Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La atención de las chicas y el muchacho que estuvo la primera vez fue muy amable! Y la vista a la ciudad en la terraza.
Pensé que el hotel estaba más equipado, carecía de jabonera, carecía de una alfombra antiresbalante, el televisor es muy viejo y no tenía Netflix, ni You tube, la terraza no tenía un sombrilla, y cuando llegue el baño estaba tapado. Y que queda en una calle donde hay puros moteles... No acepten gente así, porque si lo hacen la reputación seguirá cayendo, y las instalaciones se deterioran.

Hay mucho ruido externo lo que no es culpa del hotel. En mi caso prioricé la excelente ubicación respecto al sitio que iba a visitar, sin embargo, si la prioridad es el descanso, se debe tener en cuenta que la zona es bastante rumbera

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026The room was big and well maintained. There no room cleaning done during the 3 days we stayed. This place is next to all the restaurants and shopping areas. There is a multiple stops from where we can get direct buses to Terminal Nord, Airport, Monsterrat. The staff were kind enough to read our google translations and respond to it. As some previous posts suggested this place didn't seem dodgy or unsafe to us.
We were give a street facing room even though the whole floor was empty and we couldn't sleep as it became noisy from the loud music from the clubs below and nearby from say 6pm to early morning 2am. No lifts but this wasn't an issue for us, as we had only backpacks.

The beds could have been more comfortable. The strength of the showers overwhelmed the capacity of the drains. No elevator.

It is an insecure local area. But believe me, all the staff was friendly, careful. Very attentive to needs and also very good recommendations. He cares a lot about your comfort as well as your safety. I would definitely return to this place. Everything is good.
