Beautiful Vacation Home

There are solar panels, they don’t accommodate enough power during the day. I’ve been told by the manager not to use washing machine and air con in one of the bedrooms. Second one didn’t work at all. Around 1 pm the power was gone, no electricity, no air conditioning, no internet, just darkness. We complained and we were refunded. Wasn’t really nice wasting air time to solve this problem. Also sheets and towels were dirty. Hair in the shower room as well.

I liked that the property was approximately 15 min from Ocho Rios The community is relatively quiet and friendly.The home was lovely and welcoming. The host Ms. Sharron is so welcoming and kind she was so helpful and patient with explaining the use of things within the property. I appreciated her coming to collect the keys as I didn't stay until the last day. Ms. D was also very hospitable and kind talking over the phone. I look forward to my future stays I would definitely recommend your home as a beautiful place to enjoy Jamaica 🇯🇲 and live at during future holidays in Jamaica. The home was clean and has a full size refrigerator which was great to store our water and food. Has a nice laundry area which was great! I loved that the home had hot water to use for showers!!! Overall I loved my stay and look forward to booking future holidays. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOME!! Liked TV in living room and one bedroom.

Not all people have streming Apps to watch or connect to all tvs should at least have local viewing On rainy, late nights and relaxing morning days it would be nice to look at regular tv in master bedroom. Rush hour traffic it could be 25 min. Or more from Ocho Rios to drive to the property. The roads going to the property are bad many pot holes all over the streets, Street signs aren't visible. VERY DARK ROADS NO STREET LIGHTS GOING TO PROPERTY AT NIGHT. I would of love to use the back yard more but the grass wasn't cut and the small jacuzzi pool was filled with debris. I didn't want to be a pool cleaner while on vacation. If it was covered that may help to keep it clean once it is cleaned properly and pool shock added to maintenance the water and algae growth. The bathroom needs a towel or shower rug to use after the shower especially sense the door opens out to the floor and water drips from shower door on the floor. Also clean towels for guess to use during the stay. I was told the previous guest stole the towels and sheets. However when your traveling you don't expect to have the expense of buying your own towels and sheets unless told prior to coming. The property needs a solar light on porch at night so you can see. To get in the door. Otherwise you must leave the regular power lights on all day for the porch and I was raised to conserve energy when possible. I don't really have anything bad to say about the property. My comments are to help the host make adjustments that will enhance future guests staying at her home.

Loved the home very comfortable and cozy, neighborhood was quiet , house was clean and everything worked well .. gate to driveway was remote . Nice touch

The place feels very homey and both rooms were comfortable.

Living room was a bit hot at times, as the AC needed servicing, but I informed them and they said they’ll rectify it soon and apologised.

I loved everything about this house and I would love to come back and stay it was my favorite cozy and comfort zone yes most definitely I'll book again!!!!

It was awkward to find and google maps don’t pick up the location but the host was very helping in advising me on the location so once they helped me I found the property in no time

The host was very nice, I liked that both rooms had A/c and all the outlet and electronics worked aswell. It is not too far from ochi town neither overall I the experience was great.

The jacuzzi can’t heat at night because it is run off solar panels which is crazy because in the day time it’s rlly hot and no will would want to chill in warm water with this type of temperature and the water heater in the bathrooms don’t run that well neither.

Unable to function the jacuzzi properly and some parts of the property seem deteriorating. For light sleeper, neighbors’ dog kept barking throughout the night

The property was very clean and the home was pretty excellent, I’d definitely go back for another stay.

In remote location in which the community is very decent and quiet.

I liked everything about the house, my kids loved it so much, they had fun.

I didn’t like the fact that the price on the booking site was way more when it was time to made payment, there was no explanation as to why I was paying more money than expected.

The location was secured, comfy and quiet. Ms. Sharon was very very helpful with everything we needed. Definitely will stay there again when I come back.

1 room was a lil warm but a fan was inside.

was very clean had everything we needed, and an extra bonus there was a Jacuzzi in the back yard, if we needed anything there was always someone to help (Sharon) the manager of the property was a pleasure to meet very polite and helpful

Beautiful house with everything you could want in it. It was also great having a washing machine that worked so well. Sharon was wonderful & let us in & was very helpful too!

Very noisy with modem & electronics in the main bedroom, but I was told that would be moved outside very shortly, so it shouldn’t be an issue.

The property was pleasantly decorated with a newly built Jacuzzi in the back garden. The appliances (cooker, washer and dryer) were new and easy to use. The property is solar powered WiFi worked.

We're do I start.... Upon arrival at the property we were informed of the late arrival fee of 2500JM$. Given that there is only a 3 hour check in window it is inevitable that you will have to pay this. The property was not cleaned appropriately. There were old hairs and bodily fluids including what appeared to be blood splatter on the bedsheets. There was also food left in the fridge from the previous renters. There appeared to be cleaning supplies when we arrived but we soon noted that everything was empty including the tell-tale canister of BOP. The cleaner informed us we would have to buy any cleaning supplies or we would have to pay her to clean the property she should have already cleaned. once we had bought supplies, she then had the audacity to ask to use our supplies in her home. The property had only been surface cleaned when we arrived there was a building infestation of ants where the person cleaning had missed bits of food pissibly from the previous renters. They were in all of the rooms including the shower of the master bedroom. After sleeping in the property the first night I moved a mirror that had been strategically placed to hide filth in the corner of the room. Behind this mirror was a dead cockroach, a further cockroach was found in the second bedroom and another in the kitchen. Be careful when opening the front and back door as there were cockroaches attempting to enter the property from the roof, one almost landed on my head within a few days of arrival. The family of lizards living in the veranda light fitting should have been attending to, we were able to count at least 6, the faeces was everywhere. You are very likely to have droppings land on you if you sit outside after dark. The second bedroom had no air conditioning so a broken fan was provided. This room was the most impacted by the insects and lizards, mostly due to the amount of unfilled holes and ill fitting doors, but mainly because this room was hot.

Very responsive and helpful team. Excellent value!! Would be fantastic for extended stay.

The house attendance (I forgot her) has a very warm persona, so the well coming was exceptional! The building is so unique and has a variety equipments meet the comfort of your needs!
