom smell a bit strange

Had an excellent stay. Very close to the beach and all the eateries. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The concept of the hostel was very good. I LOVED the size of the beds and pods. The biggest bed i have ever gotten for a single person. It could easily fit another person and felt like my own room! The location is perfect for everything you need. I rarely had to struggle for anything. The kitchen an dining area is well equipped. A perfect quiet place to stay.

Wish it was a bit more social. its harder to meet people and bond unless you really try.

Best location is impossible. The breakfast they have included is HUGE and DELICIOUS... I had it as a brunch and was perfect.

I got a bed next to the window and there were no curtains to cover the light.

I love the way the rooms are set up with all the beds against one wall. It feels more private not facing another person while you sleep. The blinds at the end of the bed also make it feel more private and secure. Also having the large lockers made it feel more secure. You don't have to worry about the security of your belongings. You are a 30 second walk from the beach which is awesome.

The hostel itself and the staff, atmosphere etc are perfect. There is also a great restaurant downstairs. The only thing I would say, although it is probably out of the control of the hostel staff, is that there seems to be some expats that use the restaurant as their permanent workspace. They are there all day everyday. They are quite loud and some of their conversations are... not something you want to hear when trying to relax and enjoy food. Sometimes I moved seats to get away from them.

Close to beach , big bunk beds twice compared to other hostels.

Really annoyed me is there are so called digital nomads taking all space on tables without moving for hours what if someone wants to eat/breakfast for 10min. Staff should ban the laptops on food tables. For solo or backpacker i wouldn't recommend it there for eating.

I stayed in the 4-bed female dorm. There is no natural light because the beds block the window, which cannot be opened. The room was not clean when I arrived and wasn't cleaned once during my stay; it was clear that no deep cleaning had been done in a while. The bathroom was also quite dirty. Furthermore, having staff members living in the room negatively impacts maintenance standards and does not meet the expectations of travelers.

This hostel is so very pleasant, the best I have ever stayed in. The mattrasses are really comfortable and you have enough space for yourself in your own capsule (rather than just a bunk bed) plus spacious secure lockers for your luggage and valuables. However the best of this place is the restaurant with its amazing amazing vegan food plus all the different indoor and outdoor places you can sit and eat and work/study. Another great thing is the location, the beach is just a couple of minutes away.
