Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Easy location right next to the railway station, yet not noisy at night. Apartment is not new, but regarding the price, everything was fine. There were previous comments about dirtiness, but now everything was clean, and the bedsheets were new.
There is no possibility to self-check in, you have to contact the owner to get the keys.

The area doesn't feel particularly safe, but this is not the fault of the property. In future I would probably stay in Venice rather than Mestre The glasses in the room were not clean. Teabags with no mugs.

El baño daba asco, habia humedad y teniamos que compartirlo con gente que no conocíamos (no sabíamos ese detalle). Es un piso que alquilan por habitaciones, y una cama estaba rota. Ademas se nos fue la luz

Запах пилу,таке враження, що там пилососу не бачили ніколи,"хозяїн'нас надув.Пподав нам квитки до каналу по два євро,а вони в терміналі по 1.5 євро ,коли з 8 шт що він нам втюхав , не пройшли три квитка ,нам хотілося його побачити, але ,ми з ним так і не зустрілися!!!!Двері,антиквар.Таке враження,що ти не в Європі,у нас у Римі номер,коштував дешевше,з євроремонтом.І того чотири бала!!!

Praticamente tutto..in più la mia stanza aveva la tapparella rotta e non ho mai potuto far cambiare aria alla stanza o vedere la luce del sole. Appena entravi in camera un'aria viziata terribile..ovviamente ho fatto notare il problema all'host che non ha fatto nulla, neanche propormi un cambio camera, anche se c'erano altre camere libere...

Many significant facilities advertised as included in the property were not, or not in a practical usable way. It said shared bathroom and bathrobes provided, but no bath robe provided, and bathroom not suitable to get dressed in. It said oven, microwave, minibar and washing machine, but not in the room. There was a very small bar fridge which was empty, no oven. A microwave was placed in the communal reception area where there was no sink, bench or cookware so it was not practical to use. When I asked about the washing machine, I was shown it in the bathroom belonging to 2 other rooms, but not a bathroom which we could even use. So if I put clothes on to wash, I may not be able to access them for some time while others were showering etc. The facilities were so bad, and so far from what was advertised that I was unable to stay there and moved out the day I arrived. I had to move to other accommodation.. I feel if I am not given a full refund this listing amounts to fraud, and should be subjected to legal action.

.La camera era molto sporca e trascurata. In un armadio abbiamo trovato un asciugamano usato dagli ospiti precedenti, in un cassetto un fazzoletto usato e sul balcone diversi mozziconi di sigaretta. Inoltre, il telecomando della TV non era presente al nostro arrivo lo abbiamo fatto presente e il ragazzo ha detto che doveva andarsene: lo abbiamo ritrovato soltanto il secondo giorno, incastrato nel lato del letto. Al nostro rientro, verso le 22, abbiamo trovato davanti al portone un ragazzo che si stava drogando, una situazione molto spiacevole soprattutto viaggiando con dei bambini. In bagno, all'interno dell'armadietto della carta igienica, abbiamo persino trovato un paio di mutande lasciate da altri ospiti. Non abbiamo cambiato struttura solo per non compromettere la vacanza e non dover cercare un'altra sistemazione all'ultimo momento, ma un livello di trascuratezza simile non ci era mai capitato. Esperienza decisamente negativa e struttura che necessita di maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e al controllo degli ambienti

Reviewed May 24, 2026Definimos a hospedagem para estar próximo do aeroporto Marco Polo, pois a decolagem estava prevista para 4 AM na madrugada, horário em que não encontramos nenhum transporte coletivo para chegar em tempo a partir de Padova ou Veneza. (E, como o trem não vai até o aeroporto, o anfitrião gentilmente nos auxiliou no agendamento de transporte ao aeroporto.) O local tem elevador, o que era necessário para viajar com muitas malas e uma pessoa idosa. Do pouco que circulamos pela cidade, não encontramos nada em especial, mas a proximidade da estação de trem que nos leva rapidamente a Veneza e também a Treviso foi decisiva para a nossa escolha. Depois de alguma procura, encontramos também um bom mercado nas proximidades das acomodações. E o entorno da estação tem restaurantes e cafés que nos atenderam perfeitamente. Em termos de custo benefício, foi bem aceitável.
A acomodação incluia banheiro compartilhado, mas não tivemos problemas com isso. O banheiro teiinha bom tamanho e até uma máquina de lavar (que não chegamos a usar). A roupa de cama poderia incluir alguns travesseiros extras já que há pessoas usam mais de um para dormir.

Expérience très mauvaise et logement que nous ne recommandons absolument pas. Le jour même de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un message annonçant un supplément de 20 € pour toute arrivée tardive. Comme par hasard, notre vol a eu plus de 3 heures de retard à cause de la météo, un événement totalement indépendant de notre volonté. Cette pratique donne clairement l’impression de profiter de la situation des voyageurs. Le logement ainsi que la salle de bain commune étaient sales et mal entretenus, ce qui a rendu le séjour très désagréable. Le pire reste notre départ : après avoir demandé les consignes pour rendre les clés, on nous a simplement dit de les laisser dans le logement. À 4h du matin, impossible de sortir de l’immeuble car la porte d’entrée était verrouillée, alors qu’elle avait toujours été accessible auparavant. Nous avons dû passer par une fenêtre pour ne pas rater notre navette pour l’aéroport. Une situation inadmissible et dangereuse qui montre un sérieux manque d’organisation et de considération pour les clients.

There are no kitchen amenities. They have mentioned oven and toaster in the list of facilities but there is only a microwave at the entrance and a kettle in the room. The doors are rattling all over the property and this is very noisy and annoying. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AS YOU PAY THE CITY TAX TO THE PROPERTY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY ANY OTHER COSTS ABOUT ENTRANCE TO VENICE CITY. Reviewed May 6, 2026住宿位置離梅斯特勒火車站很近，走4分鐘就可以抵達，走6分鐘就有可以購物的超商，房間有熱水壺可以泡茶，且入住前後都可以行李寄存，這真的很方便。
洗手間是共用的，但是地板沒有地墊，所以地板會濕濕的，又淋浴間要加強清潔，因為可能是因為水垢所以滑滑的，感覺腳很難洗乾淨。

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Uprzejmy personel podczas zameldowania, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 5-7 min pieszo od dworca kolejowego Wenecja Mestre skąd tylko 10 min pociągiem do Wenecji Santa Lucia. Przez cały pobyt woda była ciepła. Dobra niskobudżetowa opcja dla osób, które nie chcą przepłacać za nocleg, a chcą spać w pokoju pokoju prywatnym.
Dziwny zapach w pokoju (tak jakby kiedyś pokój był dla osób palących i ciężko było się pozbyć tego zapachu). W pokoju pod łóżkiem były śmieci.
