I have booked this hotel in advance so many months but they never let me know that they are under renovation and not ready for my stay.

Управляющий на ресепшн даже не в курсе, что такое booking, заселил нас вместо люкса в какую-то халупу с щелями в стенах, со сломанным краном в ванной, без обогрева. Полный ужас. Также прямо под окнами стояла клетка с бедными котами, которые сидели в клетке пол палящим солнцем и сорвали голос от крика и изнеможения. Живодёрство и бардак!

Well located, great setting and comfy bed! The owner spoke perfect English and helped me organise my trip to tiger leaping gorge, putting me in a group chat with other staff, including my driver and stayed in contact (days after I had checked out) until my hike was over, to help organise my pick up so I could make my train on time. Gave me a packed breakfast as well! Throughly recommend.

Sehr schön und familiär und sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt. Joye ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen Infos geholfen und auch eine passende Tour zur Tiger Sprung Schlucht zu buchen Das war extrem hilfreich.

Vị trí trong phố cổ Đại Nghiên. Rất gần các vị trí đẹp của phố cổ. Ông chủ nói tiếng Anh tốt, nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và trả lời đủ các thể loại câu hỏi loằng ngoằng của tôi.

Centrale locatie in de oude stad met een mooie binnenplaats, beetje achteraf en daardoor ook rustig. Personeel is, wanneer je ze om hulp vraagt, heel erg bereid om mee te denken. Mijn kritiek hieronder is dan ook zeker milder door het personeel. Een van de weinige hotels waar we Engels sprekend personeel troffen.

Geen ontbijt beschikbaar, kamer is kleiner dan gemiddeld in China terwijl de kosten hoger liggen, zeker als je het aanbod op andere hotel sites meeneemt. De faciliteiten waren verouderd en net aan voldoende, een bedlamp was bijvoorbeeld al kapot bij aankomst en de andere ontplofte toen ik hem aanzette (wel gelijk een alternatief gekregen, een bureaulampje van de dochter van de beheerder. Sowieso was de elektra verouderd en hing het van verlengsnoeren aan elkaar. Tevens was een reservering die we via het hotel voor een tour hadden gemaakt niet goed vastgelegd. We hebben uiteindelijk een andere (ook leuke) tour kunnen boeken, maar e.e.a. valt daardoor toch wat tegen.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia em Lijiang e isto se deve em parte a nossa eexperiência com o hotel e sua equipe. Nosso quarto, ainda que um pouco rustico, foi silencioso: cama gostosa, lençóis limpos, chuveiro bom, quarto limpinho e sem nenhum odor de cigarro. Nós certamente ficaremos no hotel se retornarmos a Liajiang . O hotel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso a todos os lugares que planejamos ir – foi uma escolha muito acertada no âmbito do nosso planejamento. Novamente, aproveitamos para agradecer a maravilhosa equipe que nos atendeu e em particular ao Simon que fez o nosso dia com seus chzinhos maravilhosos.

Super situation géographique et Joye était sympa

Les membres du staff faisaient systématiquement un barbecue le soir à l'extérieur et fumaient en étant extrêmement bruyants jusqu'à tard, ce qui était très pénible. La chambre mériterait d'être rénovée, la salle de bain n'était pas très propre et la chambre manquait de lampe de chevet.

Good location in old town. Staff were lovely. Decor was very nice. Water bottle supplied all the time. Washing machine also which was good.

Room floor and walls need a refurnishing. Also bed side lamps required. Coffee machine or simple accessories would be nice.

Very quiet place in the middle of the old town with a beautiful courtyard. Warm welcome by the host. You can wash your clothes.

Our room need a bit of touch up. At night it was very quiet but until midnight we could here the staff speaking, that s the problem with bedrooms in ground floor.

I just love everything about this hotel.

Very nice atmosphere, good people that work there and always eager to assist ans recommend where to go. Helped us to find very good guide and it was importnat. Even though the hotel is in the walking area of the city, the hotel help to carry the luggage. And also helped to arrange taxi to the station. The administrator speaks good English and very helpful.

Old city is good but it is a special shopping area with crowds of people around. However in the hotel it is quiet. Everything is more expensive in this area rather than in other parts in the city.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, il est typique. Nous avons partagé une chambre familiale (2 grands lits doubles) donnant sur la petite cour intérieure. L'un des propriétaires, Joy, nous a accueillis chaleureusement, prenant le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils sur les visites des alentours. Il a aussi été d'une grande aide pour l'organisation du trekking dans les Gorges du tigre, c'était très rassurant vue que nous avions un train à prendre à la fin. Il y a une machine à laver à disposition, c'est pratique. La guesthouse est très bien située, on baigne tout de suite dans l'ambiance du centre historique. J'ai lu des commentaires comme quoi il était difficile d'atteindre la maison, pour notre part, nous étions en contact avec le staff lequel nous attendait à la plus proche entrée, tout s'est bien passé.

The property was right in the middle old town. Beautiful setting, great hospitality and super comfortable beds. I arrived at 2:00am and was greeted with a smile a wine and the electric blanket was on. Wang Fengyi took me fishing for the day. The last day before I left I was invited to a beautiful dinner. I can’t recommend them enough. Simply the best.

Beautiful place in the old town- but in a calmer area (which is great). Very helpful staff- they helped us with everything: pick up from and to the train station, keeping our bags when we travelled and organizing a driver to the Tiger's Leaping Gorge. Thank you so much!

From the minute we walked into the property we felt welcomed by the staff, like family. Joye in particular made our stay so convenient, repeatedly going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Plus the accomodation is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. All of them made our experience incredible.

The owner gave us a really warm welcome, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They helped us book tickets and even packed us some breakfast to go for our trip.

I would recommend my friends from other countries to stay here as it's a very convenient, satisfying and beautiful hotel.

The staff are very hard working. I came from Dali by shared taxi. One of the staff came all the way out to meet me along the main road as the hotel is a few blocks inside. She did the same for my tour pick-ups. There is also someone attached to this hotel to help out on day trips, airport transfers, shared taxis to pr from another town. This guy knows English. The place is well maintained. Heater, hot water and electric blanket work.

I love the whole experience of staying in this property. The staff is very helpful, they will assist with anything you need. They even organized my next trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge very well. The location is excellent, and it is easy to find convenient stores and restaurants around.

Hosts are welcoming and provided all needed information and tips to enjoy Lijiang.
