Tout était très propre! Très agréable d’arriver et que tout soit nickel.

De ligging was echt wel goed. Zeer proper. Ook ruim en licht. Heel aangenaam.

We vonden het niet zo fijn dat er vlekken op de mat en de zetel waren. Omdat er een optreden van BTS was waren alle hotels veel duurder dan normaal (onbetaalbaar eigenlijk ). Heel jammer. Dat van jullie viel in verhouding nog mee.

We hebben hier verbleven en hebben zowel een aantal plus- als minpunten ervaren. De ligging is goed, maar houd er rekening mee dat er geen gratis parkeergelegenheid is. Je kunt wel vlak voor het appartement parkeren, maar dit is betalend. Na mijn boeking heb ik op 1 juli meteen contact opgenomen met de hostess met de vraag of we eventueel later konden uitchecken, omdat dit beter uitkwam met onze planning. Pas op 3 juli in de avond kreeg ik antwoord dat dit helaas niet mogelijk was, omdat de schoonmaakster om 11.00 uur zou komen voor de volgende gasten. Dat vond ik jammer, aangezien ik graag wat sneller een reactie had gekregen. Qua voorzieningen is het appartement goed uitgerust. Er is geen oven aanwezig, maar verder is vrijwel alles voorzien. De wasmachine en droogkast zijn zeker een groot pluspunt. Wat wij echter als erg storend hebben ervaren, is het gebrek aan privacy. De gordijnen in de woonkamer kunnen niet volledig dicht en in de keuken zijn helemaal geen gordijnen aanwezig, waardoor het appartement tegenover gemakkelijk naar binnen kunnen kijken. Ook vanuit het bed heb je weinig privacy, omdat er geen deur of gordijn is tussen de slaapruimte en de ingang/keuken. Daarnaast is er geen airco of ventilator aanwezig (tenminste, wij hebben deze niet gezien). Er zijn ook geen horren voor de ramen, waardoor je tijdens warme nachten snel last kunt krijgen van muggen en vliegen wanneer je de ramen openzet. Verder is er geen eettafel aanwezig, waardoor je aan de salontafel moet eten. Dat is voor een kort verblijf misschien geen groot probleem, maar voor een langer verblijf wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Ik had in een eerdere review uit 2025 al gelezen dat er een probleem was met het toilet. Helaas was dit tijdens ons verblijf nog steeds niet opgelost. We moesten het toiletpapier in een zakje naast het toilet gooien in plaats van door te spoelen. Dat vonden wij niet hygiënisch en ook niet prettig.

We loved the view and location. The apartment is on the 13th floor of a residential building and has a balcony facing westward. Directly in front of the accommodation there is a tram and bus station and another is a few minutes on foot away. Additionally, the King Baudouin Stadium is about a 15 minute walk away.

The elevators up to the apartment are a bit scary, though they work fine. The shower sadly floods the entire bathroom when using.

Everything was nice, clean, in good condition. Friendly host, definitely would recommend to stay, but only not in the summer:)

We couldn’t sleep for two nights, apartment is on the west side, so after 1pm temperature hits a lot. And when in Brussel is +35C, no conditioner and even a simple fan…:( sleepless nights is a result 🥲 (yes, we tried to open a window, but noise from the street and airplanes isn’t helping)

Comfortable, a bit of a treck to get to from central Brussels but nice airy rooms and good facilities. Also conveniently close to the subway and a grocery store and a safe and quiet area. I'd stay there again

The staff was lovely and the place was very clean and the facilities were excellent. No complaints. There was also a huge supermarket right outside

Für uns perfekte Lage, Bett war sehr gemütlich, große Dusche und Supermärke in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Spülkasten von der Toilette ist teilweise durchgelaufen und es hat oft gerauscht. Das Sofa war nicht besonders gemütlich aber okay.

Goede locatie voor het doel van de reservering, bezoeken van de Brusselse expo locatie, ligt op loop afstand. Supermarkt om de hoek. Openbaar vervoer stopt in de straat. Prima bed. Goed schoon. Goede keuken. Open plan, licht.

geen eetkamer stoel(en) en of bureau/bureaustoel. de gordijnen in de woon/slaapkamer kunnen niet dicht en geen gordijnen in de keuken. tijdelijk; de lamp boven het bed is stuk. het zonnescherm staat uit, en is stuk. het heeft gedurende mijn verblijf gewaaid, het klapperde enorm.

We verbleven er al herhaaldelijk. All round zeer goed. Super netjes. Rustige ligging met toch alles dichtbij. Zeer vriendelijke en bereidwillige hosts.

Echt een detail maar het gordijn kan niet volledig dicht.

Spotless room, more than enough room for two people. Booked for International football match and is a simple 20 minute flat walk to the stadium.

Apt was very clean and comfortable. Had a washer and dryer. Lovely view from the 13th floor. The owners were extremely helpful once we got to the apt.

There was a tram almost in front of the door but getting to the downtown area took more than 45 min. The transportation system in Brussels is a little complicated. The taxi driver had a little trouble finding the building. The listing didn't have the full address, only the street name and the postal code.

Emplacement pratique, propre. Cuisine propre et récente. Hôte très réactive et facilement joignable.

Litterie peu confortable, divan très inconfortable. Je n'ai jamais réussi à faire fonctionner la télévision. Evacuation de la douche lente et débordement dans la salle de bains. Pas de penderie. Pas de parking gratuit à proximité directe.

Appartamento funzionale, con piccola cucina. Pulito, silenzioso, dotato di tutto ciò che può risultare utile. A pochi passi vi è un grande supermercato. Sempre a pochi passi vi è una linea del tram con il quale è possibile raggiungere più facilmente la metro.

Posizione: purtroppo dista a circa 30min dal centro di Brussels e la metro non è comodissima. Anche i ristoranti non sono vicinissimi e arrivando la sera stanchi, dopo aver cambiato più volte metro, si ha poca voglia di camminare altri 15/20 min per raggiungere uno dei ristoranti in zona. Izuzetno draga djevojka nas je docekala. Apartman je pun svjetla, topao, cist, udoban i funkcionalan. Kuhinja ima sve potrebne sadrzaje uz bonus dodatak kapsule za kafu. Kupaonica odlicno opremljena sa svim potrebnim dodatcima. Hvala dragim vlasnicima da brinu o potebama gostiju. Nadam se da ce prilikom mog slijedeceg posjeta Briselu, apartman biti dostupan.

Host was erg onduidelijk over wellicht late check uit. Heeft valse beloftes gedaan waar wij van baalden. Voor de rest wel aardige dame en goed huis

Great location and proper room for a short stay. The balcony was very pleasant to sit at. The metro station was close by. Would definitely book here again if needed.

Problem with toilet catering for toilet paper, toilet seat and lid not staying upright when required. Shower needs written instructions about adjusting temperature, need better turn off between large spray & small spray.

Great location close to subway station and the Heizel. Parking available across the street for reasonable prices. Appartement is not very big but perfect for a short stay.

Excellent place to stay for a cultural stay in Brussels. Close to Tram 9 you can travel easily to the center and you are close to Brussels Ring what makes going away from Brussels also very easy.

There is no parking incorporated with the stay. This is no bad point per se, just a warning. There is no underground parking near the stay but you are able to find parking spots around the building block with parking disk.

Great accommodation for staying near Atomium/ Expo. Clean, fully equipped and comfortable.

I like the actual looks of the apartment exactly like in the photos. Besides that, the location is superb! You can easily get a tram right in front of the building and there is a superstore to do groceries 3 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is spotless, tidy, and clean!

The host are a lovely family from Armenia. Very friendly and came to help us check in . The stay was just perfect for us , very close to uz Brussels medical center. Right next is Delhaize and carrefour . Very convenient . All facilities were good and the kitchen was fully equipped

The host is the sweetest ever! gave us every information needed and was always available! We had everything we needed in the accommodation and the view from the balcony is so beautiful! The location was perfect too, the tram station is 3mins from the building and all the must visit places are near. It is so safe and not noisy at all!
