Spacious holiday home. Multiple showers and toilets.

Some noise from the bar/restaurant next door, but it may have been a special occasion with wedding celebrations. The house had some wear.

Great property for a family location. Easy walk to beach and local services. Wish we had based ourselves here for longer

Spacious house, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms and a lovely host & hostess who were very welcoming & accommodating. Walking distance to the shops & beach.

The owner met us in town and had me follow her to the house, she went above and beyond.Love the house it was clean very comfortable, walking distance to everything.

Great stay. Majella was the perfect host. Really helpful. The photos don’t do the house justice at all. Only 5 min walk into village. Easy to find and park. Perfect stay in a beautiful village. Would highly reccommend

The house was very nice and close to town. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there the next time that I am in Waterville.

I would have like to have a cable channel that offered golf/Ryder Cup coverage.

Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna. Zarezerwowaliśmy w ostatniej chwili ponieważ apartament który mieliśmy zarezerwowany w innym mieście właściciel wynajął innej rodzinnie. Właścicielka dom przygotowała w kilka minut a my w tym czasie udaliśmy się do pobliskiego Pubu. Po powrocie czekał na nas gotowy i ciepły dom . Na stole kuchennym mieliśmy zostawiony poczęstunek w postaci chipsów i białego wina. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni właścicielce bo po koszmarnym pechowym dniu uratowała nasz wieczór który spędziliśmy w spokoju i bezstresowo.

Una casa muy cómoda y bien localizada. Amplia para un grupo de amigos y con todo equipado. Las habitaciones eran estupendas y el salón muy cozy y amplia cocina. Nos encantó quedarnos ahí. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Tout est parfait et de très bon goût, cette maison est un vrai petit bijou et l'hôtesse charmante, nous sommes enchantés.

Nice arrangement for group. Space in rear to store cycles. Washer AND dryer. Very responsive staff when we sent inquiries.

We couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the 2nd bathroom but it may have been us. The water was warm but not hot. We just shared the main shower

Very clean and modern. Short walk to center. Host was great to deal with. Big back yard to store our bikes.

-The House is situated just off "Waterfield Centre", half a mile from the shops the pubs and the bay! Don't be too excited with centre as it is a small town! We were expecting many more people as it was the weekend of WTF, multiples trails in the countryside! Was lovely, very local and friendly! The house is semi detached, big-a bit too big as it is quite empty especially the kitchen! At the end, it is functional but not cozy! Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a mud room. A small Garden (4x8 m) with three comfy chairs and a wooden table to picnic. Not a lot of privacy but very well appreciated because it was very sunny and the garden is full south so sun from morning to evening! The bedrooms where cute and welcoming. Good Beds though on the short side lengthwise (we are not very large people). THere is a Very good restaurant of fresh pasta and seafood called oh MaryLou, I where you can also do takeaway. The pub "The lobster" was also great for fish and chips and burgers. The location is excellent! Very quiet, night and day. THe bay was very welcome. Beach of sand and peables. THe local authority encourages to pick up 3 pieces of plastic for home recycling to keep the beach nice and clean. I loved it! I did it but did find only small fragments. It works!

-The sofa was very uncomfortable. -the kitchen chairs rattle the floor quite hard. -The floor upstairs are creaking in all the rooms, - as mentioned above the house is functional no but not cosy. - THe kitchen was not very well equipped. No serving tray, no teapot, and crockery to serve unavailable. Also the cooker took forever to boil a pot of water for pasta! -When we arrived, where no instruction for the keys. The owner did not answer the phone and we figured by chance that the door was open. So we could get in. - The toilet in the en suite was a bit leaky.

The property was beautiful and so clean. The location is excellent as a base for exploring Kerry. The host had all the essential in the house which makes your stay to easy.
