Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Fantastic location, the property was immaculate, we arrived late and the lights were on, weather outside was shocking but we were soon nice and cosy inside. Highly recommend for a couple wanting a romantic weekend away, will definitely be back to spend more time in the area.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Located in the middle of fields was delightful. We were travelling with our dog and a place that welcomed our dog was appreciated. The property was well-appointed and very comfortable. We also enjoyed seeing the nationally significant garden of our hosts.
I had to google how to use an Apple remote for the TV, but thereafter no problems.

It was a little difficult to find in the dark, but the host was very helpful and quick to respond when we were lost.

Trotzdem nur wenige Auto-Minuten ins Zentrum von Masterton. Viel Privacy! Sehr gut ausgestattet! Sehr komfortables Bett mit neuwertiger Bettwäsche! Aussen-Badewanne ist der Oberhammer! Grosse Terrasse! Sehr nettes Vermieter-Paar! Besser geht’s nicht!

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025We absolutely loved our stay here! The setting was so peaceful,surrounded by beautiful countryside and the perfect spot to unwind. The space felt surprisingly roomy for a one-bedroom, with gorgeous decor and a really cozy, comfortable feel. The outdoor bath was a total highlight! such a lovely touch for relaxing under the stars! 🌿✨ Everything was spotless and well thought out, and it was such a bonus being able to bring our dogs along too. We honestly didn’t want to leave, the perfect little countryside getaway. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the outdoor bath and deck, perfect for a morning soak! The garden tour was both inspiring and captivating even in the middle of winter. The hosts were great! 10/10 recommend!

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Could easily have stayed for two weeks rather than the 3 days we booked. Everything about this accommodation was exceptional, as were the hosts Warwick & Sarah. Just couldn't fault it. (accessing the microwave was the exception). Fresh, large, new, (completed Oct 24), spacious, in a farm setting. Facilities & appliances left nothing to be desired. Would suit people who are happy with a quiet, rural setting.
Minor, but microwave is on top of the rather large fridge, so have to step up on step provided.

A few cobwebs needed to be cleaned. Plus I took the cushions off the couch to use outside as there was nothing to lay out on the deck and the couch hadn’t been cleaned for sometime - food, lolly wrappers, a pencil, crumbs etc needed to be sorted! (I put the chocolate ball & some other rubbish in the bin).

Reviewed Dec 4, 2024There is something truly magical about this place. I extended my stay twice because it was that good. It is simplistic yet elegant. The location is peaceful and private. The bed is comfortable. The outside bath is amazing at night under the stars. Everything u need is here for u to use. Highly recommend to anyone.
Needs a cheese grater. Seriously, if this is the biggest issue, u guys are doing something right!
