Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung! Alles im Hotel war ausgezeichnet – von der Sauberkeit und dem Komfort bis hin zum Service und der Organisation. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, die Lage ist hervorragend und insgesamt war die Atmosphäre einfach großartig. Besonders möchte ich Herr Abdo an der Rezeption hervorheben und mich bei ihm für seine freundliche, professionelle und hilfsbereite Art bedanken. Er war immer aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hatte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Durch seine herzliche Betreuung hat er unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und unkomplizierter gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement est pratique, à proximité du tram et des bus. Le point le plus appréciable reste cependant le personnel, et tout particulièrement Abdou, qui a été très aimable, attentionné et disponible.

Le seul petit point négatif était le bruit provenant de l’extérieur, probablement dû au fait que ma chambre se trouvait au premier étage.

Je recommande cet hôtel ! Personnel est vraiment super, très à l'écoute et toujours prêts à aider. J'avais besoin d'aide parce que ma fille est tombée malade et les gars m'ont aidé avec la prise de rendez-vous avec le docteur ce qui n'est pas évident quand on ne parle pas turque. On avait toujours reçu d'aide avec la poussette ou les valises, on était servi avec du thé ou du café quand on attendait à la reception. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Les produits frais, plats de qualité. La chambre a été très bien entretenue. On a eu une expérience très positive.

Le wi-fi ne captait pas très bien à 4me étage mais c'est pas très grave

The breakfast was under our expectation and doesn't match what was presented on the website and we were expecting to see Turkish items on the buffet . The room was noisy because facing the street. The staff is incredible starting from the reception until you reach your room including the room service team and the breakfast servier.

The room is so tiny where is no space to store you luggage and other items.

El trato en en el alojamiento ha sido maravilloso los chicos de Recepcion especialmente Morett ha sido muy amable nos ha atendido en español y nos ha informado de muchísimas cosas de Estambul. Se esforzaban por estar pendientes de si faltaba algo y era muy educados y correctos. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y nos cambiaban las toallas. Todos los días la ubicación es perfecta tienes la línea uno del tranvía y tienes todo a mano

The hotel provided a room with a balcony which we requested. The hotel staff were the sweetest, most lovely people ever, always greeting, smiling, and ready to help. The staff welcomed me in the middle of the night when I was exhausted like it was nothing, and helped with luggage then, and also when leaving the hotel at the end. Abdul was extra sweet, willing to talk every time, and treated me to some Turkish tea to our room. The daily housekeeping lady cleaned the room well every day and gave water bottles. The breakfast was nice in the sense that it varied slightly every day. The internet was fast enough to comfortably work remotely, video calls were smooth. The WiFi signal reached my room with no major interruptions so if you also work remotely and are looking for a hotel in Istanbul for a holiday/work stay then this is a great choice

Communication with the staff was difficult as their English ability was limited and the breakfast was fairly expensive for what it was but the food did not give me a bad reaction

The location is excellent, and everything is clean and tidy. Special praise goes to Irman and Murat at the reception – they are truly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Aziz from the breakfast team is also very hardworking and friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The rooms are very small, and the beds are also quite small. There is hardly any space to move around. Our TV was not repaired, even though we were told that it would be fixed the following day.

Zeer degelijk hotel met goed ontbijt en bovenal heel behulpzaam en gemotiveerd personeel. Ik heb dagelijks interacties gehad met Mourat en Imran en ze waren altijd heel vriendelijk een behulpzaam.

Everything was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Imran, Bayram and Murad are main assets of Merreto hotel. We were using restaurant even out of working time and they provided the best service. I highly suggest this hotel to everyone.

The staff is polite, courteous, and very smiling. The breakfast area, which is on the sixth floor of the hotel, has a very pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good experience for me and I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip.

Hotellissa on erittäin loistava ja miellyttävä henkilökunta. Muistivat minut jopa etunimeltä aina respassa kohdattaessa. Huone (standard) oli aika pieni jopa yhdelle ja jonkin verran kulumisen jälkiä. Pussilakanat ja täkkiä ei ollut, mutta kerroshoitajalta, sain lakanan, jonka laitoin sijaustäkin päälle, että on vähän kotoisampi olo nukkua, kuin alasti. Hauskeeping teki todella loistavaa ja siitiä jälkeä joka päivä, ja iso kiitos siitä! Aamupalalla oli turkkilaiseen tasoon kaikki ihan ok, ja tuskin missään muualla tähän tasoon verrattuna olisi saanut parempaa. Hotelli sijaitsee näppärästi Aksaray raitiovaunupysäkin lähellä. Ei ole mitään syytä mennä majoittumaan muualle. Kadulta löytyy minimarketteja ja on kivan siisti alue. Mereretto ei ole ihan se kolmosen plus hotelli, mutta henkilökunta teki siitä erittäin hyvän kokemuksen itselleni ja iso kiitos siitä heille. Voin suositella, koska hinnat olivat kylässä mitä olivat ja tästä sain itselleni hyvän kokemuksen.

Удобное месторасположение рядом трамвай Аксарай, автобусная остановка, можно напрямую с аэропорта IST приехать на автобусе за 400 лир что очень удобно для туриста. Рядом магазины супермаркеты, недалеко находиться мечеть Султанахмед и Айя София.

Номера чистые, хоть и маленькое но уютно, вкусные завтраки и отличный персонал, приветливые и заботливые. Мне всё понравилось

Friendly staff welcomes you from the beginning with positive vibe and willing to help with informations all the time. Triple room 502 was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids , cleaning service was perfect every day or as your wish, also they put daily bottles of water for free .Good breakfast with a lot of varieties.Closer to T1 tram which has connections to everywhere. Recommended with open heart to everybody. We will come back for sure with the first opportunity.

All the staff were so nice, kind, helpful and friendly especially Abdo, the hotel is perfectly close to everything near by all the good restaurants and the stores moreover it’s so clean and the breakfast is tasty delicious and rich. We really enjoyed our experience here and can’t wait to come back:)) We highly recommended!

I chose this hotel for a two-week stay, and it did not disappoint. The Turkish breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious, and the terrace became my favorite place to work, where I could enjoy a Turkish coffee while working remotely. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, close to the tram, metro, buses, and many of Istanbul’s most beautiful areas. It’s family-owned, and once I got to know the family a bit, they went out of their way for me with thoughtful gestures and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to Serhat, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel especially welcome in Istanbul. The entire staff was unusually warm and attentive, and they can even help you with a SIM card if your international service fails, as mine did. The housekeeping staff took wonderful care of my room and really looked out for me. Whenever I came back after being out in the city, there was cold water or tea waiting for me, and the hotel really became a comfortable home base rather than just somewhere I was sleeping. The airport transfer they offer is also definitely worth it.

Honestly, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The only difficult part was having to leave!

Le personnel est absolument adorable, toujours disponible et souriant ! Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Tous étaient bien, Concernant le personnel était incroyable, a toujours trouvé des solutions à tous, ils nous faisaient sentir comme des rois et on remercie en particulier à Abdu, Aziz, Imran et tout le staff de nuit. Merci au personnel de ménage car ils ont vraiment nettoyé les chambres, quand on entrait dans la chambre on sentait la propreté. Ma mère a souvent était en Turquie et selon elle c’est le meilleur hôtel qu’elle a testé par rapport au personnel et la propreté. Merci pour tous

Just the most amazing and welcoming service. The room was immaculate and so quiet which is rare in Istanbul. Breakfast was one of the best we have had with so many choices. The location is superb and has a very local vibe which is so much better than over touristy areas

Otelinizi gerçekten çok beğendim. Özellikle temizliği, odaların rahatlığı ve düzeni çok hoşuma gitti. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu da oldukça güzel ve ulaşım açısından çok rahattı. Genel olarak kendimi çok rahat ve iyi hissettim. İstanbul’a tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle yeniden burada konaklamak isterim. L'amabilitat i la predisposició del personal per ajudar, fins i tot a instal.lar-me una SIM al telèfon, o per netejar l'entrada d'aire de l'aparell aire condicionat quan els vaig dir. L'esmorzar buffete tipus turc, de dolç i salat, també amb ous, fruita i cereals.

L'habitació era molt petita. La nevera no funcionava (en dues habitacions diferents) desprenia calor i era sorollosa.

Hemos pasado la familia 10 dias estupendos. Muy amables los chicos de recepcion, la Sra. de la limpieza y el personal del desayuno que era abundante, variado y muy rico. Mis hijos, que son jóvenes han hecho amistad con el personal del hotel, todo muy joven y atento No los olvidaremos, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for five nights. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the friendly and professional staff. We felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The location is great, and everything was exactly as we expected. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! ❤️

C était un bon séjour à l hôtel ce dernier était parfait personnel très gentil et à l écoute et surtout monsieur abdou qui a été très serviable aimable et gentil je recommande cet hôtel pour votre séjour à istanbul

Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre fonctionnelle. Il manquait cependant des assisses (chaises). L'emplacement avec le tram T1 au bout de la rue était super car ce tram dessert la majorité des grands sites à voir. Gros coup de coeur pour le personnel. Ils étaient tous excessivement gentils, chaleureux, serviables, professionnels.

Le ménage des chambres (il a fallu que l'on demande à nettoyer le sol de la salle de bains). Mettre des chaises dans les chambres car on n'avait que le lit pour s'assoir à part un fauteuil.

Tout était parfait, Abdou et toute l’équipe ont été extrêmement aimable et toujours au petit soin. J’ai passé un très bon séjour 🥰

Стаите бяха много малки и всичко вътре беше старо. Можеше да ползваме в по а центъра само по веднъж в конкретен час от 13 до 19 часа с предварителна резервация. Басейна беше много малък като за деца. Голяма част от персонала не говореше английски. Момичето, което стоеше на басейна и раздаваше хавлиите не знаеше нито една дума на английски и по цял ден си гледаше на телефона вместо нещо да научи. Беше много шумни. Чистачките започваха да чистят стаите, които са се освободили преди 9 сутринта, да пускат прахосмукачка и да блъскат. Не можеше да се спи нито през деня нито вечерта. Разтоварваха някакви неща в 6 сутринта с много блъскане. Няма да повторим със сигурност.

I liked everything in the Meretto hotel, location is great, the room was large and comfortable for 3 people, clean and there were all the facilities to stay comfort 3 days. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious and included a big number of different foods to be full for almost a day. All the manageres are very professional, some of them speak English, some - Russian. We enjoyed staying there 2 nights. If I visit Istanbul next time I will definitelly stay in this Hotel.

The rooms are clean, pool, sauna, everything was perfect. Location is amazing, first day I took a walk to the historical center of Istanbul, if you’re lazy to walk you can take tram which is 3 minutes from hotel directly from Istanbul centre. Breakfast was amaaazing, I didn’t expect such quality, I was shy to try some Turkish national desserts but I found them on the breakfast and enjoyed it. Hotel crew is wonderful, I had a little chitchat with staff, very international stuff who works in Turkey for a long time, it was very interesting to listen their opinion about city, and their recommendations. My flight was delayed and I arrived to the hotel around 4am, owner helped me check in, gave water and escort me to the room, thank you for amazing service!

I didn’t find any disadvantages of this place. If there was any kind of uncomfortable issue on the spot, crew was happy to help me out.
