Das personal war unfreundlich und es awar absolut nicht sauber, uch habe ein dreckiges zimmer erhalten die Bettwäsche war nicht gewechselt. Im Kühlschrank hat es geschiemmelt weil die essens reste der vor gäste drinnen, die Toilette war teils kaputt und verschiemmelt die wand wurde mit tesa zu geklebt es gab keine lüftung. Die Türen konnte mann nicht schließen. Trotz beschwerde wurde nichts unternommen.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Quite close to Emniyet Bus terminal and nice places to eat around, but nothing else. I don't recommend it and I cannot undertand the high rating it's got.
Smoke smell in the room, although I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and at the reception I was guaranteed a non-smoking room. The toilet was something impossible, I haven't seen anything like that before, if you are 2 metres tall you could sit on it and your feet would still be dangling. Probably at almost the same height as the sink, which made it soo very difficult to use, especially since one doea not sit on hotel toilets, especially toilets like that. Only a man could use it for no. 1, definitely not for no. 2. Breakfast is announced at 8, but if you go there at 8.10 they will invite you to wait for 5 minutes. They will invite you to wait for 5 more minutes half an hour later, unless you tell them you are in a hurry to catch a flight. Bad experience overall.

Room smell of smoke, the mini fridge was not working i complained nothing was done about it, i asked to borrow an iron to iron my shirt i was told they do not have and I should go to the dry cleaners. I attempted to have breakfast twice and twice there was nothing available, i then asked for tea and was told its not ready. I was having a shower on my last day to check out. The cleaner let herself in I told her I was getting dressed, she took her time before she put the door. My bedding was not changed the 4nights i was there. Shocking

Au départ, j'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais, pour me mettre plus à l'aise, on m'a gentiment attribué une chambre avec un grand lit deux places, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. L'emplacement est excellent : le tramway est à proximité, les restaurants, les commerces et tous les services nécessaires sont facilement accessibles. Le personnel est très respectueux, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider les clients. L'hôtel propose également des services supplémentaires, comme le transport et la livraison, ce qui est un vrai plus. Pour ce prix, c'est un excellent hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Franchement, j'ai passé un très bon séjour et je le recommande sans hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse

I was disappointed with my stay. I specifically requested a baby cot, but one was not provided. The room was set up with two single beds pushed together instead of the bed arrangement I expected. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not working. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they changed our room when we reported the issue. However, we had already spent our first night in a cold room, and my baby was very cold, which was upsetting. Although the staff tried to resolve the problem by moving us to another room, I was still not satisfied with the replacement room. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The staff was really kind. Even our check out was at 12:00 they let us put our stuff till evening flight. And the breakfast they provide was really various and delicious.
The bathroom is so small, we had a difficulty to take a shower. And they should clean better. Because it was a bit dirty. Additionally, the bed had two single beds that were uncomfortable to sleep for couples.

La vétusté de l'hôtel, la salle de bain en très mauvais état, douche sale et robinet qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous avons eu du mal à obtenir une grande serviette de bain pour chacune. Il n y en avait que 3 , nous en avons eu 4 qu une seule fois sur notre séjour de 4 jours

Some of the reception guys are super nice, one of them spent 10 minutes to walk us through the whole istanbul map, while marking trams/bus stations and showing us amenities. Check-in/check-out were easy. Breakfast ladies were friendly. Also very fast internet, one of the fastest I have ever had in a hotel!
not much clean, comfort is at low level mainly because of small room, clogged sink (which they fixed afterwards), smoking in the rooms (there was used ashtray near the bed), cold breakfast hall, too large bed for such a room (there was no space for one to go to the opposite side of the bed)

Breakfast room was really cold, also was the room itself, the heating mode of the AC didn't work as good as it should be. The hairdryer was really low, so you can't say whether it's working or not, we had to go to our friends' room for drying the hair. A lot of water stacks up while showering, the drain was not clogged, but it is really small.

To be honest, I am not a very demanding tourist, so this hotel was acceptable for me at an average level. However, other tourists might be dissatisfied with the services, the rooms, and the staff.

Colazione scarna e qualche pecca della stanza, tipo il bagno ma nulla di trascendentale considerando il prezzo.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann einfach mit der Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen.
Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Es ist sehr staubig, man kann da nicht atmen. Das Badezimmer war nicht nutzbar, denn die Dusche war undicht und dadurch wurde alles ekelig nass. Vor den Fenstern war direkt die Fluchtweg Treppe sodass man keine Aussicht hatte. Nur aus einem Fenster konnte man nach draußen blicken und sah nur die Baustelle nebenan. Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht entgegenkommend.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026A part l'emplacement qui est près de pas mal de commodités, g eu la plus médiocre expérience de ma vie, heureusement ce n'était que pour une nuit, une nuit que j'ai passé blanche à cause du tapage nocturne des voisins de chambre car les murs sont acoustiquement perméables!!
Je n'ai rien apprécié malheureusement...la télé dans la chambre ne marche pas...même le pti dej la bouffe était froide !!!
