Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Location to beach, town and access to transportation, well known location for drop off and pickup, by taxis, Location was not far from my personal travel plan to visit family and friends.
Outside noise was quiet loud within apartment, internal decoration dated and need tidying up. The view was ok, spoke with owner and relayed points that were good and not so good.

Where can I start? It was advertised as wheelchair accessible we could just about get into the lift. The wheelchair could not get into the bathroom so my partner could not get into the bathroom to use the toilet or the shower The bed was too high and my partner had to sleep on the sofa. The property was dirty. The security was rude. The owner was very rude and disrespectful.

Wasn’t able to stay at this accommodation as the owner allowed other guest to stay and cancelled my reservation without informing me. I found out I had no where to stay when I went to check in. When I called the owner informed me that he forgot to call and inform me that my reservation was canceled. Extremely poor customer service.
